
I really enjoy that Klaus integrates pretty seamlessly into our HS conversations. The UI is simple and easy to navigate. The ability to customize our scorecards and give ratings based on what our support team values is great, and the feedback scores and comments are invaluable to help our team grow and improve. I had a few "glitches" early on where I was randomly kicked out of our group and had to be re-added, or conversations wouldn't display for me.
