In addition, Spekit is AI equipped and the intelligent features helps in content creation among other automation capabilities.

With the platform, we have realized easy quota attainment and general sales team productivity which is a plus.

What I like best about Spekit is how seamlessly it integrates into the tools I already use. Between the embedded Help Text Icons and the AI Sidekick, Spekit it makes it incredibly easy to delivery essential information to the call center agents I support. It can address common friction points for new hires and provide troubleshooting for error messages, allowing for more efficient resolution and freeing up the team leads, supervisors, and trainers to focus on other issues. It has been wildy successful with allowing us to provide in flow support to new leaders across our company. Additionally, the support we get from our Spekit team member Josh is incredibly helpful.
