**What do you like best about Spekit?**

Deal rooms. Giving clients a landing page for all the information, documentation, and proposals we share over the course of the sales cycle.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

It would improve the experience for Account Executives if there was an easy way to embed meeting recordings into deal room so the client has recorded sessions to refer back to

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spekit empowers Account Executives like myself and the prospects we are working with. For Account Executives, the pace and quality of the material we share is substantially improved. The visibility we have to who is visiting the deal room and what they are looking gives us quantified data into what is important to the buyer. Our clients love having all the information we review over months in one place. Decision makers are more informed even if they are not involved in the early stages.

**What do you like best about Spekit?**

I really enjoy being able to clone a Deal Room and save templates. I created a “shell” for net-new prospects and another for current customers. Whenever I need one, I just clone the right version and tie it to the appropriate opportunity, which saves me a ton of time.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

Honestly, I’m not sure there’s anything I specifically dislike about Spekit. If something does come to mind, it’s usually something I can address by adjusting my process or by using the integrated AI tool to get the result I need.

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Spekit Deal Rooms, I can link a room directly to a Salesforce Opportunity. The user interface makes the setup process faster and automatically pulls in the company’s logo and colors. I also like that it creates one central place to share multiple documents or call recordings.

**What do you like best about Spekit?**

As a seller for the past 10 years, I can’t count how many long email chains I’ve had with prospects just to share collateral and proposals. When there are multiple stakeholders involved, it’s easy for important details to get lost or buried in someone’s inbox. I really like how Spekit keeps everything organized—both for me as a seller and for the key decision-makers I’m selling to.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

I’d like to see Spekit add notifications for buyers when a proposal has been updated or when new collateral has been added.

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Spekit, I was constantly sifting through Sharepoint to find the most up-to-date information. Now, whenever I have a question about the latest pricing, product features, or potential integrations, I can quickly check it with Spekit instead.

**What do you like best about Spekit?**

I really like Spekit because it's pretty intuitive and user-friendly, making life easy. Our team, including marketing and sales enablement, put in a lot of effort to prestage information that is useful to me, so I don't have to go searching for it—whether it's customer-facing or not. This definitely saves me a large amount of time when looking for marketing material or pricing. I find it invaluable to be able to create a deal room in minutes, populate it with information, and share it with prospects or clients efficiently. It integrates seamlessly with our CRM, allowing me to attach deal rooms to opportunities and track them, which is another great feature. It's become an indispensable tool for every sales process I engage in, largely because it gives me the insights I need to understand what customers and prospects are interested in. Additionally, kudos to the sales enablement team for making the initial setup really easy with a training class and access given promptly.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

I think it would be really cool if there was a way I could dive deeper into the analytics metrics of when somebody comes in and reviews, what that looks like. Right now, you see someone who comes into a deal room and reviews material, how long they were on that particular item. I don't know if there's more that could be captured along those lines.

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spekit streamlines my sales process by creating deal rooms that focus on current opportunities, allowing easy insertion of information. It provides insights into customer interests, saving time by storing all necessary sales materials in one place.

**What do you like best about Spekit?**

What I like best about Spekit is that it makes documentation and enablement much easier to surface directly in the flow of work. From a RevOps perspective, it’s been really helpful for driving process adoption, improving CRM hygiene, and reducing repetitive questions from end users.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

One thing that could be improved is the onboarding tracking and visibility for new hires. From a RevOps perspective, it would be helpful to have better reporting or progress tracking so managers and enablement teams can easily see how far reps are in their onboarding and training completion.

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spekit is helping us solve the challenge of keeping enablement and process documentation easily accessible and up to date across our GTM teams. Instead of reps searching through multiple docs or asking repetitive questions, they can quickly find guidance directly in the tools they already use.

**What do you like best about Spekit?**

Spekit is easy to use for user creating content or viewers. It is a great tool to centralise knowledge and content. The Spekit Sidekick is especially valuable because it puts the content right at your fingertips or even directly into your workflow. I also appreciate how Spekit continues to innovate, particularly recently on the reporting capabilities and the new features.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

We are still missing some features (which I believe might be coming) such as template personalisation, Dashboard insights and project management third party integration.

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spekit helps me centralise the content we produce for the Sales team while also giving insights into content utilisation and overall impact. It is intuitive for viewers and the Sidekick feature helps you bring the relevant content at the right time.

AL tool i use a lot to help me write my business cases.
What I love about the platform is that all of your resources are in one place — videos, one-pagers, and templates are all easily accessible whenever you need them. I also like you get a notification when a prospect views the content, so I always know the perfect time to follow up/ check in

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

A few of my prospects are not receiving my emails with the Spekit link — it seems to be getting blocked somehow and the emails are not going through

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like how everything is in one place and I have add to it as I need to.

**What do you like best about Spekit?**

I like the deal room the most. I think it's a great way to share resources with clients and get them information that they need all in one place. I've also really liked being able to access our information from our product on my own. Additionally, I mostly like that I can see how much time my prospects spend inside the deal room and can see when they are looking at what. From my standpoint, when the rev ops team launched it, it's been really smooth on my end.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

I think I have to just learn how to specifically prompt the AI inside of Spekit because it doesn't really have a memory last time I used it. and the character limit.

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spekit helps me easily solve day-to-day questions and access information quickly when a prospect asks about our solution. I just type it in and get the answers I need from our knowledge base.

**What do you like best about Spekit?**

I like that I can see everyone who has viewed my proposal because sometimes my contact will send it around to the decision makers and alert me of people I didn't know were a part of that process.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

I’m not sure whether this feature already exists, but I often send the same information to different clients, and I wish there were a way to save an entire “package” as a template that I could quickly copy and reuse for each client.

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem it’s solved for me is identifying additional decision-makers and knowing whether the people I’m sending proposals to are actually spending time reviewing them or not.

I like that all of our product knowledge, videos and pricing are in Spekit and that I can easily search for them.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

The AI still needs some work, especially for deal rooms. It's not intuitive enough yet to keep me from having to use other language models that I then load into deal rooms, which creates more work.

Solving quick searches on pricing and product information and demos
