**What do you like best about Spekit?**

In my role as a crisis specialist for AZCL through Solari, I have many opportunities to engage with individuals from all over the state.   I myself am limited to the amount of resources I have learned through my work in the behavioral health field.  So, when I have the opportunity to utilize Spekit for resource information to assist the many callers from all different parts of the state, I feel as though I'm making a difference and connecting our client's with much needed information.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

I can honestly say that I have no dislikes when it comes to Spekit.   It is always up to date, and allows me to access information fast, and easy in real time, so I can be the most affective for our clients.

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my role as a crisis specialist, I encounter clients from all over the state, each with their own unique needs and concerns.   Spekit provides me with a dependable platform to seek known resource information to assist these clients in real time.

**What do you like best about Spekit?**

What I like best about Spekit is how seamlessly it integrates into the tools I already use. The in‑context guidance and searchable knowledge base are super handy — I don’t have to leave my workflow to find what I need. It keeps everything organized and easy to find.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

One thing I dislike is that sometimes the amount of content can feel overwhelming if it’s not well curated, so it takes a little time to find the most relevant info. I also think the interface could be a bit more intuitive in places. But overall it’s very useful.

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spekit solves the problem of finding the information you need quickly when tools, processes, or workflows change often. Instead of searching through old documents or asking teammates every time, everything is right there in context. For me, that means I spend less time hunting for answers and more time actually doing my work, which makes onboarding and daily tasks smoother.

**What do you like best about Spekit?**

Between the embedded Help Text Icons and the AI Sidekick, Spekit it makes it incredibly easy to delivery essential information to the call center agents I support. It can address common friction points for new hires and provide troubleshooting for error messages, allowing for more efficient resolution and freeing up the team leads, supervisors, and trainers to focus on other issues.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

The Analytics page is  full of good information, but it can be a little clunky and take a long time to load/refresh. My Content page can also get cluttered by other teams who decide they want to deliver their information to "All Spekit Users."

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In our call center, solutions to technical problems have often been informally socialized. Spekit allows us to document and distribute this sort of information much more efficiently, saving our frontline agents, team leads, and supervisors a lot of time. We have also used the Spotlight and Knowledge Check features to inform agents of process changes and test their readiness for the change.

**What do you like best about Spekit?**

It has been wildy successful with allowing us to provide in flow support to new leaders across our company. Additionally, the support we get from our Spekit team member Josh is incredibly helpful. He constantly checks in and makes himself available so we can pick his brain, learn where to improve and discuss additional strategies for adoption.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

There has not been a piece I dislike thus far. Any questions we have or feedback we have in an area, Josh has been receptive and gets us answers.

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has allowed us to speed up support and understanding early in the onboarding process for new leaders. It has also provided ease of accessing job aids, SOPs, etc for our team in the workflow of where they need it most. Historically, we have used the google drive to store all of our material. This limitation had leaders navigating away from their workflow to the drive for answers, only to get lost on where they started.

Spekit is so easy to use and fills the need for so many systems, including LMS, KMS and DMS. I like that Spekit provides an in-context learning tool and our database users don't need to leave the database to get help.

Nothing. The product is always evolving to fulfill the needs of users.

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spekit makes all of our training, knowledge, and documentation accessible and central to one place: right where our users are doing their work. With Spekit our users do not have to access multiple other systems to get what they need. Also, with document syncing, knowledge is updated across the board efficiently and quickly, ensuring that there is little to no lag time in getting updates to users.

Spekit is like an in-built help within an app or software that I already use. So we don't have to switch between training resources. Spekit shows up tips and steps based on where I am on the app/ software that I'm using.

I think Spekit would not be appropriate if we need an understanding of deep level or complex workflows that need a detailed explanation.

Spekit provides a self serve answers that anyone can access and we don't have to ask others and wait for them to teach us. It has made the learning process smoother and better focused, with fewer interruptions.

As Head of Communications in our Customer Experience (CX) team I use Spekit’s Sidekick to quickly search, draft responses, and guide my team through processes without needing to dig through endless docs or shared drives. What I like most is how seamless it feels, answers and resources are surfaced right where I work. It saves me time, reduces repeat questions from the team, and keeps everyone aligned with the same information.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

Sometimes the interface can feel a little busy and the learning curve is there when first rolling it out to a large team. It would be great if analytics and adoption insights were even deeper to show how consistently people are engaging with the content.

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spekit is solving the problem of knowledge being scattered across different systems and people. Instead of my team wasting time searching through docs, emails, or pinging colleagues for answers, Sidekick gives them instant guidance right where they’re working. This has cut down on repetitive questions, sped up onboarding, and made our processes more consistent. The benefit is huge: more productivity, fewer mistakes, and confidence that everyone is following the same playbook.

What I appreciate most about Spekit is the multitude of features it houses. From learning modules, Oswald and the ability to quickly share information; it has accelerated our training teams ability to support our leaders and set them up for success. The ease of navigation makes it simple not only for me but also for showing teammates how to use it effectively.

Spekit is really good at helping to find certain internal resources more quickly. It is becoming a great new central knowledge repository for our company, which has historically not been something we have had.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

Sometimes the logic isn't quite smart enough to find what I need. I sometimes find the popups in my different entities and within the spekit platform make it harder to navigate and get in the way.

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spekit integrates with multiple other platforms that are required for my day-to-day, such as Salesforce, Gmail, and Gong. This helps me be able to pull up the Sidekick whenever I need and grab whatever information I need immediately. This saves a lot of time I would otherwise spend searching through different platforms like Slack, Google Drive, or my emails.

The AI sidekick is my favorite. It is helpful when working a call. It is easy to use, and I recommend the browser extension. It is integrated into my Salesforce account and it is easy to use from that system. I use it every day multiple times per day. It was easy to implement into my daily routine.

The most helpful thing about Spekit is how seamlessly it delivers information right where I need it. Instead of digging through docs or slides, I get clear, bite sized guidance in the flow of work, which saves me time and helps me stay productive.

Spekit makes training and enablement simple, engaging, and consistent. It speeds up onboarding, keeps everyone aligned, and makes everyday tasks feel smoother. The flexibility across teams and the ease of adoption are huge advantages  it really transforms the way we learn and share knowledge.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

Honestly, there isn’t much to dislike. Sometimes I just wish I had discovered it earlier because it saves so much time! If anything, I’d say there’s a lot of functionality to explore, so it can take a little time to realize everything it can do  but once you get used to it, it’s incredibly helpful.

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spekit is really helpful because it puts all the information I need right where I’m working. Before, I often had to dig through different documents, slides, or ask around to find answers. Now, the guidance just shows up when I need it, which saves a lot of time and makes my day much smoother. It also makes onboarding so much faster since new team members can learn as they go without feeling overwhelmed. For me, the biggest benefit is that everyone stays on the same page, feels more confident, and gets things done more easily.

I am not a huge fan of alerts on any device. The alert function is not my favorite in Spekit, but I can certainly see the benefit.

AI sidekick has been a game changer in my day to day. It's so easy to access since it's in the browser and even easier to do a quick search to get the information you need.  I like how it links out to the source material supplying the source information to do deeper dives if needed. It's really incredible to have access to all the materials that our internals teams work so hard on by asking a quick question!

I like that it pool s our resources and makes it easy to navigate accurate information. It has the most up to date info. its good for board info on a subject or will give you a link so you can do your own research. I want to use it more but it does have limits to what it can do now.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

It struggles with follow up questions I ask I received an ROI to obtain an IEP from a school records department, but I only have the records department email. Can I attach the ROI via email, or should request their fax number initially to share this document?" it was able to provide a clear answer but when I ask, 'does this apply to schools" it did not provide an answer.

**What do you like best about Spekit?**

Spekit is a great tool for making knowledge easily accessible and communicate change. It delivers information in bite-sized pieces, so users can quickly find what they need without digging through long documents. On the admin side, it’s simple to update and manage. We have been working with Spekit for several years and they have provided excellent support through all phases of implementation, maintenance, and growth. They also actively listen to their customers and continuously release improvements.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

There is nothing I dislike about Spekit. They are extremely receptive to feedback and frequently have suggestions for how to solve problems or take it back to their dev team for future improvements.

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previously had all our SOPs within lengthy pdfs so it was difficult to find what you needed. Being able to break up the information and organize in a more intuitive way has helped our users learn and follow processes more accurately.

**What do you like best about Spekit?**

Spekit makes it really easy to provide bite sized information to users, allowing them to absorb information at their own pace. Or if it's a system they're already familiar with, it allows them to have a refresher on a feature they may be unsure about without having to sit through a whole training. Spekit has also made trainings much easier for staff by allowing them to have all information in one place instead of multiple different documents that they have to track down.

There aren't any downsides to Spekit that I can think of.

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spekit has allowed my team to streamline our trainings and make information and helpful tips easily available to users. We're able to quickly update a Spek if needed without having to send out an entire new document. It's made us more efficient by allowing us to spend less time on long training documents and reduced the number of questions we get.

**What do you like best about Spekit?**

Spekit makes it so easy to update our ongoing standard operating procedures. Our staff is located across the country so any small changes to our organization used to be hard to distribute. With Spekit, I can update the team anywhere they are from anywhere I am. I can choose how they will be notified, who read the update, and even give them a quick quiz to ensure everyone's understanding.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

The only downside of using Spekit lies with the enthusiasm of your staff. Change (especially with technology) can be heavily resisted in a lot of industries. Spekit is worth the change, but you have to ensure your team is willing to use it.

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spekit is allowing us to onboard new team members entirely online. Our team is small for a national non-profit. Many of us wear multiple hats. Because of this, it isn't always possible for new team members to get long durations of one on one training. With Spekit, they can train themselves using the videos and information we have poured onto different Speks. Their progress can be tracked and they can review the material as many times as they need to understand procedures.

I like how convenient the plug-in is and that it is customized to each web page that we aer browsing. Also, the fact that it can pull any information for you will make my job easier.

Right now it's not fully built out yet so some resources aren't available yet.

We have a wide and vast knowledge base that is sometimes hard to find the most relevant information in an efficient way. Spekit is helping to solve this problem.

**What do you like best about Spekit?**

Spekit makes training, content sharing and knowledge sharing incredibly seamless. The ability to create contextual in-platform resources has significantly boosted our productivity by providing real-time support directly within the tools we use daily. Things that stand out:
-Their AI - It's spot on and makes finding the resources you need, in the places you are working incredibly simple
-Their success teams are a 10/10. Josh is an incredible CSM that goes above and beyond
-It's brought our enablement strategy to life of providing ongoing support and resources making our enablement effective, driving knowledge retention and reducing the need to search for answers, post-live enablement
-Implementation was a breeze (and we had incredible support)
-The integrations work effortlessly
-They have a really incredible product roadmap and are very transparent about it, which is beyond helpful!

I'm excited to see how their CMS evolves over time. It's already incredible, but excited to see their roadmap come to life.

**What do you like best about Spekit?**

Incredibly easy to navigate and saves time searching for company policies and procedures, compared to a standard data base format.

The AI function has only added another level of ease to this platform too.

Spekit also works with tools such as Salesforce, Slack, and other business applications, etc.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

It can be a little tricky to create speks at first, however it does not take too long to get the hang of the process.

Some pop ups can be a little annoying, however this is a small price to pay for such an easy to use platform.

This is an easy go to for staff in training when they need to check on a process or promotion, which in turn provides a better customer experience as the staff member will be able to respond and react much quicker to questions posed by customers.

**What do you like best about Spekit?**

Spekit has been a game changer for our org. One of our biggest struggles has been accessibility and timeliness of content, alongside training, process, and policy adoption. We've been able to reimagine the way we support our teams where they need it, when they need it. From new hire onboarding through change management, we rely heavily on Spekit to house all our content, serve it up when our teams need it, as well as drive the behavior changes we need to see. This wouldn't be a complete review without a major shoutout to our AE and our CSM, Malorie and Josh respectively. They both went above and beyond to support us and our needs, and have incredibly strategic mindsets as they guided us through the pre and post sales process. It's an extreme value add to be able to rely on Josh, our CSM, as a highly trusted consultant to our team. He's been a great sounding board through implementation and ensures he stays aligned with all our strategic internal initiatives.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

Spekit is a lean companf and continues to evolve their product. Although the product is not perfect, Spekit receives feedback extremely well and thoughtfully and is always looking to have candid customer conversations to better serve us.

**What do you like best about Spekit?**

Solid overall tool. Apart from a few limitations, which some are being addressed this year, the tool is easy to use. Being able to embed Speks on essentially any Whitelisted domain is really nice. We like how the Spekit team has regularly been involved on a weekly basis since our implementation last summer. Our CSM Liza has been great and having opportunities to work with Mel and share feedback has been really valuable. Our feedback is always taken into consideration and not just thrown in a blackhole. We are always looped in for beta testing with new Spekit features, which is also nice.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

-lack of custom field filtering at the moment (expected in 2025 but no concrete timeframe).
-Tracking activity process not ideal due to not being able to import accounts from Salesforce for users to tag when sharing (this is coming soon though).
-No simple way for users to hand pick Speks to add to a shareable "Deal Room" with their customers.
-To embed Speks, you have to match the name of the field exactly for it to appear. There needs to be an Embedded Spek Label and a separate Spek Title so embedding Speks is more flexible.
-Homepage and dashboards aren't super valuable from a Spekit user standpoint but I know this is being improved at the moment.
-No capabilities to create "Sub-topics"

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, we had knowledge-base documentation scattered around 3 different tools. Now that we have consolidated our documentation, everyone knows to go straight to Spekit for any documentation. Embedded Speks have been really valuable as users don't even need to search for documentation half the time.

I rarely can find the Spekit that addresses my needs. It has a hard time identifying key words and connecting it to the appropriate Spekit. For example, I needed to register someone in SalesForce that was already a contact and needed a Care Services record. Spekit was not able to identify my needs and I spent more time searching for the answer than just reaching out to my team. My team was able to help, Spekit was not.

My favorite part of Spekit is the easy access to quick knowledge bites. It is great for when you need a quick reminder but don't want to wade through the full instructions or SOP to get to the small reminder you needed.

The down side of Spekit for me is that I really don't use it that often. I'm already pretty knowledgeable about the programs I use for work so there isn't a lot of reason for me to look to Spekit.

Imagine you know how to use a program but then you forget one little step like "Was I supposed to sort this by constituent ID or Last Name?" 
Before Spekit, I would have to go find my employers SOP or a recorded training where I would wade through countless amounts of information I already know and remember to get to the little part that says "sort by constituent ID." With Spekit, I get a little icon somewhere near the sort tool and when I click on it, I can see where my employer put in a short note as a reminder to sort by constituent ID. It saves me so much time and frustration.

Total gamechanger in finding the answers to questions with ease & efficiency! No more hunting and pecking for the answer to a question in real time.  A quick click on Spekit and everything I could want is right at my fingertips!

Would love to see the Spekit link be able to move around anywhere on my screen other than the right side.  I know I can move it up and down on the right side but would like to have the capability to move it around on top, bottom or even the left side.  Just a quirk of mine.

Instead of looking everywhere for a simple answer I'm able to click on Spekit link, type in what I'm needing an answer to for a host or even myself and it populates right on the same screen.  In our business we have 100 TEAMS channels, One Note, Knowledge Bank, Sales Guide, Emails, and other folders to dig through for assistance in resolving a question.

**What do you like best about Spekit?**

Our team has been using Spekit to consolidate user guides from Word docs or PDFs that get buried in emails or lost in file folders. It has been helpful to have one space for all of our resources/guides and be able to share information easier across teams. I appreciate the ability to embed videos and use GIFs since not everyone learns and absorbs information the same way, this gives users a variety when coming across information. It's easy to integrate the Spekit links in our emails or outreach to other staff members and easy to create new Speks - the clone feature is helpful for this. We utilize Spekit daily when we need to share our resources to other staff members.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

I haven't come across any downsides about using Spekit - it's been a helpful tool so far!

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previously had all resources in Word docs or PDFs which we should attach in emails or share a folder but it was hard to find, share, and edit our resources. It's great to have our resources housed in one central place and the ability to edit without having to edit a Word doc and then update a PDF has been time saving. Sharing information in smaller chunks has been helpful.

**What do you like best about Spekit?**

I love how easily our team can access the content they need when they need it... WHERE they need it!  I am a "teach 'em how to fish" manager and Spekit has made that process SO MUCH easier than the tools we used previously for our post sales team! We were able to implement in record time - including migrating from our previous tool, and with the support of our CSM, we've been able to successfully launch to our pre and post sales team!  I look for tools that can grow with our organization and Spekit is already out pacing us! This tool has so much potential that just days in to our rollout, leaders have already requested more licenses and our organization is looking as expanding who gets access!

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

So far, nothing.  In future state, if I come across something I don't like, I know I can reach out to Josh and the team and work with them on a solution!

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

On demand content!Prior to having Spekit, our teams would rely on Workramp and content saved in various locations across our organization.  Now, we can refocus Workramp content on NEW enablement, while making content available in Spekit as reference for what our team does.  The extension is with them and can be easily accessed without having to leave the site they're on.  The on-screen Speks are easy call outs that we've build in to the tech we use to ensure we have the information commonly needed where the team is working.

It's helpful that I can see my own organization's standards for data entry and quality but used seamlessly within our Salesforce application. I use Spekit when I have an unusual data case or need to remind myself of a newer process. I like that you can have it open on the side of your window while you're in a record instead of splitting your screen to go to a second help website.

**What do you like best about Spekit?**

The system is constantly improving, with frequent updates that enhance productivity. With each interaction, whether online or with the customer success manager, Spekit continues to introduce new features. I have not yet taken advantage of the internal content team, but knowing it’s an option has reduced workload stress. Our CSM, Josh Rubin, has been an outstanding resource, providing patience, guidance, and exceptional support throughout the implementation process. We have conducted a trial run in one region and so far we have noticed positive engagement, especially among recent trainees. This platform helps maintain well-structured and precise materials for the team, which we do not currently have at our disposal.  I know that Spekit will play a key role in ensuring consistency as the company expands and as we roll it out to additional teams. The overall experience has been awesome, looking forward to continuing the partnership and future developments.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

There are no significant drawbacks that come to mind regarding the platform thus far.  It would be beneficial to receive email summaries with key updates and guided overviews when Spekit introduces any new enhancements and/or functionalities. This would allow the team to stay up to date even without an upcoming meeting with the customer success manager. It would also give admins the opportunity to implement any new features on their own time and then troubleshoot with CSM as needed. A helpful addition would be a feature to assign multiple users to teams simultaneously within the web browser version. Currently, adding users individually hasn’t been a major issue, but it may become more time-consuming as the size of our team increases. If there was a bulk assignment option in the “manage users” section it would improve efficiency without the need for the external spreadsheet. This would also help avoid duplicate assignments since multiple team members handle role assignments as we onboard new teammates.

I appreciate how evolving the platform is, every time we access the web version or meet with our CSM, there are new and updated tools that are driving better efficiency for us. We have not utilized the content team yet, but having the option to do this has brought some relief to the workload on our end when we are building content for longer format resources. I cannot say enough good things about Josh Rubin, our CSM, he has been extremely helpful, patient, and an awesome source of support through this process. Spekit has been rolled out as a pilot in one of our markets and it has been a pleasure to see our teammates utilize it, especially individuals that are coming right out of our training cohort. I have been able to recognize the power that Spekit has to be such a beneficial platform for our organization to keep our materials organized and accurate. This will be especially important as we continue to grow our markets. I personally have been very satisfied with the experience thus far with the Spekit team and platform, looking forward to continue our work together!

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

There is not too much that comes to mind in reference to “disliking” parts of Spekit. As I mentioned, with the continuous improvements and new features of the platform, I could see it being helpful for the client/team to receive email updates with brief walkthroughs/key features so that we can explore the amended uses proactively in the case that we do not have a connect set up with our CSM coming up. The only other item I can think of at this time would be in relation to the “bulk assign” to add users to their respective teams, it would be helpful to have a way to do this within the web platform in the user section. We have had teammates gradually added as end users so it has not been too much of a barrier since we are doing one at a time but as we continue to onboard additional end users, I can see us wanting to be able to bulk assign within the “manage users” tab, especially since we have a few people working on the backend of Spekit for our organization and I could potentially see us overlapping on assigning teams/submitting duplicates, etc.

We had documentation in various systems across the organization, often with out of date docs and duplication. Spekit enabled us to have a single repository for all our pertinent information, in one easy to access and use platform.

Spekit seamlessly integrates with our CRM and the content continues to work seamlessly even if changes are made to the user interface, field labels, etc.  Users find the search function easy to use and feedback from end users has been very positive thus far.  This enabled us to replace many communications that were previously going out via our internal chat system and via email with materials that are now accessible from right within the browser when users are in the midst of their work.  Our partnership with the Spekit team has been great - they took the time to learn about our company's goals and pain points and have worked closely with us to build excitement about the roll out and track the usage and impact of this tool.  They have also provided great guidance on how to improve our training materials and content.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

As of now I don't see any major downsides.

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spekit is providing training and guidance right where it is needed, within our CRM and in the browser for other web based line of business applications. It is replacing an outdated knowledge base as well as many channels on our internal messaging system where posts would be sent out to notify users of changes/issues.

Although I am not the one creating the content for Spekit and don't how easy it is to get that implemented, I'm thinking that it is fairly intuitive because we've been seeing pretty quick updates. When we get this integrated to many of our other business areas, I think this will be a game changer.

I cannot say that I have used it enough to find a drawback at this point. I would say that getting people on board with using it at the company has been my biggest challenge to date.
