**What do you like best about Spekit?**

I like how easy it is to find relevant content. Whatever I search, it seems to know exactly what I need, even if my search is a little speculative or not greatly defined. It is integrated nicely to my existing technology stack of Salesforce and Google so it makes my workflows really efficient.

I can only use it for certain applications, whereas I would like to use it amongst much more!

Consolidating relevant content and resources that I need when engaging with prospects and customers. The content is found really easily and across a variety of my existing platforms such as Salesforce etc. I can always access it

**What do you like best about Spekit?**

Our team has been using Spekit to consolidate user guides from Word docs or PDFs that get buried in emails or lost in file folders. It has been helpful to have one space for all of our resources/guides and be able to share information easier across teams. I appreciate the ability to embed videos and use GIFs since not everyone learns and absorbs information the same way, this gives users a variety when coming across information. It's easy to integrate the Spekit links in our emails or outreach to other staff members and easy to create new Speks - the clone feature is helpful for this. We utilize Spekit daily when we need to share our resources to other staff members.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

I haven't come across any downsides about using Spekit - it's been a helpful tool so far!

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previously had all resources in Word docs or PDFs which we should attach in emails or share a folder but it was hard to find, share, and edit our resources. It's great to have our resources housed in one central place and the ability to edit without having to edit a Word doc and then update a PDF has been time saving. Sharing information in smaller chunks has been helpful.

**What do you like best about Spekit?**

I love how easily our team can access the content they need when they need it... WHERE they need it!  I am a "teach 'em how to fish" manager and Spekit has made that process SO MUCH easier than the tools we used previously for our post sales team! We were able to implement in record time - including migrating from our previous tool, and with the support of our CSM, we've been able to successfully launch to our pre and post sales team!  I look for tools that can grow with our organization and Spekit is already out pacing us! This tool has so much potential that just days in to our rollout, leaders have already requested more licenses and our organization is looking as expanding who gets access!

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

So far, nothing.  In future state, if I come across something I don't like, I know I can reach out to Josh and the team and work with them on a solution!

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

On demand content!Prior to having Spekit, our teams would rely on Workramp and content saved in various locations across our organization.  Now, we can refocus Workramp content on NEW enablement, while making content available in Spekit as reference for what our team does.  The extension is with them and can be easily accessed without having to leave the site they're on.  The on-screen Speks are easy call outs that we've build in to the tech we use to ensure we have the information commonly needed where the team is working.

We use Spekit at The ALS Association and it's an incredible repository of information! I frequently use speks for myself when I can't remember a process and also share speks often with team members. It's incredible to be able to quickly search a process and remember all of the steps that I need to know. Spekit has always been so supportive of our mission as well, and we are incredibly thankful!

I don not have any dislikes to share at this time.

Spekit allows us to simplify complex processes into to follow steps for the user. It also allows us to quickly share updates with users about process changes or issues.

**What do you like best about Spekit?**

It's helpful that I can see my own organization's standards for data entry and quality but used seamlessly within our Salesforce application. I use Spekit when I have an unusual data case or need to remind myself of a newer process. I like that you can have it open on the side of your window while you're in a record instead of splitting your screen to go to a second help website.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

I don't like the little pop-ups about new features and would prefer to just check a notification page for new Spekits.

Spekit helps keep up with new data entry standards and new program rollouts.

**What do you like best about Spekit?**

The system is constantly improving, with frequent updates that enhance productivity. With each interaction, whether online or with the customer success manager, Spekit continues to introduce new features. I have not yet taken advantage of the internal content team, but knowing it’s an option has reduced workload stress. Our CSM, Josh Rubin, has been an outstanding resource, providing patience, guidance, and exceptional support throughout the implementation process. We have conducted a trial run in one region and so far we have noticed positive engagement, especially among recent trainees. This platform helps maintain well-structured and precise materials for the team, which we do not currently have at our disposal.  I know that Spekit will play a key role in ensuring consistency as the company expands and as we roll it out to additional teams. The overall experience has been awesome, looking forward to continuing the partnership and future developments.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

There are no significant drawbacks that come to mind regarding the platform thus far.  It would be beneficial to receive email summaries with key updates and guided overviews when Spekit introduces any new enhancements and/or functionalities. This would allow the team to stay up to date even without an upcoming meeting with the customer success manager. It would also give admins the opportunity to implement any new features on their own time and then troubleshoot with CSM as needed. A helpful addition would be a feature to assign multiple users to teams simultaneously within the web browser version. Currently, adding users individually hasn’t been a major issue, but it may become more time-consuming as the size of our team increases. If there was a bulk assignment option in the “manage users” section it would improve efficiency without the need for the external spreadsheet. This would also help avoid duplicate assignments since multiple team members handle role assignments as we onboard new teammates.

I dislike the fact that you cannot search very specific or detailed items in the search bar. Most of the time, nothing really comes up for what I am specifically looking for.

**What do you like best about Spekit?**

The Speks being built into many of our workflows allows for easy and quick access to content during prospecting efforts or even when simply trying to find an answer for a prospect or customer.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

Only downside is remembering to use it (which isn't Spekit's fault) just coming from a less convenient content library/sales enablement tool I have to actively remember I have access at my fingertips.

Spekit allows all of our sales enablement and content to live in one place so that we don't need to bounce back and forth between multiple tools.

**What do you like best about Spekit?**

I appreciate how evolving the platform is, every time we access the web version or meet with our CSM, there are new and updated tools that are driving better efficiency for us. We have not utilized the content team yet, but having the option to do this has brought some relief to the workload on our end when we are building content for longer format resources. I cannot say enough good things about Josh Rubin, our CSM, he has been extremely helpful, patient, and an awesome source of support through this process. Spekit has been rolled out as a pilot in one of our markets and it has been a pleasure to see our teammates utilize it, especially individuals that are coming right out of our training cohort. I have been able to recognize the power that Spekit has to be such a beneficial platform for our organization to keep our materials organized and accurate. This will be especially important as we continue to grow our markets. I personally have been very satisfied with the experience thus far with the Spekit team and platform, looking forward to continue our work together!

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

There is not too much that comes to mind in reference to “disliking” parts of Spekit. As I mentioned, with the continuous improvements and new features of the platform, I could see it being helpful for the client/team to receive email updates with brief walkthroughs/key features so that we can explore the amended uses proactively in the case that we do not have a connect set up with our CSM coming up. The only other item I can think of at this time would be in relation to the “bulk assign” to add users to their respective teams, it would be helpful to have a way to do this within the web platform in the user section. We have had teammates gradually added as end users so it has not been too much of a barrier since we are doing one at a time but as we continue to onboard additional end users, I can see us wanting to be able to bulk assign within the “manage users” tab, especially since we have a few people working on the backend of Spekit for our organization and I could potentially see us overlapping on assigning teams/submitting duplicates, etc.

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had documentation in various systems across the organization, often with out of date docs and duplication. Spekit enabled us to have a single repository for all our pertinent information, in one easy to access and use platform.

**What do you like best about Spekit?**

Spekit seamlessly integrates with our CRM and the content continues to work seamlessly even if changes are made to the user interface, field labels, etc.  Users find the search function easy to use and feedback from end users has been very positive thus far.  This enabled us to replace many communications that were previously going out via our internal chat system and via email with materials that are now accessible from right within the browser when users are in the midst of their work.  Our partnership with the Spekit team has been great - they took the time to learn about our company's goals and pain points and have worked closely with us to build excitement about the roll out and track the usage and impact of this tool.  They have also provided great guidance on how to improve our training materials and content.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

As of now I don't see any major downsides.

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spekit is providing training and guidance right where it is needed, within our CRM and in the browser for other web based line of business applications. It is replacing an outdated knowledge base as well as many channels on our internal messaging system where posts would be sent out to notify users of changes/issues.

Although I am not the one creating the content for Spekit and don't how easy it is to get that implemented, I'm thinking that it is fairly intuitive because we've been seeing pretty quick updates. When we get this integrated to many of our other business areas, I think this will be a game changer.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

I cannot say that I have used it enough to find a drawback at this point. I would say that getting people on board with using it at the company has been my biggest challenge to date.

Providing documentation and instructions on key functions within our business--such as providing in-app training on our time tracking software.

Great automation tool . Great to have spekit being able to integrate to any url page I am working within. No need to log into a separate system it’s all there and my finger tip.

I really like being able to reference tutorials on my own, I already have a lot of experience in the non-profit world and so self-paced tutorials to just quickly remind me how certain services work when I haven't used them in awhile is great.

Don't lock content! You can skip pages in physical books, I'd like spekit be as close to a physical guide as possible.

We created a new field in Salesforce that required further explanation - more than would be suitable for an i with a circle. Spekit makes it so easy so that staff understands when and how to use the field properly so we are collecting accurate data.

I honestly cannot think of anything other than requiring a login from time to time.

There is a field that I'm tracking in Salesforce and the Spekit allows me to link to a video and explain how and when to use the field with examples. This helps to ensure better data collection.

**What do you like best about Spekit?**

The upsides of using Spekit is it eliminates the search hassel. I no longer need to look through the compnay sites searching for answers. It saves me  valubale time with my work flow and allows me to multi -task and work on a faster speed per my preferance. I use it daily and it creates an ease of implentation with the number of features you can access at a quick speed.  The intergration was user friendly and customer support so far has been excellent.

I have yet to find anything that I dislike about Spekit. I highly recommend this to any company looking to help employees navigate through workflow while hadneling customes.

It allows me to enter my work flow, reach through work updates  and answer customer questions quickly.

When searching on the sidebar, full view of speks can be better. ie. Text wrapping. Minor issue though.

**What do you like best about Spekit?**

Spekit has been very helpful to our organization to help us streamline information and content to our associates when and where they need it.  Even though Spekit is designed for SalesForce, we have been successfully using it on our home grown CRM.  And, as a non-SalesForce user, my Customer Success Manager works with me to see how we can improve Spekit with our CRM.
 
Our hybrid workforce is not always in the office at the same time to gain the knowledge from their peers.  With Spekit, everyone can get the same information in the same way, which leads to more consistency.  

Spekit is not just for new hires, but it is a great tool to help onboard them.  Our associates that have been here for awhile have also been impressed with Spekit and how easy it is to use to find the information they need.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

There is no mobile application, and we have a customer facing product that we cannot put Spekit on due to it not being mobile friendly.

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having access to the most recent and current information is very beneficial.  The onboarding of our new associates feels like it is going more smoothly since they have a resource to help guide them with the answers to their common (and uncommon) questions.  
Having Spekit over multiple applications is also very beneficial.  Not only do we use it on our CRM, but we also use it on many other applications that are used throughout the company.  And, as we grow and add more applications, it is a comfort to know we have a tool to help with adoption of new products in the future.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

If there is anything I would say that is a slight challenge but not deal breaker, is the lack of mobile or App wiki. I understand the unique ability to deliver contextual information on personal devices is a challege, but maybe just an App for the Spekit Wiki would be nice for reps on the road to quickly search for content?

**Recommendations to others considering Spekit:**

Make sure to identify some launch ambassadors from each department and identify not only their current pain points but their process. This allows you to build Spekit around their existing flow instead of asking your team to change the way they do things. Gradually, they will start checking Spekit first instead of falling to old habits.

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving some very important problems, the ever-growing bloat of what I like to call the Google Drive junk drawer. Process docs go there to die. They get accessed once or twice right after the training, but no one can seem to sift through the cornucopia of files and copies of files to know if it's the right one to use. Most importantly, though, I anticipate a lot less time training my sales teams on a simple process change or new field added to CRM. I can send an announcement, show them all they need to know, and verify who has acknowledged this process change all in 1 dashboard. One other thing we are solving is attention span issues.  Yep. No one wants a deck of how to anymore.  Now, we can use a 1-pager and link to Spekit processes that launch natively in the sidebar when they view the 1-pager. The best part...I don't need to update that 1-pager. I just need to update the Speks connected to that 1-pager if there is an updated process for them. It's essentially a dynamic 1-page sales doc!

Spekit is exceptionally easy to use in some of our highest traffic Revenue tools and sites. Our primary use case is around just-in-time pop-up enablement for new sales cycles, definitions, and process adherence; we were able to draft and implement our solution with the help of the fantastic customer support and account team. As we (re)launch new tools, Spekit is our tool of choice for enabling around new workflows and demonstrating best practices, at high scale and low lift. Highly recommend!

Spekit allows you to attach speks to specific terms or spotlights in specific sites. As a Google Drive organization, we've found that Speks don't operate with maximum agility inside Google docs, sheets, and decks. Also, for the full experience, Spekit is best used with the chrome plug-in and sidebar which not all users elect to use.

My current favorite feature of Spekit is the ability to link Speks directly into our eLearning content. This allows learners to access additional information on a topic without overwhelming those who may not need the extra details, keeping our eLearning concise. For example, in a recent module, I needed to define several financial terms. Instead of cluttering the module with lengthy definitions, I linked the terms to Speks housed in a Spekit glossary topic. This way, users who needed more context could easily pull up the relevant information without leaving the module! 

I also have always loved the embedded Speks in Salesforce that allow new users to view process steps they may have forgotten or have questions about.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

The analytics has improved so much, but I still wish there was more! I love data!  For example, I wish I could see if after searching a term, which specific Spek was clicked in to.

The only reason it is an 8 and not higher as we are only a few months into using the service. But so far this has been a game changer for my organization.

It is super easy to use, you dont need to be technical or have coding experience. If you can use Word...you can use this. Agents can quickly find procedures and assist our clients. Teh search feature is amazing and the translate feature allows employees to read in thier own language.

This is super helpful for my annual audit reviews too.

Not sure I have feedback here yet. I would say the most challenging part is deciding how to organize everything. A few features I wish it had are ability to provide more complex Knowledge Checks and more indepth feedback options for agents to provide us feedback on content.
