**What do you like best about Lofty?**

Lofty is one of the few platforms that supports my local IDX data for tools like CMAs and granular property alerts. For a rural area with poor support from other major platforms, Lofty is my only choice.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

Everything is broken. 100%. All development is exclusively focused on the further implementation of lackluster AI features that appeal to hands-off part time agents but are totally useless to productive agents. Lofty does not work. Their support cannot help you. It will break when you need it not to. It will be weak when it is not broken. The best thing you can do with Lofty is accept the majority of its features are irrecoverably broken and get good at automating other platforms to fill in the gaps for your day-to-day usage.

**What problems is Lofty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lofty helps me manage contact with a large volume of leads with automation so I can spend more time talking to their support instead of running my business.

1. Strong Real Estate Feature Set
 Lofty isn’t just a CRM — it includes tools many agents need: IDX website integration, lead capture pages, marketing automation (“Smart Plans”), power dialer, AI assistant follow-ups, and analytics reporting. It’s designed to help you convert more leads without juggling 3–4 separate apps.
2. Lead Generation Powerhouse
 Beyond contact management, Lofty has built-in PPC and digital marketing tools that push traffic into your CRM, plus automated follow-up that keeps leads warm. For teams that lean on lead gen, that’s a big plus.
3. User Experience & Customization
The interface is clean, organized, and intuitive for everyday tasks. Features like SMS reminders, appointment syncing, and easy call logging help keep workflows tight. Customers also appreciate customization options and robust integration with email, calendars, and apps.
4. AI Tools & Automation
 Lofty’s AI assistant can automate messaging, appointment setting, and routine tasks — a real time-saver if you use it consistently.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

1. Learning Curve Can Be Real
 Because Lofty packs so much functionality, new users can feel overwhelmed. Getting every feature dialed in — from automation to IDX sites — takes time and some training.
2.  Mixed Support Experiences
 Customer support can have slow responses and long wait times, or difficulty resolving complex issues quickly. That’s not trivial when you depend on the system daily.

**What do you like best about Lofty?**

I feel like Lofty has great presentation for my website and it's somewhat and mostly enjoyable to use compared to others. It seems pretty user friendly and aesthetically pleasing. I like the website and the plans being able to integrate with social media and also do marketing from there and create presentations. The higher caliber presentations give off a more luxury feel than those I've experienced before, like with Keller Williams, making them feel higher quality depending on your style.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

It took forever to onboard and get everything up and running. Coordinating with my MLS was a hassle, and it definitely took, like, three weeks or over a month. Also, the phone number I selected wasn't assigned, and when I addressed this, it just didn't seem important and was overlooked.

**What problems is Lofty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lofty gives my website a great presentation, making it aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly. It's a CRM that's enjoyable to use compared to others.

**What do you like best about Lofty?**

I use Lofty for organizing my notes, leads, and database, and it helps me keep organized with assigning tasks and follow-up reminders. I appreciate that it integrates seamlessly with my email, Outlook, and Gmail, capturing leads automatically. One of my favorite features is the ability to record phone calls and receive a summary and next steps. The AI sales assistant is amazing, automating follow-ups and setting appointments, which I find incredibly beneficial. Their organization method with a pipeline system is excellent, allowing me to categorize leads efficiently. The support team is great, providing immediate assistance when needed, which I love. The setup process is fairly easy, thanks to the walkthrough and support available, and I've experienced tremendous success and scaling in my business since using Lofty.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

I can't think of anything that doesn't work well for me. Maybe subscription management so I can see all the add-ons. I think they do have a billing center, so there's nothing I can think of.

Additionally, while the initial setup was intimidating due to the plethora of features, once I got past the initial apprehension, I found it surprisingly manageable, which added to the overall positive experience with Lofty.

The text feature in Lofty is still not as helpful as I would like it to be.

**What do you like best about Lofty?**

I have found Lofty to be incredibly helpful in solving various organizational challenges related to my real estate CRM needs. It excels in prioritizing clients' needs and organizing their data, which has been a significant benefit for me. I really appreciate the AI capabilities of the platform, which enhance its efficiency and usefulness. Additionally, the support quality has been outstanding. Despite facing many initial challenges, customer service has been very supportive and resolved issues well, which is a crucial factor for me in deciding to use Lofty again. Furthermore, Lofty's ability to integrate with many of my lead generation platforms is another aspect that I enjoy, as it ensures a smooth workflow and efficiency in managing tasks.

**What do you like best about Lofty?**

I have been using Lofty to manage my real estate database, maintain contact with my sphere of influence, and handle new leads for a year now. I appreciate how Lofty seamlessly promotes listings with its excellent marketing tools, offering easy access to create various marketing materials like videos and flyers, which significantly streamline my promotional efforts. The operation of the CRM has been pretty seamless, even though setting up the MLS integration was a bit more complex than what I was used to with past systems. I also like the ability to send and customize mass emails, which is a very useful feature for my work. Most importantly, I would buy Lofty again due to its ease of use.

**What do you dislike about Lofty?**

Setting up the MLS integration with Lofty was more complex than I'm used to, which can be a hurdle for those coming from other systems. Additionally, I would appreciate more options at the basic level for texting and calling, which are essential features for maintaining contact with leads and clients.

The platform effectively allows me to keep up with my database on a weekly basis and efficiently make calls and send texts directly from my system. I find the drip campaigns particularly powerful and well-suited for my needs, as they greatly enhance my marketing efforts. Additionally, the integration of my website with my current local MLS is a significant advantage. The availability of different marketing materials through Lofty is also a valuable resource, making it a robust tool for my real estate endeavors. Overall, Lofty provides such strong and useful features that I am fully satisfied with the service and would rate my likelihood to recommend it to a friend or colleague at a 10 out of 10.
