The dialer doesn't work; the layout is not intuitive but by far, the worst aspect of this CRM is the customer support. They do not return phone calls and when you call, they tell you it will be a 3 minute wait, and then they tell you no one is available. They don't read your emails so when you ask questions they answer around it or leave out the main point of the question. I've used BombBomb, SalesForce, BoomTown, 3 or 4 others and Chime has the absolute worst customer support of any CRM or of any company I've ever done business with.
