I don't like that you are limited to 100 submissions a month on the free plan. I understand that a business has to make money, so there have to be limitations on a free plan, but limiting to 100 submissions a month is quite small. My biggest challenge with MaintainX is the amount of administrative effort required when making large-scale changes. When you're managing hundreds of procedures, assets, and PMs, bulk editing and mass updates become very important. I think with every large platform it's hard to pivot to make every new feature work in every area. As power users, we try to adjust the platform as best we can as we learn its limitations. We have been using Eventee to help organise a Summer School. This app has improve our ability to communicate easily to our attendees, gives us a platform to share photographs of the event and allows live interaction with participants through the Q&A function. Live music is an important thing in life for me personally. Getting as close to the front row, if not the front row, is where I want to be. Eventbrite lets me know about the shows I am interested in in enough time to take action to hopefully get the best seats in the house. Compatibility including livestream problems and livestream issues arose during the event while using the launch studio feature. That may have resulted to the interface freezing and needed a restart or not enough refreshes to the page. I have not found many negatives to the platform from a pre-show buyers end. Coming from a school that has very specific tracking requirements, everything I need to provide is easily accessible. One thing that could be useful is something more student centered. Having a way for students to sell individually and receive credit for the purchases made. My only issue that I've had while using Expo Pass is that uploading the attendee list into the system (because we use another website for attendees to register for our event) is very touchy. It usually takes me a few tries to get the list perfect for the system to take it and I would love to have a template to use for this. But it's not a make or break issue for me. Eventify is simply too much platform for our smaller, weekly events like Bible studies or potlucks. The pricing model is per-event, and even our smallest event costs several hundred dollars. For a church budget, that adds up fast. We also found the learning curve steep for our volunteer event coordinators most are not professional event planners. Before Eventify, our conferences were chaotic paper registrations, manual check-ins, and confusing schedules. Eventify solved all of that, and our youth conference ran more smoothly than ever. I would say my biggest dislike would be the set up of the Corrective Maintenance tasks. I would prefer to be able to have one common instruction set to map to many different PM instruction sets.
