There is very little I dislike about monday Work Management, which is rare for me when it comes to software platforms. Usually, I can find something that could be improved or that doesn't quite make sense, but honestly, this program seems to fulfill all of our requirements. It also has columns that we can customize, which helps us know where our contracts are in our review process. One area that could be improved is the dashboard analytics and reporting. I was an attendee at an event recently that used Whova so I have not used it as an event coordinator myself yet. I can see the value in using it so my attendees can connect with one another and build relationships before, during and after the event. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My only "negative" would be on us and not MaintainX. The system is originally designed for PM at a facility. We are using it for both PM and Reactive; and at this point we have WAY more reactive.

I've gone from 4-5 different spreadsheets, calendars and systems to now 2 to run our service department. It's been a tremendous aid with scheduling, making procedures, achiving manuals for machines. It's been a great asset in the few months that we've been using it.

At times, navigating the backend can be confusing. Because there are a lot of pieces and parts, it can be hard to find exactly where everything is and what all the categories and other options mean, i.e., how to best use them and how they could make the user experience better. We have an annual user conference with attendees from all over the United States. Webex Events is the platform we use for registration and when attendees are on-site. It's a great way to get pertinent information (and not so pertinent information) to all attendees. We run a couple main events every year and we needed a simple event management tool to run these events. The events range from 200 to 1000 attendees. Sometimes the recommendations don’t feel specific enough, and my event ends up listed alongside things that aren’t really family-oriented. It can also take a little time for a new event to start appearing in searches or recommendations.

Branding and flexibility! Many other event platforms offer 'off-the-shelf' packages with a standard, minimal look and feel. Gther emphasises that 'you use the tools you want' and can customise registration sites, portals and apps. This betters the attendee's experience and in turn provides a better brand impression. The interface can feel overwhelming for new users, with so many features competing for attention. The learning curve is noticeable, and onboarding requires time and guidance. We host multiple events, ranging from 15 attendees in a hands-on workshop to a full-on festival with over 300 attendees at times. The only thing I wish they had was the ability to have more than one user per account. We have multiple people that access our platform and I wish we had the ability to have unique user names for each person instead with access limits of one blanket user that has all access. To fully utilize the data linking features with PMs, you need to set up assets and their relationships in a very specific manner. If this setup isn’t done properly, you might run into issues where any changes to PMs force you to manually re-establish all the data links, especially when a PM is intended to be associated with multiple assets.

The lack of GIS or mapping functionality also makes it challenging to manage certain assets, particularly when field workers are required to travel off-site.

This tool is helping us transition away from paper inspection reports for our quarterly and yearly inspections. I have encountered frequent updates from Accelevents, which I find difficult to keep up with. While the updates are announced, sometimes there are nuances that go unnoticed. I think most of it is covered, but what I suggest is that the automated flow on the next day event program needs some manual updation before the next day.
