What do you like best about monday Work Management?

Monday Vibe is revolutionary. My team and I have been using Monday for over 5 years. From day one it has been our workflow and resource tool and more. It has continually developed. It doesn't fix up broken systems but it does overlay a well architected company/vendor ecosystem. And show you where things are stuck and helps you get teams and people back in their lane and back on track for success. The team at Monday have always been supportive in training and responsive when we pushed it to the limit. As easy as it is to implement, we still required careful stages of change management to move from traditional methods of delivering Advertising campaigns for our team, marketing clients and vendors but once on board Monday delivered amazing results. Easy to use, spreading responsibilities by reducing bottlenecks, QC, real time retainer and out of scope financial management, and file delivery was just the tip of some amazing things we could do. Monday was used every hour of every day for and by every person. And Monday's API/mapping made it easy to integrate with other SaaS apps for further production enhancements. Removing bottlenecks of resources and working styles. Ways of working between departments, cleints and vendors that were not reportable that are now visible - removed the blame game. What do you like best about Jotform?

I like that there are many customizations available. I spent a good amount of time looking for a platform that could handle my specific needs for to create an order form, and jotform was able to tick all the boxes as well as some I hadn't thought of yet. It was relatively easy to set up my form, and when I ran into some confusion, I sent it to their support team and was surprised by how quickly (and correctly) my question was answered. I do wish that reporting was a little more robust and/or easier to understand, at least for item order forms, specifically. There are some customizations not possible within the item ordering module that aren't possible because of the way it's handled, but overall it is doing the job for me. What I love most about vFairs is its ease of integration (adaptation) and ease of use. They seamlessly integrated all our requests. Unlike other firms where Turkish language support was often lacking, vFairs delivered a fully Turkish platform and quickly implemented our customized features.

Crucially, your technical and PM support was outstanding. The entire team worked tirelessly, providing incredibly fast responses (day and night) which is essential for a time-sensitive application. What do you dislike about vFairs?

The main dislike is the import/export functionality. Exporting big data (Agenda, Attendees, Sessions) as CSV creates many issues, especially on Windows (language issue or ","";"issue). Switching to XLSX format would be a significant improvement. Additionally, exported files are not readily importable, as the headers between export and import processes are inconsistent and require substantial manual changes.

The second weak point is mobile management. While the core backend is strong, the administrative app is limited, offering little more than check-in features. Simultaneous Session Management: It effectively solved the complex issue of directing and managing participants across 4simultaneous (total 20 session per day) training sessions in different halls, ensuring smooth event flow.

Localization & Customization: It overcame the widespread issue of poor language support by providing a fully Turkish platform and rapidly integrating every customized feature we requested.

Critical Communication: The system successfully handled our vital need for timely participant engagement through mobile notifications and email campaigns.

What do you like best about Swoogo?

Swoogo is a very easy tool to use and I love how can create as many events you want with unlimited registrants and only get charged for how many administrators we want. It is also very easy to create an event and use it for the mobile app. The implementation from registration to marketing is very intuitive. I also love how we can easily clone the event with one simple click since we have the same event every year. We can also create a "test" environment so we can test everything before we put it into production. We do this now for every event we create. I also like how we can get rid of discount codes and use registration types. Lastly, I love their support. Answers are back in hours not days and sometimes in minutes. With the challenges of the pandemic in 2020 for the event industry, Regfox was on the cutting edge offering an affordable solution to offer virtual events immediately which allowed us to still have our event when so many others had to cancel. For us, we already had registration running for about 5 months for our in-person event and it truly was a simple click of a button to make our form "virtual ready" which turned on the attendees virtual dashboard as well.

A big problem we orginally had when switching to virtual was restricting attendees from sharing their access codes to their dashboards (which hosts the event content) with others. Most importantly is the fast and personal customer service. I've had to reach out to the TicketSpice team a few times, and each time I did, the customer service representative made sure my questions were answered. I spoke with Alex regarding a challenge I had with a new payment processing system, and I quickly got a helpful response. What do you dislike about Limble?

To fully utilize the data linking features with PMs, you need to set up assets and their relationships in a very specific manner. If this setup isn’t done properly, you might run into issues where any changes to PMs force you to manually re-establish all the data links, especially when a PM is intended to be associated with multiple assets.

The lack of GIS or mapping functionality also makes it challenging to manage certain assets, particularly when field workers are required to travel off-site.

Additionally, the task list can become quite unwieldy if you have many recurring tasks assigned simultaneously, such as quarterly or yearly inspections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This tool is helping us transition away from paper inspection reports for our quarterly and yearly inspections. I love how easy it was to switch to Accelevents, and the customer service is exceptional. Althea, the dedicated support person, was incredibly helpful and responsive. The software efficiently handles data and roster collection, and I find the registration and resource sharing features under the event hub particularly useful. The integration with Zoom also adds value to my experience. Additionally, the direct access to customer service is so reliable that it alone would persuade me to purchase Accelevents again. What do you like best about Samaaro?

I find Samaaro pretty user-friendly and easy to use, which is great for event management. It's simple for people to check in and get details, like menu information, on their mobile devices. The application covers most of the modules needed for an event, making the whole process smoother. It also helped us simplify and automate event marketing communications, manage on-site operations such as check-ins and meetings, and connect with other marketing tools we were using. The setup was very smooth and quick, taking just three to four days, and the initial setup was easy. I think most of it is covered, but what I suggest is that the automated flow on the next day event program needs some manual updation before the next day. What do you dislike about Expo Pass?

Overall, our experience was excellent, but one small improvement would be adding extra iPad power cords to the on-site equipment shipment. During one event, a staff member accidentally tripped and broke the connector on a cord, leaving us short. While the equipment worked flawlessly otherwise, having a backup cord included would provide peace of mind and prevent any disruption. Improved Process & Efficiency: The previous badge printing and check-in process was outdated, time consuming and cumbursome. Expo Pass completely transformed our process, making it efficient, allowing us to better allocate staff resources.
