What do you like best about Jotform?

A mighty tool. We have used it integrated with Salesforce and it's a real game changer! There is so much that Jotform offers in terms of handling form data, but beyond that, you can create workflows, notifications, everything you would expect and more. I've yet to find something it can't do.

The interface is easy to use and navigate. Everything never seems to be more than one click away. Never seen any issues with performance, the UI is quick and responsive.

In terms of pricing, even the free version is fully featured allowing you to test the capabilities without the "best features" being hidden behind a paywall.

Onboarding was a doddle. It's so intuitive that I've not had any need to contact support, but with the help of a built-in AI bot, or human help if needed - it's an all-round premium piece of kit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are using this as part of our customer on-boarding and the improvements have been impressive. Customers can now complete and sign their documents online, no printing out PDFs(!!) and scanning them, or using clunky PDF editors. What do you like best about MaintainX?

There are so many things I appreciate about MaintainX, from how easy it is to integrate and deploy to the level of customer service and ongoing engagement. It’s also very user-friendly for both requesters and full users. We’ve captured a lot of valuable data and produced reliable reporting, which has helped us reduce unplanned downtime on critical assets by 90%—a huge feat in most industries. We’ve also started our journey into predictive maintenance with sensor technology, and the MaintainX vibration team was able to warn us about a catastrophic failure before it happened (as verified by our senior maintenance mechanic). What do you dislike about MaintainX?

Some parts of the reporting still need tweaking for me, particularly the ability to compile all data into a single Excel report. From time to time, new features roll out—or changes are made to existing features and reporting—without our knowledge, and we end up having to contact our customer reps just to figure out what’s different.

Another issue is visibility: full users can see all open work orders, but requesters can’t. That gap can easily lead to duplicate work orders being submitted. It would be helpful if requesters were prompted to check whether a similar request already exists before submitting a new one. I’d also like a notification icon within the app itself, similar to the alarm bell in Outlook. Finally, it would be great to have a way to link related work orders together for easier troubleshooting, and I understand this is a feature within the new MaintainX Copilot. What problems is MaintainX solving and how is that benefiting you?

Initially, we were looking for a system to document our work efforts and schedule our preventive maintenance, and MaintainX made that very easy. Soon after implementation, we began collecting both online and offline data and shifted our workplace culture to require a work order for essentially every request that involved the maintenance team. That change improved the accuracy of our machine uptime and downtime tracking for OEE metrics. With that data in hand, we built a capital project to upgrade our high-pressure pumps. After replacing the problematic pumps based on what the data showed, we achieved a 90% reduction in downtime for those critical assets in just 13 weeks.

In addition, because MaintainX was so easy to implement, we decided to digitize our Master Sanitation Schedule for the Sanitation team. This not only supported our quality and food safety goals within the plant, but it also freed our Maintenance mechanics from work orders that were better suited for the janitorial staff. What do you like best about ClickUp?

Variable pricing is helpful for getting started and figuring out if the platform will work for a user. In my current organization, there aren't many integrations that I use, but I really appreciate being able to merge with google calendar and other google products if we do start adopting clickup more widely in my organization. There is definitely a strong learning curve, but I have seen ClickUp used in my previous workplace which had about 1000 employees, and it worked well as a platform to hold collaboration, shared notes and to do items. I also like the idea of having AI available to summarize status updates, give reports and pull answers from docunetation, but I haven't been able to use that much as of yet. What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The learning curve and set up are challenging. Since I am really one of the only people using it in my current organization, I scaled it back to just one list that I use personally and it works well for me. What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem that ClickUp solves for me now is that it gives me a place to capture tasks, and actually keep track of them in a way that I can pick them up, work on them, set them down and revisit them later if I need to. I LOVE having the additional documentation of what got completed and when so that I can look back at work that I've done and see what I actually did, rather than just operate from memory and move on from things mentally when things actually never got done. This functionality really simplifies things for both us and the attendees, eliminating tedious manual workflows. Ease of use - it is super clear what to do and where to find the information you need. I was a speaker at a recent event and when logging in it opened right to the Speaker Hub which had my session front and center and I could see how many people registered for the session, and click through to see who they were.

It housed all the pertinent event information clearly.

Event logistics were easy to access and following our event we can still see attendee engagement and networking. Most found it easy to navigate through the different features and the performance of the app stood up to the entire day without any issues. We had almost 500 people registered to use this app for our one-day event. Compatibility including livestream problems and livestream issues arose during the event while using the launch studio feature. That may have resulted to the interface freezing and needed a restart or not enough refreshes to the page. Eventify is simply too much platform for our smaller, weekly events like Bible studies or potlucks. The pricing model is per-event, and even our smallest event costs several hundred dollars. The native integration with Salesforce is easily the standout feature for us. Since it’s built directly into the CRM environment, we can rely on standard Flow automation to run our event processes end to end, which has eliminated a huge amount of manual work. The event wizard is also great for quickly spinning up new registration sites, and the option to clone events has made managing our recurring schedule far more efficient than the old, manual approach we used before. What do you dislike about Blackthorn Events?

Honestly, the only real drawback is that their updates can sometimes introduce minor regression issues that end up breaking existing features. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it does mean you need to be disciplined about testing everything in a Sandbox environment before pushing any updates to Production. What do you like best about Purplepass?

It is extremely easy and customizable. It has made my life as a school director so much easier. I spend less time making deposits and running reports. The transparency is AMAZING Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Purplepass?

I have not found many negatives to the platform from a pre-show buyers end. Coming from a school that has very specific tracking requirements, everything I need to provide is easily accessible. One thing that could be useful is something more student centered. Having a way for students to sell individually and receive credit for the purchases made. On a day of event side, apple pay would also be a usual addition. It has come up more frequently this year from attendees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Limble?

What stands out most to me about Limble CMMS is how much it simplifies and strengthens our preventive maintenance process. It removes a lot of the human error that typically comes with manual tracking and makes it significantly easier to manage assets and stay on top of PM schedules.

Implementation was straightforward, and the support from the Limble team has been exceptional. They’re consistently responsive, every time I’ve reached out, I’ve received immediate, helpful answers. Their reliability and attentiveness make a huge difference in day‑to‑day operations.

What do you dislike about Limble?

In terms of downsides, I honestly don’t have many. Limble has been solid for my workflow, and nothing stands out as a major negative. The only feature I find myself wishing for is the ability to print asset labels that include the last PM date, the next scheduled PM date, and basic asset information. Having labels like that would make it easy to update assets right at the time of service and keep info visible at a glance.

What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Expo Pass?

I love ExpoPass!! I’ve used a few different platforms over the years (and sat through many, many demos), and I haven’t seen anything that compares. You can instantly print attendee badges (or have attendees print them themselves, though we’re very white glove with our process), make changes on the spot, and manage everything right from the iPad or your computer—and those updates are instant. I’ve had so many attendees comment on how impressed they are with the check-in process, and I’ve recommended ExpoPass to countless other event leads who come to our events. What do you dislike about Expo Pass?

There’s honestly nothing I don’t love about ExpoPass! The only thing I’ve noticed recently (and it’s probably user error on my end. I just need to ask about it) is that the check-in screen seems a bit smaller than it used to be, which makes it a little harder to review the badge before printing. ExpoPass is reliable and they now do most, if not all, of their business in-house. We've had issues in the past with other companies with customs and equipment getting stuck, but since ExpoPass is in the US and does all of their own printing, this is never an issue!
