We are using this as part of our customer on-boarding and the improvements have been impressive. Customers can now complete and sign their documents online, no printing out PDFs(!!) and scanning them, or using clunky PDF editors. The form allows us to gather project critical information in a timely and accurate manner because we use error checking on the form. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some parts of the reporting still need tweaking for me, particularly the ability to compile all data into a single Excel report. From time to time, new features roll out—or changes are made to existing features and reporting—without our knowledge, and we end up having to contact our customer reps just to figure out what’s different.

Another issue is visibility: full users can see all open work orders, but requesters can’t. That gap can easily lead to duplicate work orders being submitted. It would be helpful if requesters were prompted to check whether a similar request already exists before submitting a new one. I’d also like a notification icon within the app itself, similar to the alarm bell in Outlook. Finally, it would be great to have a way to link related work orders together for easier troubleshooting, and I understand this is a feature within the new MaintainX Copilot. Initially, we were looking for a system to document our work efforts and schedule our preventive maintenance, and MaintainX made that very easy. Soon after implementation, we began collecting both online and offline data and shifted our workplace culture to require a work order for essentially every request that involved the maintenance team. That change improved the accuracy of our machine uptime and downtime tracking for OEE metrics. With that data in hand, we built a capital project to upgrade our high-pressure pumps. After replacing the problematic pumps based on what the data showed, we achieved a 90% reduction in downtime for those critical assets in just 13 weeks.

In addition, because MaintainX was so easy to implement, we decided to digitize our Master Sanitation Schedule for the Sanitation team. This not only supported our quality and food safety goals within the plant, but it also freed our Maintenance mechanics from work orders that were better suited for the janitorial staff. Overall, we had a very positive experience using vFairs for our conferences. The platform is intuitive, easy to navigate, and quick to learn, which made both the setup and user experience smooth for our team and attendees.

The learning curve and set up are challenging. Since I am really one of the only people using it in my current organization, I scaled it back to just one list that I use personally and it works well for me. The biggest problem that ClickUp solves for me now is that it gives me a place to capture tasks, and actually keep track of them in a way that I can pick them up, work on them, set them down and revisit them later if I need to. I LOVE having the additional documentation of what got completed and when so that I can look back at work that I've done and see what I actually did, rather than just operate from memory and move on from things mentally when things actually never got done. I think some improvement is needed with the custom email marketing layout because the editor is highly restrictive. Trying to format a responsive, multicolumn HTML newsletter for speaker enhancement frequently results in event padding issues. We had font scaling errors when viewed across different desktop versions or mobile application. They need to update their email canvas engine with more flexible modern design rules. Bizzabo solves our data fragmentation nightmare by centralizing event management. It ensures attendee data integrity and simplifies processes from registration to session check-in. The platform also streamlines our event planning by handling everything from custom registration to live streaming, making it easy for both us and the attendees. I was able to promote my session to drive more prospects that I could reach with the content I was sharing. Also, I could easily find people who engaged and share contact information with them so I could follow up later. I honestly cannot think of a dislike that I have with Eventbrite, as it does not spam me and alerts me to concerts much faster than if I were not using Eventbrite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Live music is an important thing in life for me personally. Getting as close to the front row, if not the front row, is where I want to be. Eventbrite lets me know about the shows I am interested in in enough time to take action to hopefully get the best seats in the house. Compatibility including livestream problems and livestream issues arose during the event while using the launch studio feature. That may have resulted to the interface freezing and needed a restart or not enough refreshes to the page. As an organization, it solves manual coordination, poor attendee engagement, lack of real-time communication, weak analytics and disconnected event technology. It was a source of centralized communication. We especially liked the announcement page that addressed real-time events happening during the day or any technical difficulties we may have experienced in different spaces. The only downside is the inability to create multiple pages, like a microsite, where attendees can view the different pages, vs. just scrolling down one page of info that can get a little cumbersome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Good question! I am not sure if there is a specific problem that I need addressed but RegFox does send out regular emails letting you know what they are working on so it's nice to know they are always advancing and fine tuning what they offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Have been thinking for a while, did not come up with anything. Maybe the search for the specific events can be uneasy sometimes because of the exact match search Eventee uses. The combination of everything we need to provide to an anttendee makes Eventee a perfect tool for us. No need for e-mail communication when you have the Eventee wall and user notifications. Eventify is simply too much platform for our smaller, weekly events like Bible studies or potlucks. The pricing model is per-event, and even our smallest event costs several hundred dollars. For a church budget, that adds up fast. We also found the learning curve steep for our volunteer event coordinators most are not professional event planners. Before Eventify, our conferences were chaotic paper registrations, manual check-ins, and confusing schedules. Eventify solved all of that, and our youth conference ran more smoothly than ever. But for 90% of our other events, we still use free tools like GroupMe, SignUpGenius, and a shared Google Calendar. Eventify is a specialized tool for us, not an everyday solution. Honestly, the only real drawback is that their updates can sometimes introduce minor regression issues that end up breaking existing features. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it does mean you need to be disciplined about testing everything in a Sandbox environment before pushing any updates to Production. We were struggling to manage a high volume of repeatable events and needed automated attendee tracking along with seamless web conferencing integration for hybrid sessions. Blackthorn addressed this by centralizing everything in Salesforce. Now we no longer have to manually reconcile data across different systems, and the business impact and ROI are much easier to track because the data already lives where our sales and marketing teams do their work. I have not found many negatives to the platform from a pre-show buyers end. Coming from a school that has very specific tracking requirements, everything I need to provide is easily accessible. One thing that could be useful is something more student centered. Having a way for students to sell individually and receive credit for the purchases made. In terms of downsides, I honestly don’t have many. Limble has been solid for my workflow, and nothing stands out as a major negative. The only feature I find myself wishing for is the ability to print asset labels that include the last PM date, the next scheduled PM date, and basic asset information. Having labels like that would make it easy to update assets right at the time of service and keep info visible at a glance.

There’s honestly nothing I don’t love about ExpoPass! The only thing I’ve noticed recently (and it’s probably user error on my end. I just need to ask about it) is that the check-in screen seems a bit smaller than it used to be, which makes it a little harder to review the badge before printing. ExpoPass is reliable and they now do most, if not all, of their business in-house. We've had issues in the past with other companies with customs and equipment getting stuck, but since ExpoPass is in the US and does all of their own printing, this is never an issue!
