What do you like best about Jotform?

I like that Jotform is easy to use both for myself and for my customers. The layout is very simple, and it is easy to build a form that leaves no questions to be asked. I can spend less time creating a form and more time teaching. The initial setup was very easy; it only took a few minutes, and I was able to create everything I needed. What do you dislike about Jotform?

I don't like that you are limited to 100 submissions a month on the free plan. I understand that a business has to make money, so there have to be limitations on a free plan, but limiting to 100 submissions a month is quite small. What I like most about MaintainX is its flexibility. What do you dislike about MaintainX?

My biggest challenge with MaintainX is the amount of administrative effort required when making large-scale changes. When you're managing hundreds of procedures, assets, and PMs, bulk editing and mass updates become very important. Reporting has improved significantly, but there is still room to make audits, planning, and data analysis easier to manage. What do you like best about ClickUp?

What I like most about ClickUp is that it brings almost everything my team needs into one platform. The UI feels clean, and once you get used to it, it’s easy to navigate. I also like being able to switch between List, Board, Calendar, and Dashboard views depending on the project and what we’re trying to track. On top of that, it integrates smoothly with tools we already use, which helps reduce context switching.

In terms of performance, it’s been reliable for day-to-day work, even when we’re managing projects with a large number of tasks. From a value perspective, it includes a lot of features compared to other project management tools, so it’s been a solid investment for our team. The onboarding resources and documentation made getting started easier as well, even though there’s still a bit of a learning curve.

More recently, I’ve started using ClickUp AI to draft content and summarize information, and it’s been a helpful addition that saves time on repetitive tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

ClickUp’s biggest drawback, in my experience, is the learning curve. With so many features and customization options, it can feel overwhelming for new users at first. I’ve also noticed that pages with a large number of tasks, or more complex dashboards, sometimes take longer to load than I’d prefer. And while the platform is very powerful, certain settings and workflows aren’t always easy to locate without spending time digging through the documentation and exploring on your own.

I’d also like to see the AI features continue to improve, especially with more context-aware suggestions and deeper integration into everyday project management tasks. Overall, these issues are relatively minor compared to the value ClickUp provides, but there’s still room to make the experience smoother, faster, and more intuitive. What I like most is the Klik smart badge technology, it's the future, and it changed our sponsor relationship more than anything else on the platform. Before using it, our sponsors complained that manually scanning QR codes for their lead table was awkward and slow, but the batch tap approach changed that completely. At our last major conference in May 2026, sponsors could tap to batch with attendees during natural conversation without interrupting anything. The lead data that came back was ten times more accurate and included session engagement context that QR scanning didn't capture. Our sponsor satisfaction scores went from five to nine, and we secured early renewals for the following year, simply because the lead retrieval process was so effortless and the data was so accurate. Most of our sponsors now renew their sponsorship as soon as the event is over. I also like that registration check-in works smoothly now. The self-service integration updates in real time and QR code check-in handles walk-ins in seconds without anyone queuing. The registration bottlenecks that used to consume the first hours of every morning just don't happen anymore. Eventee is an excellent application for organising workshops. I found the app very intuitive to use, and it made managing our Summer School much easier. The schedule was always readily available and could be updated live as things unfolded (or when last-minute changes came up). RegFox is very intuitive - it doesn't take any background or training in registration software. The templates make it easy to get started with a design based on your unique event. Event logistics were easy to access and following our event we can still see attendee engagement and networking. Most found it easy to navigate through the different features and the performance of the app stood up to the entire day without any issues. We had almost 500 people registered to use this app for our one-day event. Compatibility including livestream problems and livestream issues arose during the event while using the launch studio feature. That may have resulted to the interface freezing and needed a restart or not enough refreshes to the page. I have not found many negatives to the platform from a pre-show buyers end. Coming from a school that has very specific tracking requirements, everything I need to provide is easily accessible. One thing that could be useful is something more student centered. Having a way for students to sell individually and receive credit for the purchases made. My only issue that I've had while using Expo Pass is that uploading the attendee list into the system (because we use another website for attendees to register for our event) is very touchy. It usually takes me a few tries to get the list perfect for the system to take it and I would love to have a template to use for this. But it's not a make or break issue for me. What do you like best about Eventify?

Our multi-campus church used Eventify for a regional youth conference with 800+ attendees and a volunteer leadership retreat. The platform made it easy to manage different registration types students, volunteers, speakers, exhibitors and collect waivers for minors. The built-in communication tools (email and push notifications) helped us send session reminders and last-minute room changes without needing a separate email service. What do you dislike about Eventify?

Eventify is simply too much platform for our smaller, weekly events like Bible studies or potlucks. The pricing model is per-event, and even our smallest event costs several hundred dollars. For a church budget, that adds up fast. We also found the learning curve steep for our volunteer event coordinators most are not professional event planners. What problems is Eventify solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Eventify, our conferences were chaotic paper registrations, manual check-ins, and confusing schedules. Eventify solved all of that, and our youth conference ran more smoothly than ever. But for 90% of our other events, we still use free tools like GroupMe, SignUpGenius, and a shared Google Calendar. Eventify is a specialized tool for us, not an everyday solution. What do you like best about Limble?

The product is simple to use and easy to learn. The different support options are great - from online support, to resource articles and the Customer Success managers are great resources! Our CSM meets with me regularly and when I email, I get a response very quickly! While there are some minor improvements I feel could be helpful to the product, overall I am very satisfied with our choice and look forward to learning more as we progress on our Limble journey! What do you dislike about Limble?

I would say my biggest dislike would be the set up of the Corrective Maintenance tasks. I would prefer to be able to have one common instruction set to map to many different PM instruction sets.
