What do you like best about monday Work Management?

The software is straightforward to use, with minimal downtime. I haven't encountered any functionality problems or glitches. It keeps all the information I need at a glance in a simple dashboard that is customizable for our industry and our specific needs. I like that more than one person can be logged in at a time and that everything updates in real time. It was easy to implement and it's a true benefit to know that it can integrate with other platforms down the road. We would prioritize other programs that could most easily integrate with monday over other platforms. We've only needed to reach out to Customer Support one time for something minor, but it was a seamless experience. We use this on a daily basis and it meets our needs well! There is very little I dislike about monday Work Management, which is rare for me when it comes to software platforms. Usually, I can find something that could be improved or that doesn't quite make sense, but honestly, this program seems to fulfill all of our requirements. Day-to-day tracking of our production projects so that we can stay on top of our timelines. It also has columns that we can customize, which helps us know where our contracts are in our review process. What do you like best about Whova?

Being a recent attendee to Women of Steel I found their use of the Whova app to be extremely beneficial in connecting with others who I would have not had the chance to meet otherwise. It was interactive, with polls and Q&A for the sessions, incorporated some meetups, and I was able to connect with some potential future clients. I love the way it integrates with Linkedin. I added a number of new connections and look forward to introducing myself. I am going to go through the attendees now that the event is over and see who else I can network with. What do you like best about MaintainX?

Ease of use. After initial implemenation, it's been very easy to navigate through the system. The platform has been extremely helpful with scheduling not just PMs but also reactive jobs for my team.

What do you dislike about MaintainX?

My only "negative" would be on us and not MaintainX. The system is originally designed for PM at a facility. We are using it for both PM and Reactive; and at this point we have WAY more reactive.

What problems is MaintainX solving and how is that benefiting you?

I've gone from 4-5 different spreadsheets, calendars and systems to now 2 to run our service department. It's been a tremendous aid with scheduling, making procedures, achiving manuals for machines. It's been a great asset in the few months that we've been using it.

What do you like best about Swoogo?

Swoogo is a very easy tool to use and I love how can create as many events you want with unlimited registrants and only get charged for how many administrators we want. It is also very easy to create an event and use it for the mobile app. The implementation from registration to marketing is very intuitive. I also love how we can easily clone the event with one simple click since we have the same event every year. We can also create a "test" environment so we can test everything before we put it into production. We do this now for every event we create. I also like how we can get rid of discount codes and use registration types. Lastly, I love their support. Answers are back in hours not days and sometimes in minutes. What do you dislike about Swoogo?

What do you like best about Eventbrite?

I really like how Eventbrite helps get my family festivals in front of people who actually want to attend. The personalized recommendations mean local parents and families see my event without me having to do a ton of extra advertising. It’s super easy to set up and track interest, too.

Sometimes the recommendations don’t feel specific enough, and my event ends up listed alongside things that aren’t really family-oriented. It can also take a little time for a new event to start appearing in searches or recommendations.

I've had to reach out to the TicketSpice team a few times, and each time I did, the customer service representative made sure my questions were answered. I spoke with Alex regarding a challenge I had with a new payment processing system, and I quickly got a helpful response. The user interface on desktop is excellent, making navigation straightforward. There is mobile support available for both iOS and Android, which adds flexibility. Setting up recurring tasks is simple and intuitive. I also appreciate the implementation of tracking parts and costs. Additionally, the ability to create follow-up work orders directly from within a planned task is very convenient. Built-in QR code support is great for item-specific tasks. What do you dislike about Limble?

To fully utilize the data linking features with PMs, you need to set up assets and their relationships in a very specific manner. If this setup isn’t done properly, you might run into issues where any changes to PMs force you to manually re-establish all the data links, especially when a PM is intended to be associated with multiple assets.

The lack of GIS or mapping functionality also makes it challenging to manage certain assets, particularly when field workers are required to travel off-site.

This tool is helping us transition away from paper inspection reports for our quarterly and yearly inspections. I love how easy it was to switch to Accelevents, and the customer service is exceptional. Althea, the dedicated support person, was incredibly helpful and responsive. The software efficiently handles data and roster collection, and I find the registration and resource sharing features under the event hub particularly useful. The integration with Zoom also adds value to my experience. Additionally, the direct access to customer service is so reliable that it alone would persuade me to purchase Accelevents again. What do you like best about Samaaro?

I find Samaaro pretty user-friendly and easy to use, which is great for event management. It's simple for people to check in and get details, like menu information, on their mobile devices. The application covers most of the modules needed for an event, making the whole process smoother. It also helped us simplify and automate event marketing communications, manage on-site operations such as check-ins and meetings, and connect with other marketing tools we were using. The setup was very smooth and quick, taking just three to four days, and the initial setup was easy. What do you dislike about Samaaro?

I think most of it is covered, but what I suggest is that the automated flow on the next day event program needs some manual updation before the next day. What do you like best about EventCreate?

EventCreate has been a great all-in-one tool for managing our event—from creating the website to handling ticketing and email communication. I especially love the email template and blast functionality—being able to see who has incomplete registrations when selecting recipients has been incredibly helpful for growing our guest list. The ticketing and event site integration keeps everything seamless, and the Stripe connection is a great way to securely collect and store funds separately from my main bank account. What do you dislike about EventCreate?

My only real complaint is that some features could be a bit more flexible, especially when it comes to custom design options and email formatting. There’s also some occasional lag when viewing analytics or updating attendee lists. Based on what I’ve seen in other reviews, a few users have noted that customer support response times can vary, especially during peak event seasons. EventCreate solves the problem of outdated, clunky reunion and event websites. Most platforms feel old-fashioned or overly complicated, but EventCreate makes it easy to design a modern, clean, and user-friendly site that integrates ticketing, payments, and communication all in one place. It’s saved me a lot of time and frustration managing RSVPs and payments for our class reunion.
