What do you like best about monday Work Management?

What I like most about monday Work Management is how easy it makes it to see the work at a glance. I can open a board and, within a few seconds, understand what’s in progress, what’s waiting on the client, and what’s late. The status labels, owners, and due dates are very clear, so there’s less guessing and fewer “who has this?” messages in Slack or email.

I also appreciate how visual and flexible it is. We use it for creative and marketing projects, but the same tool works just as well for production, planning, and even small internal tasks. What do you dislike about monday Work Management?

What I dislike about monday Work Management is that I sometimes feel limited by the automations. For certain boards or specific request types, I’d really like to create more custom rules and logic—for example: “if this field has X value and the client is Y, move it here and notify this person.”

At the moment, you can do a lot with the built-in automations, but when it comes to more complex workflows, I wish I had a bit more flexibility to build my own “if/then” rules without having to rely on a workaround. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is monday Work Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

monday Work Management mainly solves the problem of project chaos.

Before we started using it, a lot of our work lived across email, Slack, and random spreadsheets. Now, each client or campaign has its own board where we can see tasks, owners, due dates, and status all in one place. As a result, we have far fewer “Where is this?” or “Who has this file?” conversations.

It also helps us prioritize more effectively. When I open monday, I can quickly see what’s due today, what’s urgent, and what’s blocked by the client, which makes planning my day and the week ahead much easier.

For the team, the biggest benefit is having a shared view of the work. Creatives, account managers, and leads are all looking at the same boards, so there’s less miscommunication and fewer things slipping through the cracks. What do you dislike about Jotform?

Sometimes it’s difficult to log in. I’m not sure why, but if we wait a bit or try again an hour or so later, we’re usually able to get in.

Also, returning parents have to refill all of the previous years’ camp forms instead of simply logging in, updating their existing information, and registering the same kiddo for a new camp session. We have to save historical data each year, so we can’t continue to use the same app year after year.

When using the app with tables, it would also be helpful if each line corresponded to the first form, so we can quickly see which paperwork is missing for each registrant, rather than having each form treated separately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I love most about vFairs is its ease of integration (adaptation) and ease of use. They seamlessly integrated all our requests. Unlike other firms where Turkish language support was often lacking, vFairs delivered a fully Turkish platform and quickly implemented our customized features.

Crucially, your technical and PM support was outstanding. The entire team worked tirelessly, providing incredibly fast responses (day and night) which is essential for a time-sensitive application. This level of dedication is a massive advantage, as other companies often restricted us to their standard business hours for even basic communication. This is why vFairs is exceptional. What do you dislike about vFairs?

The main dislike is the import/export functionality. Exporting big data (Agenda, Attendees, Sessions) as CSV creates many issues, especially on Windows (language issue or ","";"issue). Switching to XLSX format would be a significant improvement. Additionally, exported files are not readily importable, as the headers between export and import processes are inconsistent and require substantial manual changes.

The second weak point is mobile management. While the core backend is strong, the administrative app is limited, offering little more than check-in features. What problems is vFairs solving and how is that benefiting you?

Simultaneous Session Management: It effectively solved the complex issue of directing and managing participants across 4simultaneous (total 20 session per day) training sessions in different halls, ensuring smooth event flow.

Localization & Customization: It overcame the widespread issue of poor language support by providing a fully Turkish platform and rapidly integrating every customized feature we requested.

Critical Communication: The system successfully handled our vital need for timely participant engagement through mobile notifications and email campaigns.

24/7 Operational Assurance: The dedicated technical and PM teams provided incredibly fast, around-the-clock support, a massive advantage that ensured our time-sensitive application ran without interruption, unlike competitors who adhered strictly to business hours. What do you like best about MaintainX?

MaintainX is a modern product that delivers something much closer to a viable experience than anything else on the market for a CMMS at the moment. They are also actively working to improve the platform and push frequent updates without causing much contention. However, like many companies this size, they do struggle with internal communication. For example, customer service reps will often be surprised to see updates in real time with end users on a call, and the enhancement and feedback cycle is often ad hoc.

Implementation is simple and they provide excellent support/flexibility through the process. Integrations are also readily available, but can be time-consuming/expensive to maintain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MaintainX?

The biggest negatives about MaintainX are on the personnel training and industry specialization side. They lack appropriate internal project management/oversight - through the Sales process in particular - but really across the board. The brightest point is that ongoing support staff, who are very responsive and helpful, but ultimately tend to lack real, down-to-earth understanding of the end user groups they support and struggle to make those connections over time since they are not given planned, consistent opportunities for real-world experience. I hope they will grow here in the future.

By far the most negative experiences, however, are with the Sales team, and I would caution heavily to set clear expectations with any engagement. Related to their internal communication issues, they do not seem to have a wholistic awareness of their internal dependencies and will consistently promise things that they cannot deliver and then pass you to the implementation and ongoing support teams to resolve as best they can. What do you like best about Swoogo?

I really like Swoogo's ability to use conditional logic and visibility settings during registration. Being able to control exactly what different audiences see and when they see it has made it so much easier to build a clean, intentional registration flow. Additionally, their customer service has been stellar. Anytime that I've needed help, I can put in a ticket, and I'm contacted quickly. They follow through until my question is resolved, and are even willing to jump on a call with me to walk through more complex situations. This level of customer service is much better than what I'm used to, and I truly feel like they're a partner in making sure our events are great and that we have a good experience using their product. What do you dislike about Swoogo?

There’s been a bit of a learning curve for us with more complex events. That’s understandable, but having a few more training resources would be helpful. They have a Swoogo University, which is very helpful, but the instructions and guidance aren’t as advanced or detailed as I’d like.

They also offer beautiful templates for website design, and for most groups these would be sufficient. However, if there’s a need for increased branding and deeper website customization, it requires coding abilities. Companies without staff who can code would likely struggle with those customizations. Some customization options feel like they should be standard, but currently aren’t. It would also be great if they offered more themes for website design.

Even with these limitations, I’m very impressed that they do allow the ability to add custom code and make more extensive customizations when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RegFox solving and how is that benefiting you?

With the challenges of the pandemic in 2020 for the event industry, Regfox was on the cutting edge offering an affordable solution to offer virtual events immediately which allowed us to still have our event when so many others had to cancel. For us, we already had registration running for about 5 months for our in-person event and it truly was a simple click of a button to make our form "virtual ready" which turned on the attendees virtual dashboard as well.

A big problem we orginally had when switching to virtual was restricting attendees from sharing their access codes to their dashboards (which hosts the event content) with others. The only thing I wish they had was the ability to have more than one user per account. We have multiple people that access our platform and I wish we had the ability to have unique user names for each person instead with access limits of one blanket user that has all access. What stands out most to me about Limble CMMS is how much it simplifies and strengthens our preventive maintenance process. It removes a lot of the human error that typically comes with manual tracking and makes it significantly easier to manage assets and stay on top of PM schedules.

What do you dislike about Limble?

In terms of downsides, I honestly don’t have many. Limble has been solid for my workflow, and nothing stands out as a major negative. The only feature I find myself wishing for is the ability to print asset labels that include the last PM date, the next scheduled PM date, and basic asset information. Having labels like that would make it easy to update assets right at the time of service and keep info visible at a glance.

What do you like best about TicketSpice?

I switched over to TicketSpice three years ago from EventBrite and haven't looked back. The fees are smaller, and the site is easy to navigate. Most importantly is the fast and personal customer service. I've had to reach out to the TicketSpice team a few times, and each time I did, the customer service representative made sure my questions were answered. I spoke with Alex regarding a challenge I had with a new payment processing system, and I quickly got a helpful response. What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

We host multiple events, ranging from 15 attendees in a hands-on workshop to a full-on festival with over 300 attendees at times. The costs/fees are competitive – I know this is one part of my business where I feel I pay a fair price for the benefits I receive. Overall, our experience was excellent, but one small improvement would be adding extra iPad power cords to the on-site equipment shipment. During one event, a staff member accidentally tripped and broke the connector on a cord, leaving us short. While the equipment worked flawlessly otherwise, having a backup cord included would provide peace of mind and prevent any disruption. Improved Process & Efficiency: The previous badge printing and check-in process was outdated, time consuming and cumbursome. Expo Pass completely transformed our process, making it efficient, allowing us to better allocate staff resources.
