**What do you like best about Purplepass?**

It is extremely easy and customizable. It has made my life as a school director so much easier. I spend less time making deposits and running reports. The transparency is AMAZING

**What do you dislike about Purplepass?**

I have not found many negatives to the platform from a pre-show buyers end. Coming from a school that has very specific tracking requirements, everything I need to provide is easily accessible. One thing that could be useful is something more student centered. Having a way for students to sell individually and receive credit for the purchases made. On a day of event side, apple pay would also be a usual addition. It has come up more frequently this year from attendees.

I love that the customization of the site and each individual event keeps getting better. I host many events from ticket sales to registrations and it makes it very easy to create and manage both

**What do you like best about Purplepass?**

I love how clean the layout is. It makes it easier for customers to see all the information they need about our event. It looks very professional and helps our event feel more legitimate. It was also very easy to integrate into our website and share across our social channels.

**What do you dislike about Purplepass?**

Overall, I have no complaints. One thing that would be nice to have in the overview section is the ability to place a photograph. I love keeping the logo in the main header, but it would be great to also add an image further down the page.

**What problems is Purplepass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem Purplepass solves for us is being able to see ticket sales in real time, instead of having to wait for someone else to provide that information. We can also get the ticket page up much faster on our end, rather than working with an in-house ticket team and having to wait because we’re not always their main priority. Overall, it’s nice to have more control over the process.

**What do you like best about Purplepass?**

It is incredibly user friendly and their customer support is some of the best. You cant beat the pricing for the functionality and ease of use you get with the platform. Ticketing is so easy and the Box Office platform has made out check in process so much more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Purplepass?**

The only thing I wish they had was the ability to have more than one user per account. We have multiple people that access our platform and I wish we had the ability to have unique user names for each person instead with access limits of one blanket user that has all access.

**What problems is Purplepass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We now have greater access to and control over our reporting, which has made a noticeable difference. The platform is also much more user-friendly for our patrons. Additionally, the Box Office feature has played a crucial role in reducing our check-in times.

**What do you like best about Purplepass?**

We have been using Purplepass since 2020 for our ticketed events. They make it so easy to set-up events, help solve problems when we want to make changes, communicate quickly via phone or email, and provide excellent customer service to our patrons. Using Purplepass has made our ticketing process more streamlined, helped sell additional tickets for our program, and has allowed us to easily incorporate online ticket sales through our website for our events.

**What do you dislike about Purplepass?**

Nothing - we have been very pleased with Purplepass and have had no problems with the company.

**What problems is Purplepass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Purplepass allowed us to sell tickets online, have assigned seating, use credit cards for sales, help with box office by showing available seats at the door, we can email our ticket buyers and let them know about upcoming shows, and we can market our program overall.

**What do you like best about Purplepass?**

The best parts of Purple Pass were the communication and customer service and the easy to use website to track the progress of our sales. It was easy to get a hold of our representative to ask any questions or request explanation of anything. I appreciated being able to track the sales progress and the in depth categories that showed the different sale demographic.

**What do you dislike about Purplepass?**

The only issue we had was so many banks not allowing purchases. People would have to call their bank to authorize the sales. I am not sure if this is anything Purple Pass can do on their end and I appreciate their security. I just wish there was a way to bypass this, as i do not have to do this on other platforms.

**What problems is Purplepass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to accept more forms of payment by using purple pass. Purple pass also helped us narrow down which forms of advertisement got most purchasers by implementing the questions which each purchase- how did you hear of us.

**What do you like best about Purplepass?**

The thing I like most about using Purplepass is the terrific customer service. They are swift to respond no matter when I contact them. The fact that someone is available the day of a concert (like a Sunday afternoon matinee) to help makes all the difference.

**What do you dislike about Purplepass?**

Sometimes the steps to "do everything myself" with setting up a season of events can be confusing - but I think this has to do more with user error than a flaw in the system. Linking reserved seating and seating charts can be tricky, too.  However, any inconvenience is always offset by helpful and responsive Purplepass staff.

**What problems is Purplepass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a smaller community non-profit orchestra we are able to offer our patrons reserved seating & season tickets with easy PDF delivery by email. 
We have the choice whether to pay the ticketing fees ourselves or pass those on to the patron. 
It's easy to edit our events and add discount codes and graphics. 
Payouts happen quickly once events are over.

**What do you like best about Purplepass?**

I've been using Purplepass for my Halloween event for five years now, and it has consistently been an excellent tool for managing ticket sales, tracking attendance, handling revisions, managing comps, and setting up the event. I also appreciate that they offer rental equipment, but you can choose to use your own devices if you prefer. The customer service is outstanding—there is always a real person available to assist. The pricing is reasonable, and payouts are processed quickly.

**What do you dislike about Purplepass?**

Setting up initially takes a bit more time, but after that, it's easy to duplicate events and the user interface is much improved. I suggest getting support to assist with the first setup.

It handles ticketing, payment, and redemption effectively.

The ease of use and the customer service is the best I've ever experienced.  Nick Liberto handles every question promptly, with expertise and great patience.

**What do you dislike about Purplepass?**

After almost 2 years, I have not encountered anything yet that I dislike about PurplePass.

**What problems is Purplepass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was driven to learn all the PurplePass processes when the Box Office manager was taken ill and had to go out on a lengthy medical leave.  Almost overnight I had to learn everything about PurplePass . . . creating events, daily sales reports, managing ticket sales, etc.  Without the gracious help of Nick Liberto our department would have suffered with lost sales and poor event planning.  With great expertise and patience, Nick guided me through every step on all the processes so that I was able to maintain the flow of our Box Office without missing a beat.

The best part of Purple Pass is working with their incredible support team. They are incredibly responsive, thorough, and act as true partners every step of the event planning process. The system itself is also very straight forward, easy to customize and we've had no trouble whatsoever.

**What do you like best about Purplepass?**

Purplepass is a fairly intuitive platform, easy to navigate and it takes no time to set up a new event. Their system is deigned with both the customer and the customer's audience in mind. Their staff are always prompt and friendly and incredibly helpful when you have a question. Best of all, the cost to our organization is zero, Purplepass service fees are minimal and can be absorbed by your organization or passed along to the audience member, so we just adjust out pricing to offset those small costs.

**What do you dislike about Purplepass?**

We have had no significant issues. Purplepass has made adjustments for us as we needed them to and are working on updating some things that we had asked them about, again showing that they are responsive and have their customers best interests at heart.

We needed a system that was user friendly for both our team and our customers, while also being cost efficient for both, and Purplepass has filled that gap for us.

**What do you like best about Purplepass?**

Purplepass has really helped to make the event organization and site hosting as simple as possible. The process of setting up the site was already straight forward and user-friendly with a lot of options to customize how the way your tickets are labeled, sold and distributed. The whole process was made even easier by the amazing customer support we received along the way. They were always quick to offer support and help in any way we needed, whether it be related to online support, or support troubleshooting ticket scanning hardware. As a daily user of the software, one of my favorite features is the online box office. This provides the event organizers with tools to use on the day of your event such as admitting guests, searching for orders, tracking event statements and much more.

**What do you dislike about Purplepass?**

There haven’t been many downsides to using Purplepass Ticketing. The only thing would be that the app itself is lacking some of the features that web version offers. It would be helpful to have the same tools available to use on the app and on the Purplepass ticketing hardware.

**What problems is Purplepass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Purplepass is helping us solve our issue of hosting a live website for our event. We were unsure how to go about selling, distributing and admitting tickets for our event and Purplepass was able to solve that for us and provided the tools we needed for our event to operate smoothly. The customer service has been outstanding along the way.

**What do you like best about Purplepass?**

With strong customer support and training resources, Purplepass ensures users can make the most of the system for daily use. Our organization likes that it allows event organizers to easily create and manage events. You can customize  tickets. The platform's features for on-site check-ins, including mobile and handheld scanners, are generally seen as efficient and reliable, helping keep lines moving. Purplepass is cost-effective solution compared to many other ticketing agency's; pricing structure is easy to understand.

**What do you dislike about Purplepass?**

Some of the dislikes are with the refurbished equipment, printers and scanners not working properly, also, charging issues. There is a bit of a learning curve with Purplepass's back-end interface, however, the customer service team is available 24/7 to assist and has always solved the problem quickly. They could benefit from improving an easy way to download all ticket buyer information for marketing purposes.

Event setup and customization: We find the process of creating events, including setting up ticket types, pricing tiers, and event details, to be easy and flexible. The platform's features for on-site check-ins,using the handheld scanners, help keep the lines moving. (We previously tore tickets.)  Purplepass supports a variety of our needs, including reserved seating or general admission, various pricing options like coupon codes and discounts, customizable tickets and its a cost effective solution for our company.

Purplepass has been a great online ticketing service for us. We have used other ticketing services in the past and most were difficult to navigate or slow in paying. Purplepass has been easy to work with even with our special custumized needs, Payment is quick and their customer support has been very fast and always takes care of any concerns immediately.

So far we really haven't found any problems that we have had.

We have a large season ticket aspect to our events and that can be an issue, but Purplepass has accommodated that seamlessly into our public sales.

**What do you like best about Purplepass?**

Truly, the idea of totally free free tickets has changed everything we do for the better. The service is also top notch- our representative somehow always seems available! I've recommended PurplePass to multiple people who have since created their own accounts and report that it is exactly what they needed! 
It is easy to use and easy to teach our staff that often changes. The interface is also intuitive and integrates with our merchant account seamlessly.

**What do you dislike about Purplepass?**

I can't think of anything off the top of my head that is a dislike- sometimes the reports can get a little complicated, but easy enough to save the kind of report you need.

**What problems is Purplepass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our previous ticketing service charged for free tickets and that really limited our ability to offer programming to our community. PurplePass has made it so that registrations are no longer multiple lists of people, coming from every department on campus. It has truly streamlined our ticketing.

**What do you like best about Purplepass?**

The BEST parts about PurplePass ticketing are the tools, widgets, marketing integrations and ease of use wit the whole platform. If you take the time to really get to know the software it opens up bountiful possibilities for promoters and venues alike. And the Support Staff! Always timely responses, always doing their very best to make sure and issues are resolved promptly. No long wait times, no servers down for days at a time. absolutely fantastic staff.

**What do you dislike about Purplepass?**

The only downside I have encountered, regarding PurplePass  is having some clients unwilling to use the platform because they claim the fees are too big, but they seem perfectly reasonable to me.

**What problems is Purplepass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Purplepass is solving the lack of POS and ticketing capabilities my venue had before we signed with them. Now we are able to generate reports on demographics and types of show that do well here and use that information to make informed decisions around how we market and set up our fee structures.

From the beginning, Purplepass has provided the best in customer service. Our representative Nicholas Liberto is always present, available and available. I cannot begin to count how many times he has helped me. His ability to support in a thoughtful way goes beyond anything I have experienced. Never condescending or frustrated by what must surely be silly questions, he is ready to jump in - always.

**What do you dislike about Purplepass?**

The only downside is there is not an option to receive funds "as you go". That being said, it has actually helped us better manage our expenses, particularly when it comes to the theatrical productions we produce.

No more printed tickets to sell. Having on online platform is invaluable to our efforts. We are a small staff team and Purplepass saves us time and money.

As a new theatre company, we’ve really appreciated how easy Purplepass is to use—for both us and our audiences. The platform is intuitive and reliable.

**What do you dislike about Purplepass?**

Our only complaint? Payouts take a little while. Having to wait a few days is frustrating. But overall, it’s been a great tool to help us grow.

Purplepass solves the problem of complicated, time-consuming ticketing systems. As a small, emerging theatre company with limited staff, we needed a platform that was easy to set up and simple for audiences to navigate. Purplepass delivers on all of that. It saves us time, reduces errors, and makes it easier for patrons to buy tickets—so we can focus more on the art and less on the logistics.

**What do you like best about Purplepass?**

The POS box office is incredibly intuitive to use. I work with a team of volunteers/students to run the box office for my college Theatre Department, and training of box office assistants and ushers takes no time at all. I also appreciate that event creation is simple, and the ticketing website for patrons is professional in appearance and easy for our patrons to use.

The few times I have gotten confused and needed customer service support, the responses have been very fast and very helpful. 

I use Purplepass throughout the academic year, and it is a smooth and stress-free process. It was easy to implement a switch to Purplepass from our last ticketing software, and we won't be going back. It integrates well with our social media and official websites.

**What do you dislike about Purplepass?**

None that I have discovered yet. It meets our ticketing needs perfectly, and costs us very little.

**What problems is Purplepass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to provide a professional ticket buying platform for our patrons at minimal cost. Whether purchasing in advance on the website, or at the door, it is easy for patrons and box office staff to use.

**What do you like best about Purplepass?**

It is very easy to use and you can set up events without any issues.  It has allowed us to fully transition to online tickets for our local community theatre.  The customer support is very responsive and is always quick to provide a solution.  We use it for all the shows in our yearly seasons.  It allows customers to pick their own seats and have them reserved and paid for before coming to the theatre.  Our Box Office has really sped up because most of our clients have use the online system and we can mark them off a list or scan their ticket.  It is pretty self-explanatory for each setting.

**What do you dislike about Purplepass?**

There was a change in the software where we had to modify a setting before tickets could be issued at the Box Office.  We went one night without this ability but was able to get it resolved the next day.  Changes like this shouldn't happen.

**What do you like best about Purplepass?**

The user experience is so easy. In the past with other ticket companies, we'd have a lot of emails and calls form people needing help with making their purchase, but this year we had hardly any at all. It was so much more intuitive. They also have GREAT customer service (as in... they actually HAVE customer service with actual people you can talk to!)

**What do you dislike about Purplepass?**

We ran into a couple of people who wanted to make partial refunds (like they bought 5 tickets but only needed 3) and we had to refund the entire order and make them purchase the seats they wanted again, as there isn't currently a way to do that. If there were a slightly easier way to give refunds and make exchanges (that was a little difficult to navigate at first as well!) then I would be totally happy.

Honestly the fact that they have people who will help me when i need and they don't charge me for every problem I have is so incredibly helpful.

**What do you like best about Purplepass?**

It is easy to use and very user-friendly even when you are not a technology expert! I appreciate the simple and clean layout and it is easy to understand how to use the dropdown selections. The customizable functions are all pretty easy to grasp, even though I am not a person who understands web design at all. I really like the custom URL function. I also love that you can copy an event and it just reuses all the past settings and you only have to change the new information specific to the event, like date, description, etc. I have also had exceptional customer service - when we have needed to get in touch with someone, we have emailed or called and gotten an almost immediate response.

What I like best about PurplePass Ticketing is how incredibly user-friendly and customizable the platform is. Whether we’re organizing a large-scale ballet production, a concert, or a community theater event, PurplePass makes setup seamless and flexible. Their customer service is top-tier—responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in our success. The real-time reporting tools and ticket scanning app also make event day operations efficient and stress-free.

As a nonprofit, we deeply appreciate their reasonable pricing structure for paid events, and the fact that there are no charges at all for free events is a game-changer. It allows us to offer community performances and outreach programs without cutting into our limited budgets, while still being able to track valuable patron data. PurplePass truly feels like a partner, not just a platform, and they help us make the arts more accessible to everyone.

There seems to be a small glitch for the live ticket sales, there is a button where you click to open the box office right before the events.  We sometimes have an issue with it working.  When we spoke with customer service, they walked us through a work around.

We’ve used several different ticketing platforms in the past, and each came with its own set of issues. If the platform had all the features we needed, the pricing was too high. If the pricing was reasonable, we had to compromise on essential features. With PurplePass, we finally found the perfect balance between features and affordability. The pricing is fair, they don’t charge anything for free events, and we still get access to powerful tools like customizable discount codes, a texting feature, and robust patron tracking. We’re no longer choosing between price and performance PurplePass gives us both.

**What do you like best about Purplepass?**

Easy to understand patron experience, powerful back-end for events organizers.  Ability to issue settlement directly to organizers and involve them in the Purplepass organizer roles.  Their equipment is easy to set up, and use.  The best part about Purplepass is the excellent team they have who are on top of everything we send them--whether it's a simple request or a new feature request.  Ultimately, they're an incredible value.

Purplepass has an easy to use interface and has allowed me to shift most of the work of selling tickets to our events from them.  Our previous online ticketing solution was cumbersome and we found that the majority of our tickets were still being purchased at our box office right before a show.  Moving to Purplepass has allowed us to shift to almost entirely online sales.  The benefit to us is time!

**What do you like best about Purplepass?**

We’re a small (60-100 seats) venue that rents to independent producers. As a small operation, PurplePass is simple enough for me to manage all the shows coming through while giving specific access and direct payouts to our clients. Most importantly, any time I need any assistance, their support team answers quickly and helps me figure out what I need efficiently. It also seems we have a dedicated support person, which is perfect because I don’t have to re-explain our situation.

I don’t know what comparable timelines are on settlement payouts, but all settlements are sent the Thursday after the show closes (and sometimes it comes through early Fri AM). A little sooner would be nice but it’s not terribly inconvenient.

PurplePass can send ticket settlements directly to third party producers using our venue. We never have to touch or worry about that passing through our business.

The team at PurplePass work diligently to help you solve problems and make the ticket sales and processing experience as painless as possible. I have come to rely on online ticket sales as have my customers. PurplePass is an excellent partner.

**What do you dislike about Purplepass?**

I wish that PurplePass would allow for customers to login to an account that saves their purchasing history and the discounts connected with their account. But otherwise I have no complaints about this product.

**What problems is Purplepass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My customers, most of whom our college students, require the online experience for pretty much everything in their lives. They expect to be able to purchase their tickets online and to use their phone for access to an event. PurplePass makes these processes easy for my customers.

Our university made the transition to PurplePass in December of 2022. It was a challenge to make the change from our previous, more familiar, ticketing system to a less familiar one, but the staff at PurplePass was available to answer each one of my questions. My needs were fairly complex, at least they were in my eyes as I had several categories of customers who needed to receive discounts at a variety of different rates. The PurplePass system allowed me to create a coupon code for each customer type and for each individual theatre patron. The PurplePass ticketing system is a robust one with many features. I find I am still learning about new features all the time. The PurplePass people send out newsletters regularly to help their clients familiarize themselves with new possibilities that can improve sales. Without the help of the team at PurplePass, I'm sure I would've been unable to meet my customers' needs in a timely fashion.

The PurplePass team also provided ticket scanners and other pieces of equipment for our use. They have just upgraded our equipment and I am very pleased with the result. In addition, the PurplePass team has been especially helpful during a transition between ticket sales personnel, providing personalized training for my new ticket sales person. It's this level of customer service that has made my PurplePass experience such a positive one.

The software itself allows me to create an attractive online event that is easy for my customers to navigate. The system provides the option for my customer to print a PDF copy of their ticket or to bring a QR code to the theater for scanning. Social media links, mass mailings, and robust data reporting are just a few of the services provided by the PurplePass platform. While no ticketing system is perfect, the PurplePass system, along with the technical support that they provide, has proven to be an invaluable asset to my Theatre program. I highly recommend PurplePass.

It is easy to use and the customer service is always excellent! We use this all the time, nearly every month, and there are rarely issues because everything is pretty easy to understand, but when there are, the customer service team is always so helpful and makes everything easy to understand so that the problem can be resolved quickly.

Frankly, I can't think of much. I think that it can become tedious to input the promo codes, but that's it.

My ability to easily sell tickets online and in-person for multiple events. I find this to be CRUCIAL in order to do what I must do and purplepass makes it so easy! They also eliminate my having to scrounge for equipment that I might need or hoarding equipment I'm not using, it's so simple to send old equipment back or to ask for upgraded equipment when mine are having troubles.

Purplepass really solved some immediate needs for the fair board, including a POS System, tickets sale data, tickets and scanners to to track attendance. They've been on call throughout events to trouble shoot during our first uses and offered immense support in training our members to use.

What has been the biggest obstacles, are system upgrades and having to work through those changes. However, the Purplepass team has been completely supportive and again offered training and been on call as we've worked through the changes.

We are a large fair grounds and finding a POS that works on our grounds with spotty Wifi has been difficult. They offered a high level of support the first year we used them to work through our issues.  We are very excited about their new upgrades that will alleviate this problem.

I have been very impressed with the customer service. I was expecting something similar to our previous ticketing service provider - slow response times and a lot of article links instructing me to figure it out for myself. But what I've gotten is immediate responses, even when I'm calling outside regular business hours.

I would like more options, or perhaps a more thorough understanding, of the options for customizing reports. The standard reports provide thorough information, but they're not specifically geared toward our operations (theatre).

Purplepass has significantly improved our customer interface and streamlined our box office operations. Thanks to their ticketing system, our patrons experience much shorter waits when purchasing and redeeming tickets than they had to endure under our previous system.

Customer support is outstanding.  The working relationship we have with our Purplepass support tech is fantastic.  Responses to email, voicemail and phone calls are always prompt.  Changes to events are made in real time.  You can open and close sections of venues as needed with very little effort.  Our students enjoy the passcode feature so they can purchase tickets at their convenience.

When we first started with Purplepass, they didn't have a user manual.  An online user manual is now available to help with questions.

We especially appreciate the ease with which we can post events and develop ticketing options, with how-to videos conveniently embedded in the relevant sections of the template. And patrons have commented on the ease of buying tickets through Purplepass, not always what we heard before we switched. 

We also appreciate the wide variety of report customization options, because they ensure we can access whatever information we need and present it in whatever form is most useful for communicating with staff, board, or advertisers and funders.

Probably the feature we appreciate most is the exemplary customer service. Reps respond immediately (and patiently!) with clear, helpful answers, and the resources in the online help center not only aid with specific issues but offer valuable guidance and tips for improving the ways we do business.

We've been using PurplePass Ticketing for just over a year now and it's been such a game-changer. The platform is super easy to use, fast, and customizable, which has made handling our production ticket sales so much smoother. Setting up event pages is quick and simple. Since we switched, keeping track of ticket sales, managing comp tickets and sending tickets digitally has saved so much time and prep work. Linking the ticket sales page to our marketing and advertising is great. We’ve also started using it for special events and RSVPs, and it’s worked perfectly for those, too. Plus, the equipment like the car reader, ticket printer, and scanners are all easy to use and setup. Overall, PurplePass has really simplified everything, and we love how efficient it’s made our ticketing process!

Overall, we’ve had a great experience with PurplePass, but there is one minor hiccup we’ve encountered. Occasionally, the ticket printer settings revert back to default, and we need to reset them. It’s not a huge deal, but it can be a bit of a hassle when we’re in a rush. The PurplePass support has been extremely helpful in troubleshooting any issues we've had.

Before using PurplePass, all of our tickets were sold day of. That resulted in long lines and people unsure if they would be able to buy a ticket if they didn't get to the theatre early enough. During the COVID-19 pandemic, purplepass's introduction to our campus, allowed us to sfaley convene graduates and their families at our commencement ceremonies, by allowing us to validate vaccination records, and introduce parameters that accomodated social distance requirements under state and federal mandates. Since then purplepass has allowed us provide a ticketing and marketing service that easily integrates into the college setting.

I have used PurplePass for several months, and have used their technical support team many times.  I am very pleased with their competence.

Since I am not using the software for ticketing an event, I wanted advice how I could adapt it for my purposes.  That meant many questions by me to them.  They were always amazingly prompt with answers (the same day usually), and understood my needs.  They offered suggestions on how I could make the program work for me.

PurplePass software and the technical support team are highly recommended.

Nothing. It works well.  It is a mature software, meaning well written, and any bugs have been resolved.

On a couple of instances the rented hardware (mobile box office, printers, and scanners) was not thoroughly checked for quality before shipping (missing cables, some charging issues).

**What do you like best about Purplepass?**

Purple Pass in so user friendly and easy to understand. I really enjoy the ease of selling tickets , as a new employee to the theatre I was able to sell learn how to sell tickets in a day. The more time I spend on the system the more I learn and the more I like it.

**What do you dislike about Purplepass?**

The reporting side of PurplePass is challenging for me because I am not as proficient with excel as I need to be . I wish the reports where more straight forward . I am particularly speaking of the transaction reports.

**What problems is Purplepass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Editing our own events is a huge benefit to using this system . We are able to change dates and shows when necessary in real time.

**What do you like best about Purplepass?**

We have been with Purple Pass for seven years. They have been a very reasonably priced option for our intimate venue.  They have grown so much and offer many features that help our process and offer convenience. Whenever I have a question, they respond immediately to help out. It is easy to use with great customer support.

**What do you dislike about Purplepass?**

There is an standard open spot on the event page that I wish didn't take up so much space.

They offer a great box office platform for our intimate venue.

honestly have no drawbacks to mention. Purplepass has consistently exceeded my expectations. If I ever have any sort of issue, there's always an immediate fix!

Purplepass simplifies selling reserved seating with an intuitive interface for creating detailed seating charts. Features like tiered pricing, handicap support, and visual seat selection make ticketing easy for organizers and seamless for attendees, saving time and enhancing the overall event experience.
