What do you like best about Samaaro?

I find Samaaro pretty user-friendly and easy to use, which is great for event management. It's simple for people to check in and get details, like menu information, on their mobile devices. The application covers most of the modules needed for an event, making the whole process smoother. It also helped us simplify and automate event marketing communications, manage on-site operations such as check-ins and meetings, and connect with other marketing tools we were using. The setup was very smooth and quick, taking just three to four days, and the initial setup was easy. I believe Samaaro has become pretty popular in our company because it covers most aspects of an event. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Samaaro?

I think most of it is covered, but what I suggest is that the automated flow on the next day event program needs some manual updation before the next day. What do you like best about Samaaro?

Organizing ticketing and managing an event with up to 800 attendees is usually challenging and stressful. However, with Samaaro, the whole process was smooth and efficient, without any difficulties. What I appreciated most was the feature that allowed for multiple receptions, all of which were interconnected. This meant that even if a guest checked in at a different reception, their information was instantly updated in a centralized system, making management much easier.
