With RegFox, we have it easy when handling event registration and ticketing. By offering best event management, the tool ensures efficiency and enhances attendee experience.

I like that RegFox comes with AI features that automates tedious tasks such as sending confirmation emails and reminders.

"Effortless Registration, Full Control, and Outstanding Support with RegFox"
What do you like best about RegFox?

We like that RegFox keeps registration simple and in our control. It’s fast to set up, pricing is transparent, and customization doesn’t require a developer. The checkout flow feels clean, we can collect exactly the info we need from attendees, and Stripe integration just works. Compared to Cvent or Eventbrite, it’s lightweight, flexible, and doesn’t punish you for being creative. And when we did need help, Jessica from customer support was incredible — fast, friendly, and actually solved things, not just read from a script. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RegFox?

RegFox stops short once registration ends — there’s no way to send post-event surveys or follow-up emails without pulling in outside tools. You also can’t disable public attendee visibility in hybrid or remote events, which raises privacy concerns. Payment options are limited to credit card via Stripe only — no ACH, no buy-now-pay-later options. I also don't like being penalized for using stripe at an additional 1% per ticket. It’s solid for front-end simplicity, but feels a bit boxed in when you need full-cycle event management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RegFox?

The pricing structure at RegFox is fair and reasonable while providing a robust, registration platform. RegFox focuses on the product, features, and customer service. They make it easy to contact the help team and they respond with speed and clarity. While there is a bit of a learning curve when implementing your first registration site, the tool features make sense and it looks and runs beautifully from our customer's perspective. As a new convert, I'm asking clients and colleagues to give it a try. Finally, a company that doesn't drive up prices to spend millions on marketing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RegFox?

There is a learning curve when setting up the first few registration pages. I wish I could format the calendar invites (location, duration, description) associated with the event start time and how the product can be used for "memberships" functionality. "Reg Fox Has Been Great For My Small Business"
What do you like best about RegFox?

RegFox has been a life saver for keeping my small business on track! It is very user friendly - I am definitely not a "tech" person and I have been able to easily navigate the website and create good looking and clear registration pages for my events. Reg Fox also makes it incredibly easy to cancel or edit registrations, and make refunds if needed. With RegFox, I have peace of mind knowing I'm not letting anything fall through the cracks. Customer support has been fantastic - twice I've needed help and twice I received excellent and fast customer service. Most recently, Joseph helped me with an issue that would have taken me hours to figure out. What do you like best about RegFox?

I discovered Reg Fox while searching for a flexible ticketing platform that could meet my needs as the organizer of a photo interest group. I needed something straightforward to use, since I run two to four events each week, but I also required features that my previous solution no longer provided. My essential requirements included some CRM support so I could manage my own mailings, low fees to keep my events affordable, the ability to richly format event pages with headers and embedded graphics to make invitations more appealing, and support for both virtual and in-person events. Additionally, a waitlist feature was crucial so that if anyone dropped out, I could quickly fill their spot and maintain a fully booked event.

I was able to set up my first event in under 20 minutes, and over the past few weeks, I’ve started creating a variety of additional events. As with any new tool, there’s a learning curve, but I found most features quite intuitive. I was especially impressed by the level of support. The built-in AI chatbot, Finn, is highly effective. Not only can the AI answer specific questions about any screen, but it can also suggest better approaches for particular objectives. If I got stuck, I could even share a screenshot, and Finn would read what was on my screen, interpret my notes, and confirm whether I was in the right place and what to do next. On several occasions, human support staff also stepped in to provide extra help, such as sharing insights about the product’s direction or agreeing to pass along feature requests to the development team.

Overall, I’m very impressed. RegFox is a robust, feature-rich platform with a great deal of versatility, making it suitable for a wide range of clubs, groups, or organizations looking to manage registration and ticketing for their events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RegFox?

I use Reg to organize frequent photography workshops, many of which are quite similar. The platform allows me to easily clone events, but I’ve noticed that the details carried over from one event to the next require careful review and adjustment. I often have to update several elements each time I duplicate an event. If there were additional ##keywords such as ##eventdate, ##eventstart-time, and ##event-title, it would make templates like the confirmation email and waitlist notification much more reusable when copying events. What do you dislike about RegFox?

I do not like how if one of my registration options needs to be no charge that it says ($0.00) by the registration option. I also don't like how there is not 24/7 support in case there is an issue on-site at an event super early or late, like with badge printing. What do you like best about RegFox?

I find RegFox incredibly user-friendly, as it is not complicated to figure out, which streamlines our convention registration process efficiently. I appreciate the ability to copy previous registrations which allows me to update only certain details or information needed without having to start from scratch and build an entire new page, saving significant time and effort. Additionally, the support I received has been outstanding; Jessica provided excellent assistance with solving issues related to group registration pricing and demonstrated the process through a detailed 8-minute video, which was extremely helpful. What do you dislike about RegFox?

I find it inconvenient that RegFox does not have its own integrated payment platform and requires the use of Webconnex. Additionally, there is a frustrating limitation when using the early bird registration price feature. What do you like best about RegFox?

I find the functionality available in RegFox useful for setting up pages and managing program registrations and event sales for our youth sports nonprofit. Creating event pages, utilizing coupon codes, and selling tickets are all capabilities that allow me to handle the necessary logistics with ease. Though it hasn't added anything extra to our operations, it allows us to efficiently carry out the essential tasks we need to manage our events successfully. What do you dislike about RegFox?

I dislike that RegFox lacks a direct integration with QuickBooks, which has made our accounting process a nightmare. This has led to increased staff labor and stress, and our accounting records are not as up-to-date or accurate as I would like. The change in their credit card payment processor further exacerbated these issues, affecting our operations for almost a year. Additionally, although RegFox offers some functionalities we use, it hasn't added anything extra to our operations, making it feel limited compared to other youth sports registration software available. These other options provide the necessary QuickBooks integration and additional features like a parent communication and scheduling app, which RegFox currently lacks. While RegFox doesn’t include a built-in QuickBooks integration, many of our customers successfully connect the two through our Zapier integration. This setup allows data to flow automatically between RegFox and QuickBooks, reducing manual work and keeping accounting records up to date.
