What I like best about Birdeye is how efficiently it centralizes reviews and customer feedback across multiple businesses. What do you dislike about Birdeye?

As a newer user of Birdeye, the main challenge has been the depth of the platform. There are a lot of features and capabilities available, which is a positive, but it does take time to fully learn how to use everything as effectively as possible—especially across multiple business locations.

We’re also still working through how to best align integrations with our existing systems, so additional guidance or best practices in that area would be helpful.

That said, the onboarding experience itself has been excellent. Shri, our onboarding specialist, has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and clear throughout the process. Before Birdeye, managing reviews and customer feedback across multiple businesses was manual and inconsistent. We struggled to request reviews consistently and didn’t have a centralized way to monitor or respond.

Now, everything is streamlined—review requests are automated, feedback is centralized, and responses are timely and organized. This has improved efficiency, increased customer engagement, and given us much better visibility into our overall customer experience.

What do you like best about SOCi?

That all social medias are linked and can be scheduled at the same time. I also like how the reviews are easy to view and access to answer. Sometimes though when you upload a photo on Instagram you can manipulate the photo size like on the app so sometimes I have to post directly from Instagram Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SOCi?

Tagging on ALL platforms isn't the best sometimes but I have yet to try it since LinkedIn tagging was upgraded. I don't like how you can't add music to Instagram post from SOCI. I love how I can upload a recording and get a well-structured draft in literally 90 seconds. It reduced case study production time from 90 days to 42 days, a 53% improvement. The Slack app integration has also been a huge win, especially with sales and marketing teams using it regularly to surface insights and customer proof automatically. It’s one of the most engaged Slack channels in the company. Sales also receive Proactive Proof emails after their calls, giving them personalized proof based on the prospect's pain points and industry. We see an open rate of 70% on these.

The customization options are great, and Peerbound's support team has been responsive every step of the way. I really like the automation in NiceJob. It's synced with our CRM and is pretty much hands-off. Review invites are sent out automatically when a work order is completed in our CRM, which is great. The invites go out first by text and then by email, and this sequence is customizable too. I especially appreciate how it sends invites to the onsite contact of the job, who directly interacts with our service team. I recently had to speak with Smile.io's support team regarding an issue wherein we were being overcharged for orders made on our site, when in fact they were our TikTok Shop orders, which due to our logistics set up, are sent to our packing station through Shopify. They [support] promptly sorted the issue and rectified the discrepancy. However, this "fix" did not last and by the following month they [Smile] were requesting an upgrade to our plan because we had exceeded the plan's order limit, although our store's orders were well within the limit.
