What do you like best about Reputation?

I use Reputation for managing our online listings, online reviews, internal surveys, and social media management. It acts like a central hub for all our reputation management, syncing with our social and business listing accounts, which is super handy. I enjoy the UI/UX; it's mostly intuitive and easy to navigate even though there were some initial stumbles. The concept of it being a one-stop shop for all reputation matters is great. I find the response dashboards for online reviews and internal surveys really good and they keep improving them. Their Insights products are also very informative for understanding what our properties are doing well and identifying areas of improvement. When adding new locations, the process has been seamless. What do you dislike about Reputation?

Reports still leave a lot to be desired, particularly in the social media metrics. Social media metrics reports feel very half-baked. I don't understand why social media reports are separate from the Reports product. Reports as a product works well and is very customizable. Peerbound has been a game changer for making our advocacy efforts more efficient and impactful at Gainsight. The ease of generating customer stories and quotes directly from call recordings has significantly reduced the time it takes to move from concept to content. I love how I can upload a recording and get a well-structured draft in literally 90 seconds. It reduced case study production time from 90 days to 42 days, a 53% improvement. The Slack app integration has also been a huge win, especially with sales and marketing teams using it regularly to surface insights and customer proof automatically. It’s one of the most engaged Slack channels in the company. Sales also receive Proactive Proof emails after their calls, giving them personalized proof based on the prospect's pain points and industry. We see an open rate of 70% on these.

The customization options are great, and Peerbound's support team has been responsive every step of the way. They’ve been open to feedback, and I’ve seen them implement suggestions, like adding direct links from Slack alerts to moments in Peerbound or fields to better sort active products, which has made it even more user-friendly. Managing our 50+ locations in one dashboard is mandatory for us and ReputationStacker makes this very easy. We've used a number of other ORM tools and most are only designed for small businesses with just a few locations. ReputationStacker seems to work really well no matter how many locations you have because of the way the dashboard is designed. Adding more locations as we've grown is simple and intuitive. The automated/hands-off aspect is also a major plus because then our location managers don't have to put in extra effort to get reviews or respond to them. We've never encountered a bug or lag, it always works without issue and it seamlessly integrates with our CRM, which also helps with the hands-off runs-in-the-background feeling of it. Smile.io helps us reward customer loyalty in a way that is automated, easy to manage, and simple for customers to understand. Before implementing a rewards program, there was no structured way to encourage repeat purchases or recognize our most loyal customers. With Smile.io, customers can earn points on their purchases and redeem them for discounts, which gives them an added incentive to come back and shop with us again.

The biggest benefit for us has been increased customer engagement and retention. Our customers actively use the rewards program, and we frequently see them redeem points on future orders. It adds value to their shopping experience while helping us build stronger long-term relationships with our customers. I use NiceJob as a marketing agency for our local service clients. My favorite part about NiceJob is the scalability of the tool in review generation solutions for our clients. We don't need to purchase multiple licenses at one time and then hope to sell the review generation services to clients. What do you dislike about NiceJob?

I wish there were more integrations. There seems to be a lot of that for other service industries. We're in the landscaping and lawn care industry and the only two real native integrations we have are with Jobber and Quickbooks. We can use Zapier to connect it to whatever we need, but most lawn care and landscaping CRMs don't even have webhook capabilities which makes NiceJob harder to use in this industry if Quickbooks or Jobber isn't being used. I would like to get a copy of the email that goes out to the client when it does so that I can remind them or ask them to rate me. Also letting the client know that they should give a 5 for a good job as the difference between 4 and 5 is huge so explaining how the rating is to the client would be better. rightchoice is a very good software for tracking my progress for my business listings across mukltiple integrated platforms like google, apple, bing and etc. but what shined most was for me the review management tool. because it was a hassle for us to respond to our customers. it was also easy to implemet it to my team as well on hose to use this software.
