I use SOCi every day for social media posting, analytics, sentiment, and review responses. It's great that it solves scheduling issues across multiple platforms and makes creating graphics easy with Canva. I really like how it's user-friendly and easy to jump into, saving me time by having everything in one centralized dashboard. The integrations are fantastic, allowing me to connect social accounts and use Canva for memorable graphics. What do you dislike about SOCi?

I often have issues accessing Canva's graphics after creating. While working on a graphic, there is no way I know to save in the middle of doing work and come back to it later. I also cannot find old graphics in the Canva integration. The dashboard occasionally has glitches where social accounts will become disconnected. Google Business posting is also difficult at times. Peerbound has been a game changer for making our advocacy efforts more efficient and impactful at Gainsight. The ease of generating customer stories and quotes directly from call recordings has significantly reduced the time it takes to move from concept to content. I love how I can upload a recording and get a well-structured draft in literally 90 seconds. It reduced case study production time from 90 days to 42 days, a 53% improvement. The Slack app integration has also been a huge win, especially with sales and marketing teams using it regularly to surface insights and customer proof automatically. It’s one of the most engaged Slack channels in the company. Sales also receive Proactive Proof emails after their calls, giving them personalized proof based on the prospect's pain points and industry. We see an open rate of 70% on these.

The customization options are great, and Peerbound's support team has been responsive every step of the way. They’ve been open to feedback, and I’ve seen them implement suggestions, like adding direct links from Slack alerts to moments in Peerbound or fields to better sort active products, which has made it even more user-friendly. NiceJob is easily one of the best tools for our company. The number one thing we love about them is their customer service. We're connected to a live person immediately, and they are always knowledgeable and friendly. This goes a long way for us! Of course, the ability to get regular reviews from our clients is equally important. Due to an unfortunate incident before we began using NiceJob, years worth of reviews were wiped from our Google listing. Thanks to this company, we were able to begin building them back immediately. The only thing that we dislike about NiceJob is the difficulty uploading clients to the database. It would be much easier to insert them one by one, rather than collecting them overtime on a spreadsheet, which must then be manually uploaded to their system. The pricing can be high for a small business, especially as you upgrade for more features. I also wish bonus campaigns were more flexible. Currently, bonus campaigns multiply regular points during a set time period, but you can’t easily assign a flat bonus (for example, +50 points for purchasing a specific product). To do that, you have to use Shopify Flow, which adds complexity. It would be much easier if Smile allowed simple product-based bonus point rules directly inside the platform. Our members enjoy earning points and have perks to use at our Center! From a business perspective, we enjoy being able to customize the points, perks, and check-in challenges Perkville offers! We have started to use the referral piece of Perkvile to help drive our membership numbers too. I've thoroughly enjoyed getting familiar with this product, both for my own business and for clients I serve in my agency. GatherUp is like a missing puzzle piece I'm grateful to have finally found! Not only is my own review-gathering process more streamlined, but I've got a new productized service I can sell to my clients. My onboarding experience with Mike was world-class. What do you dislike about GatherUp?

I'd love to see a native email signature widget come to GatherUp in the near future. Though it's easy to add your GatherUp review link to an email signature, I'd love to see a stylized thumbs up/down element that can be added to an email signature to increase engagement.
