**What do you like best about Experience.com?**

They do a good job of asking for survey response and making it easy for the client and us to respond. Ai makes it helpful and then if we don't get to it timely their Ai will automatically send a response which is great!

**What do you dislike about Experience.com?**

I would like to get a copy of the email that goes out to the client when it does so that I can remind them or ask them to rate me. Also letting the client know that they should give a 5 for a good job as the difference between 4 and 5 is huge so explaining how the rating is to the client would be better. What a level 4 service looks like vs a 5 so they give the accurate score, its not like a 9 vs 10

**What problems is Experience.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I changed companies it was hard to switch over the history I had before and shouldn't lose I had to have someone else at the new company help me which sucked. Making the transition easier would be helpful

#1 My acct rep Lauren Cunningham was amazing, and that experience alone in setup and onboarding was a fantastic Experience! I love how Experience.com connects all my social media platforms to leave reviews. It's great for promoting my business and sharing clients' and realtors' experiences. I find the ease of sharing, receiving, and requesting reviews very cutting-edge, handy, and user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Experience.com?**

The ZIP code feature isn't really working for me. I thought it would help with marketing in certain areas, but I haven't seen any new business coming in by purchasing these ZIP codes. I also wish my name appeared more prominently in searches, especially since I'm partnered with Experience.com and am active in my community.

**What problems is Experience.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Experience.com helps reach new clients and real estate agents in my community.

I had a GREAT experience with Experience.com, thanks to Lauren Cunningham who was fantastic in guiding me through the entire process, from setting up my Google My Business page to understanding the Experience.com website portal. I'm thrilled with how Experience.com helps me gain recognition from my clients and business partners. I really like its visual aids and simplicity, making everything accessible in one place. Setting it up was easy, although Lauren's assistance was crucial for the Google integration. I appreciate how it helps me get placed in my market.

Sometimes when my clients get the email to review my work, for some reason the email gets lost. My clients say that they didn't receive the review email. Setting it up was easy, but the interaction between my social media and Google was difficult for me. If I hadn't had Lauren's help with Google, I don't know if I would have ever done it.

Really, just the platform of connecting to things like other platforms I don't have access to because the emails have changed. There's other reviews out there I can't comment on because they're connected to an old email.

**What do you like best about Experience.com?**

I like how Experience.com solves a lot of marketing problems across different areas without me having to put in much work. Although I'm still learning, I enjoy all of the interfaces and connections it offers, which I find to be great features for my business. I particularly appreciate the 'set it and forget it' approach, as it handles a lot of the backdoor work, allowing me to focus on other important things. The initial setup was fairly easy too.

**What do you dislike about Experience.com?**

I find getting Google verified through Experience.com quite difficult. There's a lot to do for verification, especially for service areas. It's particularly tough when setting up remote loan officers because you need to set them up immediately as a service area, or else you'll have to verify again.

**What problems is Experience.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves a lot of marketing problems without my active involvement and manages many backend processes, letting me focus on other priorities.

I really like the ease of use with Experience.com, which makes it simple to manage the thousand-plus reviews from our clients. I also appreciate the customer service help; if I have any questions or need anything, I can easily get someone up on a Zoom call to teach me more about how to utilize the service. The initial setup was ridiculously easy, and the platform helps me reply to reviews very easily and consistently. It even generates replies via AI so that I know exactly what to say. This all helps us be found in searches.

**What do you dislike about Experience.com?**

Sometimes connecting the different accounts can be a little bit troublesome or challenging. It tells you that it's not connecting and it won't because of a setting, but it takes quite a bit of time to figure out what you need to change.

Experience.com helps me reply to client reviews easily and consistently, generates replies via AI, and enhances our visibility in searches.

I really like the program and how it does a great job. It's easy for my customers to find me and see how highly I'm rated in the market. I appreciate the convenience and that it is really more of a set it and forget it system. All I have to do is hop in and follow up with some folks, which actually helps my business get better. It helps people find me, and I'm getting referrals from it. The initial setup was really easy, and the people were fantastic to work with.

I love The Game tool on Experience.com because it's very simple and user-friendly, which helps me boost my Search Rank Score. It is also great that it's user-friendly and pushes all relevant changes or updates needed to the top. I'm very happy with the current setup and tools; it's been pretty easy and straightforward from the get-go.

**What do you dislike about Experience.com?**

I don't have anything worth mentioning regarding needing improvement.

Experience.com solves visibility issues by improving our online presence, ensuring we're not overshadowed by others. I find it easy to use and like how 'The Game' tool boosts our Search Rank Score by prioritizing updates effectively.

I like the platform and the ease of collecting reviews.

**What do you dislike about Experience.com?**

I absolutely hate that when switching companies Loan Officers have to start all over. LO's should own their accounts and not be impacted or penalized by Experience.com to "start over" when switching companies. I understand the "reviews stay" but the ranking score resets and all profile info has to start again from scratch. This is a disservice.

**What problems is Experience.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loan officers should not have to reset their accounts when switching companies. Experience.com should also be making a hard push towards AI and integration for SEO to be honest because google reviews are still more powerful to my opinion.

Help to boost my client reviews and lift my SEO experience

**What do you dislike about Experience.com?**

Set up was a bit rushed.  Wasn't easy to link all profiles.  Still having trouble getting my google biz page approved.  Was told I could get help from experience but have not yet received that help.

**What problems is Experience.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The SEO help has been great to help potential clients find me.  There are several mega agents in my area that spend huge amounts on SEO and I am now able to compete on that level with a small monthly investment.

I love the automation—once a loan closes, the review request goes out without me lifting a finger. The platform is clean and easy for both me and my clients to use. I’ve also noticed a boost in my local SEO, which has helped me get discovered by new clients who are looking for someone with real, relatable success stories. Their customer support is responsive and helpful whenever I have questions, which makes the whole experience even smoother. Summer is very helpful and friendly   - I enjoy working with her to boost my online presence.

I’d like more customization options to reflect my personal brand, especially when sharing reviews on social media or embedding them on my website.
