Their customer service is second to none, making them a true pleasure to deal with. Their platform is really easy to use from start to finish - we've been working with them and their system for well over a year now, and it's been a great experience from start to finish. **What do you dislike about Herdify?** Downsides, we haven't encountered any yet and we hope it remains that way! **What problems is Herdify solving and how is that benefiting you?** They help us to locate focused geographical hotspots where our data indicates our brand and products are being talked about in a positive way. Using Herdify has streamlined how we identify and reach our clients' target audiences. Herdify's platform leverages behavioral data to map out high-impact communities, allowing us to tailor campaigns to locations where brand influence is strongest, using this data in conjunction with other planning tools has enabled us to reduce acquisition costs and achieve higher engagement rates for brands using the platform. Having worked in media planning for over 15 years, Herdify is a game-changer for driving results with precise, data-backed location targeting. **What do you dislike about Herdify?** At this stage, I can't comment on any downsides of using the platform. **What problems is Herdify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using Herdify allows us to de-select prospects that aren't going to be interested in hearing from the brand at any given moment in time, meaning we are able to be more efficient with our marketing recommendations for brands which drives both cost and sustainability benefits. ### 3. Herdify have turned this on its head by making the discipline practical and actionable. They are a great bunch of clever, collaborative people - and a lot of fun too. I recommend trying to get your hands on one of their Herdify hoodies :) The tech is quite remarkable and extremely useful as a tool to enhance audience segmentation. It's pretty straightforward to use the platform and if you need any help the team are extremely helpful. The results in terms of customer uplift are impressive ROI. Operating as we do in an extremely competitive sector (pet food) any tactical advantage we can get over the bigger brands is really worth doing, and this will also be the case for other disrupter brand like ours **What do you dislike about Herdify?** I don't dislike anything. It's just a shame more businesses aren't working with them yet as their data insights save a lot of wastage, which can only be a good thing **What problems is Herdify solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's very hard to find new customers in a very crowded market. We don't have the vast budgets of our (global) competitors so we need to think tactically about how every penny is used. Herdify data helps to pinpoint potential customers so arguably it's going to be a better use of funds - more streamline for marketing spend. Plus there's the uplift in actual responses and new customer metrics. ### 7. They are very responsive and eager to help in whatever way they can. The process of recieiving the data is very easy as well. I was able to get a file that could upoad to various different social and programmatic platforms in a matter of minutes. **What do you dislike about Herdify?** Herdify does a lot of tests for their models, which is great. The only downside is that this phase can take a while, so you need to make sure to plan out your campaign and use case with them in advance. **What problems is Herdify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Herdify solved the issue of incremental reach. We had a first party list we were hitting at a high freuquency during our campaign and were looking for new ways to reach people similar to those on our list. Herdify was able to give us many additional zip codes to target that fit in our target demographic, which helped us gather more voter registrations and increase our reach. ### 9.
