What do you dislike about Carepatron?

-No goal-tracking system -- need percentage average data and a graph to check progress; a button to master/discontinued goal to update.

-Goal creation and tracking require manual effort— it just looks like a fancy -Google Doc and still takes time away from my productivity.

-Hard to see a specific client's appt -- should have been an easy list

-No option to track the progress report/eval due date in a systematic way.

“Very friendly user interface”
What do you like best about Clinical Research Suite?

Research suite offers a user friendly interface. This allows users to quickly understand how the software works. During the time I have used research suite, I have used it in different frequencies, differing between once or twice a week to once a month (mainly for data entry). During my time I have used Research suite, I have only rarely encountered issues or bugs that could not be overcome quickly or by self adjustments. Therefore I do not really have any dislikes about using research suite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“All-in-One ModMed Platform That Streamlines Check-In and Saves Time”
What do you like best about ModMed?

The most helpful thing about ModMed is having everything we need in one platform. It helps us keep patient demographics up to date by confirming details at every check-in, which is a definite plus since we always want the most accurate information on file. Klara also speeds up the check-in process by using our forms, and patients seem to like being able to complete the paperwork before they come into the office. On top of that, we save paper.

Compared to other EMR's, ModMed lets you verify insurance eligibility for the clinic day with a single click, which is a real time-saver for anyone responsible for checking eligibility. The schedule is straightforward as well; when you hover over the patient tab, it displays the information needed for clinic days, and the overall layout is simply amazing. Another bonus is being able to check a patient in without having to walk to the back office to let the medical assistant know they’ve arrived.

All I can say is that I wish my practice had implemented these great features from the beginning of being with the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ModMed?

So far, I can’t say there’s any real downside to ModMed. We’ve run into a few glitches here and there, but the staff responds quickly and gets the issues resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Consistently Excellent Support and a Smooth EHRYW Implementation”
What do you like best about EHRYourWay?

Our organization has been working with EHRYW since summer of 2024. I have had consistently positive experiences with EHRYW overall, including communication, problem solving, and customer service. EHRYW was very helpful in the implementation process, ensuring that we had ample time and space to ask questions and explore the new environment. Additionally, since we’ve rolled out, we have been very happy with the customer experience - the support staff always responds to my many questions or requests quickly and professionally. Regardless of the individual addressing our support tickets, everyone has been very helpful in investigating back-end things, fixing bugs and providing context so that I can better conceptualize the EHR environment which has been really helpful in thinking through ways we can further customize to meet our needs. Recently, I was working on a ticket with a support member who let me know that the system did not have the functionality to support my request, but he also provided some alternative ideas to my original request, which allowed us to meet our needs in a different way - just a way I wouldn’t have thought of without the collaboration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EHRYourWay?

As with all EHRs, there are limitations - though I will say that the team is always seeking opportunities to further develop and improve systems and functions - and they also solicit feedback from users to better understand customer needs, etc. Clients have reported varied feedback about the client portal, but it is difficult to determine if that is user error, access issues (such as inconsistent internet access) or truly feedback that belongs with the EHR itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is EHRYourWay solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our primary focus at this time is working to streamline our workflows (clinical flow, reporting, etc) to improve clinician and client experience as well as to improve our data collection practices. The EHRYW team is great about responding to any questions, concerns, and requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Powerful Automation That Cuts Admin—Great Onboarding and Ongoing Support”
What do you like best about Pabau Practice Management?

It can be a bit difficult to get your head around at first, as there are many aspects to this piece of software. That said, this is also why it becomes so useful once everything is properly set up. The team are helpful with onboarding, and they continue to provide ad hoc support whenever it’s needed.

After setup, it’s genuinely helpful and cuts down a lot of the admin involved in running a business. It automates many tasks and makes note-keeping straightforward. I honestly couldn’t imagine being without it.

There are some additional costs that require the use of credits, but this isn’t unusual compared with similar software companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pabau Practice Management?

The onboarding can feel a bit overwhelming because there’s so much to take in, but it’s worth investing the time in the training and making full use of your support worker during this period.

I’m not a fan of the added costs on top of what you’re already paying, although it seems like most software companies operate this way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Pabau Practice Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

It automates most of my admin tasks and takes a big time burden off my shoulders, while also making my small business look more professional. It also lets me keep professional notes in line with GDPR requirements. The fact that it’s accessible on the go is really helpful as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Customizable and Cost-Effective Practice Management”
What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?

I use Zanda for scheduling appointments and keeping records in my chiropractic practice, and soon I'll be using it for digital intake forms too. The customizability of Zanda is something I really appreciate, as it allows me to streamline my patient management processes without spending time on features I don't need. It gives me the option to choose from many different templates or to create forms and notes exactly how I want them. This flexibility helps free up time in my day so that I can help more people. Previously, I found other chiropractic software to be too bloated, requiring payment for features I would never use. Zanda lets me customize everything to fit my practice while being more affordable. The setup was pretty easy, with support from someone at Zanda to help me acclimate and import my clients from Pure Chiro Notes. Overall, Zanda offers many features, and I don't feel like I'm paying for features I don't use. I also use the online scheduling feature and may explore sms and email features in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?

Original Information
“Opus: The New, The Next Level Technology & The Needs a Little Work”
What do you like best about Opus?

Opus is a well-designed mental health platform that blends clinical usefulness with an intuitive, calming interface. For practitioners, one of the standout features is how effortlessly it handles documentation—notetaking and client tracking is a breeze. The system feels thoughtfully structured, making it easy to stay organized without adding administrative burden.

The platform’s guided programs, mood-tracking tools, and daily check-ins offer practical support for clients, translating emotional patterns into clear insights. Opus also adapts its recommendations over time, providing personalized suggestions rather than one-size-fits-all content.

While Opus is strong overall, there’s still room for refinement. Some users may want more granular customization for symptom or trigger tracking, and the educational content—while helpful—could be deeper in certain areas. Integration with wearables or more robust analytics would also elevate the experience.

Even so, Opus succeeds at what it sets out to do: streamline workflow for professionals while offering clients accessible, evidence-informed support. It’s a reliable, thoughtfully built tool that enhances both therapeutic practice and client engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Opus?

What could be better:

Billing & Hours = More Headaches

While Opus has made some processes smoother, billing therapists and tracking hours has actually gotten trickier. What used to be simple now takes a bit more clicking, guessing, and double-checking.

Calendar Learning Curve

The online calendar has a unique style—which is a nice way of saying it took a minute (or several) to get the hang of. Once we adjusted, it was manageable, but the transition wasn’t exactly intuitive.

Insurance & Billing Setup Woes

Unfortunately, the initial setup by the Opus team missed the mark. Insurance and billing info was entered incorrectly, which meant we had to go in and manually fix client details ourselves—not exactly the time-saver we were hoping for.

However, the OPUS team has been superb in making sure our questions have been answered, our needs were met, and our "needs a little work moments" were as few as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Opus solving and how is that benefiting you?

Opus is helping streamline a lot of the daily admin tasks that used to eat up time and energy. Things like and using the chat feature are now way more efficient and accessible. It’s basically taken some of the chaos out of managing client logistics and made everything feel a little more organized and centralized—which means we can spend more time actually supporting clients and less time wrestling with scheduling or paperwork. What do you dislike about Prompt Health?

There have been a couple performance related issues recently but I feel like there overall reliability for their product is much better than our previous EMR. The cost of prompt is expensive but I feel like we are paying for a premium product and getting a premium experience. We have been able to offset the costs of some of the integrations like Prompt Plus by using the analytics to ensure we are maximizing billing and RTM codes which have offset the overall cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Prompt Health solving and how is that benefiting you?

I feel like we have been able to streamline our front office staff significantly. We were wasting so much time previously with scanning and faxing that we no longer have to spend man power on. Additionally our clinicians feel like their documentation time has decreased significantly with resources available to help them maximize their billing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“ClinicMind: Powerful, All-in-One EHR + PatientHub With Outstanding Support”
What do you like best about ClinicMind?

ClinicMind Review

My experience with ClinicMind has been nothing short of great.

I’ve used multiple EHR systems like Jane, ChiroTouch, and ChiroAdvantage, and I have to say that ClinicMind has been the easiest to use and the most complete. Period.

My experience starts with Rich Martinez. It was great working with Rich. He took the time to clearly explain everything, answer all my questions, and break down all the different features of ClinicMind. I’ve worked with a lot of different sales reps, and it often seems like they’ll say whatever they need to in order to make the sale. Rich was ethical, honest, and completely transparent with everything I asked.

I’m the type of person who needs complete clarity and understanding before making a decision, so we met multiple times. Not once did Rich ever seem annoyed or frustrated by my continuous questions or the topics I didn’t fully understand. If I didn’t understand something, he always found another way to explain it. To this day, he continues to check in on me to see how my experience is going. If I have questions, he responds promptly and, when appropriate, points me toward the team member best suited to help.

Jomarie was the representative tasked with helping me learn how to navigate the ClinicMind side of things. We met around 10–12 times, and he was always clear, concise, and patient. He encouraged me to ask as many questions as I needed while also allowing me to explore the system on my own, acting as a guide whenever I needed direction. I was genuinely bummed to hear that he would no longer be my representative once training was complete. He always had a positive attitude, was incredibly polite, professional, and an overall pleasure to work with.

On the PatientHub side, Sherwin has been the man. I’m not very tech-savvy, so I had no idea what many of the CRM features and options were. He took the time to break everything down and explain how everything could apply to my practice. I’ve attended multiple office hours with him and also scheduled several one-on-one training sessions to build automations. Because of his help and the features that ClinicMind offers, I’ve been able to increase my patient show rates while taking full advantage of everything PatientHub has to offer. He’s always quick to respond to emails, troubleshoot issues, and help me think through different scenarios so I can run my practice more efficiently. Technology isn’t my strong suit, so I’m incredibly thankful for his patience and willingness to help.

The newest person I’ve had the pleasure of working with is Amira, who has helped me with additional FlexNote training. She’s also very responsive and always points me in the right direction whenever I have questions.

Overall, ClinicMind is an incredibly powerful platform. I really like the AI Scribe and FlexNote macro features. The built-in software makes it easy to document visits, record patient information, and keep everything organized in one place.

PatientHub has also allowed me to schedule social media posts, send email and text message reminders, create marketing campaigns, track leads, move them through funnels, build landing pages, and just about everything else I could need to market and grow my practice.

I constantly receive cold calls from companies trying to sell software that fills in the gaps of other EHR and CRM systems. I can honestly say I don’t feel like I’m missing anything. All the boxes are covered.

I also have a lot of colleagues in the chiropractic profession who pay for multiple different software subscriptions to handle different parts of their business. ClinicMind has eliminated that need for me, and I think the pricing is more than reasonable considering everything that’s included.

One thing I especially appreciate is the tiered pricing model. When I first started my practice, I didn’t have many patients, so having predictable expenses made a huge difference. As my practice has grown, my subscription has increased accordingly, but by that point I had the revenue to comfortably support it. It minimizes the financial risk of committing to an essential business tool when you’re just starting out.

I recommend ClinicMind to all of my friends and colleagues who own or operate a healthcare practice. It has truly become the backbone of my business, and I can’t recommend it enough.

Thank you again to Rich, Sherwin, Jomarie, and Amira. You all have played a huge role in helping Recovery Room Chiropractic continue to grow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClinicMind?

Occasional glitches on the PatientHub side Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ClinicMind solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows me to have a program that handles the EHR side with ease of tracking patient progress but also communicate with my patients efficiently Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SPRY?

The most helpful thing about SPRY is their dedicated TEAM and how easy it is to communicate with them. I am always able to get a timely answer to any question that comes up. I feel like they truly care about helping me and always find a solution to any problem I have. I switched from Simple Practice and it is a night and day difference. What problems is SPRY solving and how is that benefiting you?

My clinic efficiency in scheduling, billing, and documenting is way better than any platform I've used in the past. The system is very organized and easy to navigate. “Intuitive and Efficient EMR That Simplifies Documentation and Auditing”
What do you like best about Kipu?

I really appreciate how intuitive and user-friendly Kipu EMR is. The layout and navigation make it easy to complete daily tasks efficiently without needing extensive training, which has significantly streamlined my workflow. For example, documenting client information and updating records is straightforward and quick, allowing me to spend more time focusing on client care rather than administrative work.

The feature I find most valuable is the chart summary and AI chart snapshot. These tools are incredibly helpful when auditing files, as they provide quick, centralized access to a client’s documents and key information without having to navigate through multiple sections. This has saved me a significant amount of time and made the auditing process much more efficient and thorough.

Another thing I really appreciate is the level of support available. The built-in help feature allows you to easily submit a ticket or connect with a live support specialist, and I’ve found their team to be responsive and helpful in real time.

Additionally, I feel that the value Kipu provides aligns well with its cost. The time savings, efficiency improvements, and auditing capabilities make it a worthwhile investment for our organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kipu?

One limitation I’ve encountered is the inability to track no-show appointments through the reporting feature. Since no-show attendance is an important metric for our organization, not having a built-in way to report on this creates extra manual work and reduces efficiency in our reporting processes.

Another challenge is with the billing audit tool, specifically that it does not transmit the time of service over to CollaborateMD. This creates gaps in invoicing accuracy and requires additional steps to ensure billing information is complete.

Additionally, some of our forms are quite lengthy, which can slow down the system and impact performance. This can make documentation more time-consuming, especially when working within larger or more detailed client records.

Addressing these issues would greatly improve both reporting and invoicing workflows, while also enhancing overall system efficiency and user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kipu solving and how is that benefiting you?

Kipu EMR helps solve challenges around managing assessments, establishing medical necessity, and maintaining accurate client health records in a centralized system. Instead of working across multiple tools or tracking documentation manually, everything is stored and organized in one place, which improves both efficiency and accuracy.

A key benefit for me is the ability to build and customize our own forms within the system. We were able to recreate our assessments and medical necessity documentation to match our existing processes, which made the transition to Kipu very smooth and allowed us to continue our workflows without disruption. This flexibility has been extremely valuable.

Kipu also makes it much easier to keep client records up to date and accessible, which supports compliance and ensures that all required documentation is complete. Combined with features like the chart summary and AI chart snapshot, it allows for quicker reviews and more efficient auditing.

Overall, Kipu EMR is helping streamline documentation, maintain compliance, and reduce administrative burden, allowing more focus on client care and operational efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Clean, User-Friendly Layout That Makes Notes Easy to Draft and Save”
What do you like best about Fusion by Ensora Health?

Fusion is helpful because it has a clean, user-friendly layout. Even for new people coming into the office, it’s easy to navigate and find what you need. I also like that when I start a note, I have the option to save it as a draft, which lets me step away and focus on other work when I need to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fusion by Ensora Health?

The scheduling screen can feel cluttered at times, and it’s easy to accidentally click the wrong appointment. When that happens, a floating window pops up and doesn’t go away on its own, which can be distracting. It’s manageable overall, but this is one area where the experience could be smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fusion by Ensora Health solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fusion helps balance the mental load that comes with scheduling. It makes my day feel more streamlined and predictable, which is especially helpful when I’m juggling a full pediatric caseload. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Practice Better has Changed my Practice for the Better!”
What do you like best about Practice Better?

After using Practice Better for several years, I have come to appreciate even more how much of my practice can be managed in one place. I especially value being able to create individualized protocols, securely share forms, lab results, and educational resources, communicate with clients, schedule appointments, process payments, and keep charting organized. The client portal also gives clients a convenient place to revisit their recommendations and next steps. I continue to appreciate Practice Better’s educational webinars and support resources, as well as the ongoing platform improvements and customization options that allow the system to evolve with my practice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Practice Better?

Because Practice Better offers so many features, the learning curve can still feel significant—even for an experienced user. Some of the more advanced tools and settings are not always intuitive to find or configure. More guided, step-by-step onboarding, clearer in-app explanations of how different features work together, and fewer clicks for commonly repeated tasks would be helpful. The educational resources are excellent, but it can still take considerable time to determine which features are most relevant and how to incorporate them efficiently into an established practice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Practice Better solving and how is that benefiting you?

Scheduling, rescheduling, secure messaging with clients, superbills, treatment plans, FullScript integration for easy supplement prescribing and ordering and beyond! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Successful EMAR transition”
What do you like best about ECP?

ECP is very user friendly for both staff, administrators, and HR. Our implementation process had it's troubles but I recieved awesome support. Our implementation Specialist, Nick Munden gave quick responses, had amazing attetion to detail, and really went above and beyond in several ways. We use ECP daily for all of our EMAR needs. ECP has tons of features that really allow you to customize it to fit your communites needs. When we switched to ECP getting everyone familiar to a new system took some training but overall the integration process was not too labor intensive. Our staff were able to catch on quickly to this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ECP?

ECP could improve the bowel monitoring process. There is not really anything in place currently to be able to quickly see who has not had a BM in x amount of days. This would be a huge benfit to our staff and residents. Additionally a "911 quick print" button would be very helpful for emergency situations. This could allow staff to be able to print all needed info in one click of a button. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ECP solving and how is that benefiting you?

ECP is a very quick, sleek and smooth EMAR system. Our previous EMAR was so slow and caused a significant amount of issues for many years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Epic Centralizes Patient Records and Improves Care Coordination”
What do you like best about Epic?

I like that with Epic more of the patient information is integrated in one place and that has improved patient care because we have access to more information and more recent information as opposed to needing to request a bunch of records separately. This has improved our workflow and allowed us to provide more comprehensive care to patients because we have more information. I also like that with epic the patient can see their results and their charts which can ease their mind when it comes to concerns and can help them be able to provide info to specialists/loved ones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Epic?

I dislike the version of epic that our company is using. While it is nice that patients can see their charts, sometimes it is not a good thing because some results can appear to be very concerning when in reality the medical terminology used in the results is just scary and not that serious. I also dislike that in epic there are many ways to do one thing and that has caused confusion with training and with learning information for staff. It would be nice if it was as user friendly as the other version of epic the hospitals in our city use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Epic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before epic we had to request records more often and a lot of the time specialists offices either wouldn't send them or they would get lost somewhere in the faxes. With epic, we can see all that information readily (usually) and provide more up to date and comprehensive care to the patients which is good for both the patients and our clinic.
