## Zanda (formerly Power Diary) Reviews
 ### 1. Worst Customer service EVER

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ivan F. | Licensed Acupuncturist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

Functionailty (when it works)

The functionality is in depth and somewhat intuitive, but often parts of it don't work or are changed without notice, and this is disruptive.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

The lack of customer support.

I am often gaslighted by the support team who drag their feet to get anything done, and are more worried about pink banners and name changes than fixing basic functionality.

All I can imagine is the owner spends his time patting people on the back for dramatic statements of flair within the software, whilst annoying customers with taking forever to get anything done.

If only they'd operate ethically - putting the prices up without notifying their ustomers then blaming the customer for turning off their ridiculous 3 million emails a week two years prior for not receiving the email update and thus not being aware.

This is after being told they don't send important notices via email, they will come via the Facebook group or the software.

The support and 'customer service' in this software is rubbish.

If you're looking to get a new clinic software, avoid this one.

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notes, appointments and automated booking, and technical issues.

**Official Response from Irina Shvetsova:**

> Hi Ivan, thank you for sharing your candid feedback. While we’re pleased to hear that you find Zanda functionality comprehensive and intuitive we deeply regret the disruptions caused by the recent rebranding and any shortcomings in our customer support.
Your experience is important to us, and we apologize for any frustration you've encountered. We are committed to addressing these issues promptly and have requested the customer team management to review the assistance you have received.
We value your input and are dedicated to improving our service to meet your needs.
Warm regards,
Irina

 ### 2. A Steep Learning Curve with Great Educational Resources

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jon-Paul B. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I love the academy. The academy has been a treasure trove for me as a new practitioner. I'm actually new to running my own business, and the tech side has been a real steep learning curve. So the academy has been an absolutely fabulous resource for setting everything up and getting it all working well. I really like the calendar.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I'm not a great fan of the old-fashioned aspects of Zanda. I've had a few issues setting up Stripe. I'd like to be able to take tap and pay payments via the Stripe account and keep a single Stripe account for my Tap and Pay and pre-appointment bookings, which isn't possible at the moment. It was quite a steep learning curve, as I had to heavily rely on YouTube videos and the academy material because I hadn't used similar software before.

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zanda to handle deposits, share patient forms, and streamline my practice management, freeing up time for patient education and marketing instead of tedious tasks like writing SOAP notes and sending SMS.

**Official Response from Irina Shvetsova:**

> Hi Jon-Paul, Thank you so much for sharing your experience and for choosing Zanda to support your practice journey. Starting your own business and learning new systems at the same time is a huge achievement, and we’re so pleased to hear that the Zanda Academy with its educational resources has helped make that process easier for you.

It’s wonderful to know that features like online forms, payment deposits, SMS, and practice management tools are helping free up more of your time to focus on patient care, education, and growing your practice. We’re also delighted that you’ve been enjoying the calendar experience.

We really appreciate your honest feedback about the learning curve and your Stripe setup experience as well. Feedback like this helps guide ongoing improvements to both the product and the onboarding experience for new practitioners. We’re continuing to invest in making Zanda more intuitive and streamlined, while expanding the educational support available through the Zanda Academy and other resources.

Thank you again for your thoughtful review and support. Warm regards, Irina.

 ### 3. Powerdiary is like having an assistant

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karen M. | Psychotherapist In Private Practice, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2022

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I use this for my clinical will. It gives me peace of mind knowing that, in the event of my incapacity, my clients can be notified securely and confidentially by my clinical executor, who can access everything remotely.

It also makes it easy to send forms and agreements to each client and supervisee, and I appreciate having templates and notes available in one place. The weekly reminders help me stay on track, and overall it saves me time and keeps me organized.

I love that I can use my logo and branding colours, and I can send invoices and receipts without hassle. Rarely is there an issue, and when I do need help, staff support is responsive and helpful. The pricing is okay for me as a sole practitioner, and it gives me a professional edge over other sole practitioners.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

Not being able to schedule emails to send.

I also haven’t been able to find a way to use my own email address with my domain name (via ProtonMail) to send emails. Because of that, I only use the email feature for auto reminders and for sending invoices and receipts.

I can’t get the Zoom integration to work properly with my own Zoom account. I can hear clients, but I can’t see them. I don’t have the time to sort this out right now, so I’m still doing the links manually and sending them out separately from my proton mail email as scheduled emails

**Recommendations to others considering Zanda (formerly Power Diary):**

Easier to use and more comprehensive than many systems I looked at and more customisable.

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easier for me to track payments because I manually enter them on the calendar. As I said above, for my clinical will. Sending reminders. I havent used the client portal for client bookings as I want more control over my diary. Storing my notes electronically; forms including 2 very long ones for my chronic pain and chronic conditions clients. This has proved to be very useful and time saving. Makes it easy to send out overdue reminders when payments aren't on time as they look like automatic emails so saves me having to chase or feel embarrassed

**Official Response from Irina Shvetsova:**

> Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and detailed review. It’s genuinely meaningful to hear how Zanda is supporting not just your day-to-day work, but also something as important as your clinical will. Knowing that it gives you peace of mind and helps you stay organised, secure, and prepared really speaks to why the platform exists in the first place.

It’s great to hear how much value you’re getting from forms, templates, reminders, and invoicing, especially as a sole practitioner. That sense of having everything in one place and running smoothly is exactly what we aim for, and it’s wonderful to hear it’s making a real difference in your practice.

We also really appreciate you calling out the areas that haven’t quite worked as expected. Scheduling emails is something that is on our development roadmap, so please look out for our release announcements.

We understand that using a custom domain email (like ProtonMail), and getting Zoom fully set up are all important parts of your workflow, and it makes sense that when those don’t feel seamless, it adds extra effort back into your day. While some of these setups can depend on external providers or specific configurations, they’re absolutely things our team can help you work through step by step. If and when you have a moment, reaching out to support could help get your Zoom video working properly and explore options around email setup, so you can get closer to that fully streamlined experience you’re aiming for. Please reach out via support@zandahealth.com to organise a free troubleshooting settion when you are ready.

Thank you again for your kind words about the support team and for recommending Zanda to others, it means a lot. Warm regards, Irina.

 ### 4. All-In-One Platform with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leah F. | Clinical Supervisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I use Zanda for diary management, allowing new clients to book into diary slots. I also use the invoicing and email messaging functions, as well as automated tasks and letter templates to keep things electronic. I like the integration with Zoom for video calls. Zanda provides a multifunction aspect in one place, including invoicing and messaging clients via email and text. It includes a video platform where I can store and create forms and letter templates, all in one place. It's really great that I can connect Stripe to it. I like the automations I can set up, which help with appointment reminders, and they save me time and reduce wasted actions. The library of video tutorials is really helpful, and the responsive support team assists me via chat or email.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I think the diary function can be improved in terms of visuals, you don't always know that you are in the right week in your diary. As it's not always very clear. Creating diary slots could be made easier and have better functionality

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zanda keeps data confidential, boosting client confidence in security. It centralizes features like invoicing, messaging, video calls, and forms, saving time and reducing wasted actions. I appreciate the automations and integration options, making everything convenient and multifunctional in one place.

**Official Response from Irina Shvetsova:**

> Hi Leaf, thank you for your lovely review! We're so glad to hear that Zanda helps you manage everything in one place—from automations to secure client data storage—and that you're enjoying the upgraded Zoom integration.

We also appreciate your feedback on the calendar view. We're looking into ways to make it clearer and more user-friendly, so thank you for pointing that out.

It’s great to know Zanda supports your psychotherapy practice with ease and peace of mind. We're grateful to have you with us! Warm regards, Irina

 ### 5. Streamlined Practice Management for Psychologists

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy . | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I like the ability to color code appointment types, which helps us manage different referral types like DVA, NDIS, WorkCover, TAC, private referrals, and Mental Health Care Plans. The color coding allows us to see at a glance the type of referral and distinguish between consultations such as school meetings or parent sessions for the pediatric population. It's also easy to manage Mental Health Care Plans and referrals with session packs. I appreciate the online registration and consent forms, which have eased the tiresome paper trail and are appreciated by clients who can complete forms on their phone or device. The online registration forms have made setting up new clients easier and more timely.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

It would be great if clients could automatically be sent a reminder when they are up to their last consultation of their Mental Health Care Plan. We have to manually enter the clinician's email - it would be easier if there was a drop-down option here. Also, when sending emails from Zanda, it is frustrating that we can not enter an occasional email. I recently had to email a letter to a school counselor (as a one-off), but there is no easy way to do this.

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zanda efficiently manages our psychology practice, handling diaries, bookings, and reminders. The color-coding helps with referral types, easing the paper trail with online forms, letting clients do them on devices. It fast-tracks new client setup, but needs better email options for reminders and occasional contacts.

**Official Response from Irina Shvetsova:**

> Hi Amy, Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful review. We’re so pleased to hear Zanda is helping your psychology practice manage referrals, appointment types, Mental Health Care Plans, session packs, and online registration forms more smoothly.

It’s great to know the color coding and online forms are helping your team reduce paperwork and make new client setup easier for both staff and clients.

We also really appreciate your feedback about Mental Health Care Plan reminders, clinician email selection, and sending one-off emails to occasional contacts, such as school counselors. We’ll share them with our product team as we continue improving how practices manage communication and client care in Zanda.

Thanks again for taking the time to share what’s working well and where we can make the experience even better. Warm regards, Irina.

 ### 6. Zoom Integration and Automation Boost Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julia P. | Lecturer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I appreciate that Zanda (formerly Power Diary) integrates Zoom, which means I don't have to have a separate Zoom account and pay for that, giving me an effective way of delivering telehealth sessions worldwide on a stable platform. I also like that it automates all my email systems, booking, and payment systems, significantly reducing my admin work. The templates are great; they allow me to construct emails, letters, SMS, and forms, and I can easily personalize them to my business. The automation systems are so good that they save me a lot of time and effort, making it highly likely for me to recommend Zanda to others.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

It was a little bit complicated understanding the system to start with. I was nearly not going to use it because I was finding it difficult to navigate at the beginning.

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zanda integrates Zoom, saving me from needing a separate account and offering a stable telehealth platform. It automates email, booking, and payment systems, greatly reducing admin work.

**Official Response from Irina Shvetsova:**

> Hi Julia, Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review, we really appreciate it.

It’s great to hear how much value you’re getting from telehealth powered by Zoom, and that having everything in one place, from bookings to payments to communications, is helping reduce your admin workload. That’s exactly what we aim for: giving you a simple, reliable way to run your practice and deliver care without juggling multiple systems.

We also really appreciate your honest feedback about the initial learning curve. Getting started can sometimes feel like a lot, especially with a system that offers so much flexibility and customization. To support the new customers we've set up the Zanda Academy, and out support team are always there to organise free one-on-one video sessions to help with learning and setting up your account. And it's true that most users find it becomes much more intuitive once everything is set up. We’re continuously working to make that first experience smoother and easier to navigate.

If you ever want to explore ways to simplify your setup further, or make better use of templates and automations, our team is always here to help.
Thanks again for your recommendation, it means a lot to us. Warm regards, Irina

 ### 7. Effortless Calendar Management with AI and Client Engagement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I really like how Zanda (formerly Power Diary) handles my calendar booking, allowing me to efficiently keep track of my clients. The feature that sends clients an onboarding information sheet is something I love. I also appreciate the AI note-taking feature, which is quite helpful. Another thing I enjoy is the texting feature that notifies clients the day before their appointments, making sure they know when their time is.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I struggle with the automated sending of some documents. They seem to go twice to a client. I would like some more template updates on client homework and plans.

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zanda helps me with calendar booking, client tracking, and sending onboarding information. It also texts clients as a reminder. These features make practice management smooth and keep me organized.

**Official Response from Irina Shvetsova:**

> Hi Sarah, Thank you so much for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear that Zanda is helping you stay organised with calendar bookings, client tracking, onboarding information, SMS reminders, and AI note-taking.

We also appreciate you mentioning the issue with some documents appearing to send twice. That’s definitely worth checking, as it may relate to how automations or document sending settings are configured in your account. Please reach out to our support team at support@zandahealth.com so they can take a closer look and help identify what’s causing this.

Thank you also for your suggestion about more templates for client homework and plans. We’re always looking for ways to make Zanda more useful in everyday practice workflows, and feedback like this helps us understand what would be most valuable to practitioners. Warm regards, Irina

 ### 8. Effortlessly Manages My Practice Needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Miki S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I like that Zanda is software designed by therapists for therapists. I appreciate the transparency of the company's leadership and how active they are in engaging with their customers. They hold regular webinars that help you understand the functionality of the system, and these webinars are conducted by the people who actually work there, which I find valuable in getting to know the folks at Zanda. It feels like I've got partners that I can really work with. The initial setup was super easy and incredibly intuitive and user-friendly; it didn't take me more than a few minutes to get it set up. They have a massive library of guides and instructions, which I found really helpful, as well as a responsive help chat that makes it easy to resolve any problems. I also appreciate their responsiveness before choosing the software and how the system's all-in-one package helps make my business really efficient, ensuring everything is organized. Their feedback section is great because they actually listen to feedback and implement it into the software.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

The things that could be improved in Zanda are small, minor things related to the scheduling software and multiple user functionality.

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Zanda (formerly Power Diary) makes my business efficient by limiting documentation time and keeping everything organized in one software. It's responsive to questions with helpful guides, enhancing convenience and usability.

**Official Response from Irina Shvetsova:**

> Hi Miki, thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review. It means a lot to hear that Zanda is helping your practice run smoothly and efficiently. We’re especially glad that the setup process felt intuitive and that our guides, webinars, and support chat have been helpful along the way.

One of our core goals is to build a platform that truly supports practitioners in their day-to-day work, so it’s wonderful to hear that the all-in-one approach is helping you stay organized and spend less time on documentation. We also appreciate your kind words about our team and leadership. Staying connected with our community and learning directly from our users is incredibly important to us, which is why we continue to host webinars, gather feedback, and actively review suggestions through our feedback channels.

 ### 9. Zanda is essential in the running of our Clinic

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Practice | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

From a clinic management perspective, the diary functionality is intuitive, reliable, and easy to navigate—especially when coordinating multiple clinicians with different availability. It gives us clear visibility across the week at a glance, while still offering the granular control we need in a regulated healthcare environment.

The patient management system is just as strong. Clinical notes are well structured, securely stored, and easy to access, which supports both day-to-day efficiency and strong clinical governance. Overall, the platform helps us stay organised without overcomplicating workflows—something that’s essential in a busy private clinic setting.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

One area where Zanda could improve is workflow continuity when running reports. At present, when you generate a report and then click into an individual record, navigating back does not retain the original report view. This means you often need to run the report again or work across multiple tabs to avoid losing your place.

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The software addresses several key operational challenges for us as a private clinic, especially around coordinating clinicians, managing patient information securely, and keeping administrative workflows streamlined within one central system.

Before adopting a unified practice management platform, diary coordination and patient records can easily become fragmented across emails, spreadsheets, and separate systems. Zanda brings clinician diaries, appointments, patient details, and clinical notes together in one place. As a result, our reception and admin team can manage bookings with confidence, clinicians can access the information they need quickly, and we maintain a clear, auditable record of care—all of which supports safe and efficient service delivery.

From an operational perspective, the biggest benefit is visibility. We can view clinician availability, appointment types, and patient journeys at a glance, which helps reduce booking errors and improves clinic utilisation. It also enables us to run reports on activity and performance, giving us stronger oversight of demand and capacity so we can plan services more effectively.

There is also a governance benefit. Having structured, securely stored clinical information supports compliance with UK private healthcare standards and helps ensure continuity of care across the multidisciplinary team. It reduces reliance on manual processes and keeps documentation consistent.

Overall, Zanda solves the problem of disconnected systems and manual diary management by providing a single, reliable platform for scheduling, patient management, and clinical record keeping. In practice, that translates into smoother day-to-day operations, better organisation, and a more professional experience for both staff and patients.

**Official Response from Irina Shvetsova:**

> Hi there, thank you for such a thoughtful and detailed review - it’s fantastic to hear how central Zanda is to the running of your clinic.

We’re especially pleased that the diary visibility, structured clinical notes, and secure record-keeping are supporting both operational efficiency and clinical governance for your team. Helping clinics stay organised without overcomplicating workflows is exactly what we aim for.

We also appreciate your feedback around report workflow continuity. That’s valuable insight, and improvements to reporting usability are something we’re continuing to refine.

Thank you again for sharing how Zanda supports your clinicians, admin team, and patients. It means a lot to know we’re contributing to smooth, professional day-to-day operations in your clinic. -- Irina

 ### 10. Streamlined Booking & Invoicing with Easy Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Becky I. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I like the client portal in Zanda. It saves me time and money by allowing clients to book their own appointments, which cuts down on back-and-forth emails for scheduling. The client portal is great because it lets clients see their invoices, receipts, and what they've paid for, giving them more transparency and choice. Billing people in advance also means I get paid more often, which is helpful. The initial setup of Zanda was really easy, and I was able to transfer things quickly.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I don't find the automations particularly clear, especially when setting them up for each individual type of therapy. I'm not sure if it's something I'm doing wrong or if it's just not intuitive. Setting up automations with forms to go out directly to a person and dealing with different appointment types could definitely be improved. I also feel there might be something about the billing and invoicing that needs attention, but I can't quite remember what it was.

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zanda saves me time and money by allowing clients to book and manage appointments through a client portal. It reduces back-and-forth emails, automates screening, and facilitates billing in advance, ensuring timely payments. The portal's features streamline my therapy practice.

**Official Response from Irina Shvetsova:**

> Hi Becky, thank you so much for sharing such a thoughtful and detailed review. It’s wonderful to hear how much value you’re getting from the client portal, especially in saving time, reducing back-and-forth emails, and supporting upfront billing. That kind of efficiency makes a real difference in a busy therapy practice, and we’re so pleased the setup process felt smooth and straightforward for you.

We also really appreciate your honest feedback about automations and billing. Setting up rules for multiple appointment types can feel complex at first. If you’re open to it, our support team would be more than happy to walk through your current automation setup with you and help simplify things. Often a few small adjustments can make everything click into place. And regarding billing, even if you’re not quite sure what felt off, we’d love to explore that with you. You can email our support team at support@zandahelath.com or book a free video session via https://zandahealth.com/book-a-call/ at the time that suits.

Thank you again for highlighting both what’s working well and where we can do better. Feedback like this helps us continue evolving Zanda to better support practices like yours. Warm regards, Irina.

 ### 11. Clinic's Go-To for Seamless Operations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I find Zanda (formerly Power Diary) easy to use and set up, and I appreciate the extensive customization options available. Being able to customize automated letters, appointment reminders, and cancellation notifications enhances the clinic's operations significantly. The integration with Stripe is also really beneficial for collecting deposit payments from clients. Overall, these features make running a successful clinic much smoother.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

Currently, the monthly price is good as I am receiving an intro offer, the price going up will be a bit of a hit to the clinic. Having 2 factor authentication with use of a mobile number, rather than an authenticator app would be great, but doesn't currently exist.

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zanda handles bookings, forms, and automations essential for clinic operations. It's easy to use, customizable, integrates with Stripe for deposits, and automates letters and reminders, streamlining my clinic management.

**Official Response from Irina Shvetsova:**

> Hi Tom, thank you so much for such a thoughtful and detailed review, we really appreciate you sharing your experience.

It’s great to hear that Zanda has become your clinic’s go-to for managing day-to-day operations. The flexibility around customization, along with automations for reminders, letters, and cancellations, is something we’ve put a lot of focus on - so it’s fantastic to know it’s making a real difference in how smoothly your clinic runs. It’s also great to hear the Stripe integration is helping streamline deposit collection and reduce admin on your end.

We also really appreciate your honest feedback around pricing and two-factor authentication. We understand that pricing changes can have an impact, especially as your clinic grows, and we’re always working to ensure the platform continues to deliver strong value in return. Your suggestion around using an authenticator app for 2FA is a great one as well, this is exactly the kind of feedback that helps shape future improvements. I've passed it to our product team for review on your behalf.

Thanks again for taking the time to share this. It’s great to hear how Zanda is supporting your clinic, and we’re here whenever you need us. Warm regards, Irina.

 ### 12. Secure, Healthcare-Focused Documentation with Helpful Scheduling Tools

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sophie J. | Speech and Language Therapist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I mostly use the client forms and diary/scheduling alongside clinic note writing and keeping. I like having a secure place to document my sessions on a platform designs for healthcare professionals.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I would like if there was an app to make use easier on my phone (e.g. on the go) and if I could link it with my google diary.

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides secure storage for clinical notes and keeps a clear record of appointment attendance.

**Official Response from Irina Shvetsova:**

> Hi Sophie, Thank you for sharing your experience, we really appreciate it.

It’s great to hear that you’re getting value from client forms, scheduling, and clinical notes. Having a secure, purpose-built space to document sessions and track attendance is something we care deeply about, so it’s encouraging to know it’s supporting your work in a meaningful way.

We also hear your feedback around mobile access. Being able to work easily on the go and keep everything in sync with your existing tools can make a big difference day to day. While Zanda is designed to work smoothly on mobile browsers, we understand that a dedicated app experience is something many practitioners would find helpful. As for the Google Calendar integration, it is actually available and accessible through your practitioner settings. If you need help with setting those up, please reach out to our support team for assistance at support@zandahealth.com.

Thanks again for your thoughtful feedback and for trusting Zanda with your clinical documentation, we’re glad it’s helping you stay organised and secure. Warm regards, Irina.

 ### 13. Effortless Navigation and Convenient Invoice Access

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shanae G. | Virtual Assistant - I use Zanda for 3 of my clients, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

What I appreciate most about Zanda is its intuitive navigation. Being able to access invoices directly from the calendar to process payments is especially convenient, as it eliminates the need to open invoices in a separate window, like with other systems. I also value the option to be remembered at login, since I use Zanda several times a day, and not having to repeatedly log in streamlines my workflow.

I find it very straightforward to make necessary changes in the back end, such as updating templates, without having to seek approval from Zanda. This flexibility really allows me to tailor the system to my needs. Additionally, the in-app knowledge base and help function are very useful for resolving common issues on my own. When I do require assistance, the support team is always accessible and helpful.

The ease of implementation and integration with other systems also made getting started very straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

The only thing I dislike about Zanda is that receipting isn’t automated when a payment is completed, it requires a separate manual step.

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zanda has helped me address several important challenges in managing appointments, processing payments, and keeping track of client records. Currently, we rely on Zanda exclusively for handling payments for all our clients, which has made my workflow much more efficient. I do not have a phone line for my practice, so having the SMS function is extremely helpful for patient communication.

**Official Response from Irina Shvetsova:**

> Hi Shanae, thank you so much for sharing your experience. It’s wonderful to hear how Zanda is supporting your day-to-day work. We’re really glad the intuitive navigation, calendar-based invoice access, and the “remember me” option are making your workflow smoother. It’s also great to hear that updating templates and tailoring the system to your needs feels easy and empowering, and that our in-app help resources and support team have been there whenever you’ve needed them.

Your feedback about receipting is very much appreciated. Thank you again for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review. We’re grateful to be part of your practice’s workflow, and we’re here whenever you need support or have ideas to share. Warm regards, Irina.

 ### 14. Customizable and Cost-Effective Practice Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vernon K.

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I use Zanda for scheduling appointments and keeping records in my chiropractic practice, and soon I'll be using it for digital intake forms too. The customizability of Zanda is something I really appreciate, as it allows me to streamline my patient management processes without spending time on features I don't need. It gives me the option to choose from many different templates or to create forms and notes exactly how I want them. This flexibility helps free up time in my day so that I can help more people. Previously, I found other chiropractic software to be too bloated, requiring payment for features I would never use. Zanda lets me customize everything to fit my practice while being more affordable. The setup was pretty easy, with support from someone at Zanda to help me acclimate and import my clients from Pure Chiro Notes. Overall, Zanda offers many features, and I don't feel like I'm paying for features I don't use. I also use the online scheduling feature and may explore sms and email features in the future.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I'm not really sure what doesn't work well for me. Zanda is meeting all my needs currently. I might be interested in using the sms or email feature, but I haven't taken the time to figure that out yet.

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zanda allows me to customize my chiropractic practice management, solving issues with other bloated software. It's customizable, affordable, and saves me time and money, enabling me to streamline processes and help more patients.

**Official Response from Irina Shvetsova:**

> Hi Vernon, Thank you so much for sharing such a thoughtful and detailed review. It’s wonderful to hear how Zanda is supporting your chiropractic practice in a way that feels streamlined, flexible, and cost-effective.

We’re especially glad the customizability stands out for you. Being able to choose the features you need, and design forms and notes exactly how you want them, is something we’ve intentionally built for practitioners who value efficiency without unnecessary complexity. It’s fantastic to know this is helping you save time and focus on what matters most: caring for your patients.

We’re also pleased your transition from your previous practice management software felt smooth and supported. Our team works hard to make setup and data import as straightforward as possible, so it’s great to hear that experience reflected here.

When you’re ready to explore SMS or email features, we’d love to help you get the most out of them. Many practices find that automated reminders and communication tools further reduce admin time and improve attendance rates so there’s even more potential time-saving ahead.

Thank you again for trusting Zanda with your practice. We’re excited to continue supporting you as you grow and evolve. Warm regards, Irina.

 ### 15. Effective Practice Management with Minor Setup Hurdles

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** S D. | Clinical Psychologist

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I like that Zanda (formerly Power Diary) is fairly straightforward once you learn how to use it, and it has a lot of utility. It makes it easier to keep track of everything, including payments and data for patients.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I think it would be better if I could edit the way forms look and make them more fitting to my brand. And make the patient portal more personalized to my brand. Also, the price is slightly higher than I would like. The initial setup was quite fiddly. I had to input a vast amount of data, and setting up all the codes and things was quite fiddly.

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zanda to run my solo private practice. It keeps track of all my forms and documentation, simplifies scheduling new patients, and helps track current months, including payments and rebates for patients.

**Official Response from Irina Shvetsova:**

> Hello, thank you for taking the time to share such a balanced and thoughtful review, we really appreciate it.

It’s great to hear that once you were up and running, Zanda has been helping you keep everything organised in your solo practice - from forms and documentation to scheduling, payments, and rebates. That kind of clarity and control is exactly what we aim to provide.

You’ve also raised some points around branding and setup and we’re excited to let you know that we’ve recently released enhanced Client Portal styling options, giving you more flexibility to personalise the look and feel of your portal so it better reflects your brand. You can now customise styling elements to create a more cohesive experience for your clients when they access your client portal home page.

On the setup side, we understand that initial configuration can feel detailed, especially in a solo practice where you’re wearing every hat. The upfront work with codes and data is designed to ensure accuracy in billing, reporting, and compliance, but we know it can feel fiddly at the beginning. Our team is always happy to guide practitioners through that process to make it smoother.
We also truly value your feedback on pricing. For many solo practitioners, affordability matters, and we continually work to ensure Zanda delivers strong value by replacing multiple tools in one secure, compliant platform.

Thank you again for sharing your experience and if you’d like help exploring the new branding options in your Client Portal, we’d love to support you. Please email us at support@zandahealth.com to arrange a support session. Warm regards, Irina.

 ### 16. Streamlined Therapy Management with Integrated Features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Selma Y. | Psychotherapist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I like that everything is organized and on one side with Zanda (formerly Power Diary), so I don't have to worry about appointment makings with clients. It saves me a huge amount of time because my clients can create their own appointments using a link on my website. I also appreciate being able to keep all my notes in the client files.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

It's definitely the waiting list. If people put themselves onto the waiting list, they shouldn't be allowed to make appointments yet until I allow them to do so. This should be improved.

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zanda organises all my appointments, notes, forms, files, and finances, saving time by allowing clients to schedule their own appointments online. It keeps everything in one place, so I don't need to manage appointment scheduling with clients.

**Official Response from Irina Shvetsova:**

> Hi Selma, Thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review. We’re really glad to hear how much value you’re getting from having everything in one place, from appointments and notes to forms and finances, and that online booking is saving you so much time day to day.

We also appreciate you calling out your experience with the waitlist. That’s helpful, practical feedback, and we understand how important it is to have full control over when someone can move from a waitlist to an actual booking. We'll make sure to pass your feedback to the product team on your behalf.

Thanks again for sharing both what’s working well and where you’d like to see things evolve. It means a lot to us, and we’re glad to be supporting you in keeping your practice organized and running smoothly. -- Warm regards, Irina

 ### 18. Automates Admin with All-in-One Practice Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel D'souza D. | Principal Solution Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

It automates admin tasks and works as an all-in-one practice management solution.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

The setup process was more complex than I expected, and getting help through the chatbot support was frustrating.

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zanda (Power Diary) solves the problem of too much manual admin by automating scheduling, billing, reminders, and record-keeping in one system.
It also fixes missed appointments and poor communication with automated reminders and two-way messaging.

For me, this means saving time, reducing no-shows, and earning more revenue.
You also get a simpler workflow (everything in one place) and can focus more on clients instead of admin work.

**Official Response from Irina Shvetsova:**

> Hi Daniel, Thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review, we really appreciate it.

It’s great to hear that Zanda is helping you bring everything into one place and reduce the weight of day-to-day admin. Saving time, improving communication, and cutting down no-shows are exactly the kinds of outcomes we aim for, so it’s rewarding to know that’s making a real difference in your practice.

We also hear you on the setup experience. Getting started can sometimes feel like a lot, especially with a system that offers so many options. We’re continuously working to make onboarding smoother and more guided, and your feedback on chatbot support is especially helpful, it’s an area we’re actively improving to make sure getting help feels straightforward and human when you need it. We also offer free onboarding video sessions with our support team members and the online Zanda Academy video courses to watch and follow at your pace.

Thanks again for your honest feedback and for being part of the Zanda community. Warm regards, Irina.

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

Switching to Zanda has been one of the best business decisions I’ve made. Their service was exceptional from start to finish — professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive. They made the transition from my previous practice management software remarkably smooth, even with the large amount of data that needed to be transferred. The process was seamless, and within a month I was operating as if I’d always used Zanda. The Zanda Academy was also an invaluable resource for getting up to speed quickly. I couldn’t recommend them more highly — they’ve made managing my practice simpler, faster, and more enjoyable.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

It's hard to find anything to dislike to be honest.

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zanda has solved several key challenges in my practice. It allows clients to book their own appointments online, which has saved a huge amount of administrative time and reduced back-and-forth emails. ### 20. Easy Customisation & Great Support, But Needs More Automation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maddee O. | Admin Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I love how easy it is to customise forms and communication templates within Zanda. The setup process is straightforward and they are always improving their features with a clear roadmap. Every time I have had an issue that I couldn't figure out with their knowledge base, the customer service team have been responsive, friendly and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

The lack of automations at the moment is a downfall (such as for payments and rebates), but they are always updating things.
When they introduced their pre-built screening tools, this was a big plus BUT a giant downfall of this is having to score these tools manually.

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zanda for a variety of clinics that I work for within the allied health space, and Zanda does a great job of being customisable and making my day easier with their usability and reports.

**Official Response from Irina Shvetsova:**

> Hi Maddee, thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a detailed and positive review, and for highlighting how Zanda is making your day easier across the various allied health clinics you support!

Knowing that our customer success team has been responsive, friendly, and genuinely helpful whenever you've needed a hand is the highest praise we can receive.

We also deeply appreciate your honest feedback regarding areas for improvement. Regarding automations for payments and rebates, we'd love to hear more from you to learn about your needs and recommend how to best adopt existing Zanda features for automating payments and rebates workflows and how we could enhance them. Please reach out to support@zandahealth.com to book a support call.

I'm also excited to confirm that we are actively developing and testing a new automated form scoring feature right now. This highly anticipated update is designed specifically to process submitted forms automatically, quantify client outcomes, and track progress over time, completely eliminating the manual effort you described.

Your insights, especially as a power user across multiple allied health settings, are invaluable as they help shape our roadmap. Thank you again for choosing Zanda and for being a key part of our community. Warm regards, Irina

Honestly, there’s a lot Zanda can do, which some new users might think feels like a lot at first. The great thing is, once it’s set up, these features make daily practice management incredibly smooth, saving hours of admin every week and giving practitioners peace of mind.

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gillian F. | Practice Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I've been using Zanda for some time now, and it's an incredibly logical and user-friendly system. One of the standout features for me is how seamlessly it integrates with Medicare, being able to lodge rebate claims directly through the system is a huge time-saver.

The support team at Zanda is excellent – responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. I also really appreciate how the Zanda team is constantly improving the platform, keeping up with technological changes, and offering genuinely useful webinars to help users get the most out of the system.

Zanda has become an essential part of my workflow and I wouldn’t use anything else.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

While there are a few minor irritants (like not being able to switch off Americanised spelling in communication templates), these are small issues in an otherwise fantastic product.

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zanda is solving a range of practical problems in day-to-day practice management, and it’s made a big difference to how I work.

The system makes it logical and efficient to manage appointments, invoicing, and patient records all in one place. A major benefit for me is the ability to lodge Medicare rebate claims directly through Zanda – that alone has saved me a significant amount of admin time and reduced the risk of errors.

**Official Response from Irina Shvetsova:**

> Hi Gillian, thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear Zanda has become an essential part of your workflow and that our Medicare integration and support team are making a real difference for you. Thank you for sharing your experience with the spelling in communication templates — browser spell-checkers can sometimes influence this too, so it could be worth checking those settings. And please, don't hesitate to reach out to our support crew, we'll be happy to help. Thanks for being part of the Zanda community!

 ### 25. Streamlined Management for Our Telehealth Clinic

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul R.

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I find Zanda incredibly useful as a practice management software because it consolidates all our essential functions like client files, schedules, and payments into one place, making administration much more organized. From the clients' perspective, the organized administration is equally beneficial. I appreciate the convenience of sending clients forms, email templates, receipts after sending payments, and appointment schedules through Zanda. This integration eliminates the need for other software like Xero or separate calendar apps, and lets us manage everything via Zanda instead of using Gmail for communication. Sending client forms through Zanda has been extremely handy, allowing us to cancel our Adobe Pro subscription. The email templates feature is valuable as it organizes all client communications under Communication Activity, making it easier than searching through Gmail. The ability to send receipts through Zanda/Stripe is crucial for our telehealth clinic, enabling us to send payment confirmations effortlessly. The dynamic 'upcoming appointments' field within email templates is a standout feature, as it simplifies the process for clients who frequently request appointment lists, saving time for our admin team. Switching from CorePlus to Zanda was the best decision we've made because Zanda is simpler, more user-friendly, and functional—far superior to our previous software. The setup wizard was efficient and intuitive, ensuring we didn't overlook anything crucial during the initial setup.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I have a few things to mention about Zanda that I'd love improved. First, the option to make the sender name and sender email the same for all email templates is missing. When adding services into Zanda, it would be great if it was linked to the Medicare / DVA / WorkCover database, similar to how Halaxy does, so that we can search for fees and add them into the system without manually searching the codes elsewhere. Lastly, while there is an 'invoices' sub-section in the billing section on a client's profile, it would be incredibly useful if there was a 'claims' section too. This way, we wouldn't need to open every single invoice to check which ones have rebates received for, allowing us to see these at a glance similar to how the invoices section appears.

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zanda centralizes client files, schedules, and payments, eliminating the need for multiple tools like Xero and Gmail. It simplifies form completion, boosts admin efficiency, and enhances client communication through dynamic templates and online receipts, crucial for our telehealth clinic.

**Official Response from Irina Shvetsova:**

> Hi Paul, Thank you so much for taking the time to share such detailed feedback about your experience with Zanda! We're thrilled to hear that switching from CorePlus has been such a positive decision for your telehealth clinic.
It's wonderful to know that our all-in-one approach is streamlining your operations—from eliminating your Adobe Pro subscription to centralizing client communications and making your admin team's life easier with features like the dynamic 'upcoming appointments' field. Hearing that our setup wizard helped you get started smoothly means a lot to our team.
We really appreciate you highlighting the specific areas where you'd like to see improvements, including consistent sender details across email templates , integration with Medicare/DVA/WorkCover databases, and a dedicated 'claims' section in billing. We'll make sure to pass the to your product team for review. Your insights are incredibly valuable as we continue developing Zanda.
We're grateful to have you as part of the Zanda community, and if there's anything we can do to support your clinic in the meantime, please don't hesitate to reach out! Warm regards, Irina

 ### 26. Excellent customer service, robust EHR. Could use some simple minor tweaks to boost experience.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aliya C. | Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

The customer service is fantastic - timely, polite, and quickly helpful. Real human is easy to get if AI chat can't help you. The data migration team makes it easy to get your old records over to Zanda.
The features are SO robust. I am at the starter plan, and I have more than everything I need for under half the price of my last EHR (which did NOT have everything I need). Zanda is not quite as simple to use as my last one (which was literally named after its simplicity), but that's because there is so much more to use. I love all the features that are available to me on the "starter" plan, which were not available on the lowest plan of my last EHR, which had fewer features for more than twice the price.
I love the ability to add different tags to a client's file.
I love all the colors that I can use to make my calendar easy to read.

I really do love almost everything about it.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I only have two real "dislikes" (see below). But I think there are a few small tweaks they could make that would make a big difference in performance.
1) Some of the things on the calendar/dashboard/homepage display could be optional, and if users could drop them from that main page display, the overall look would be simplified.
2) Be prepared to spend time setting up client paperwork in the "forms" feature. This is not easy/intuitive, and the formatting options could be a lot better.
3) Be prepared to spend time learning how to use it. This isn't a dislike at all, because it does reflect the fact that there are so many features.
4) Now that I'm actually using Zanda as opposed to setting it up (learning all the features, setting up the forms), probably one real "dislike" I have is that you can send clients emails from within Zanda, but any reply they make will come to your external email. So you have to find a way to copy the client's reply into their file, and that is certainly not a quick process (I have to print the email to PDF, and then drop it as a "File" into their record... when all along the outgoing email is sitting in the "correspondence" section of their file).
5) The other "dislike" I have is that when the Zanda calendar imports into my OUtlook calendar (which is very helpful), the client names are not deidentified (not helpful).

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's offering me more features for a much better price, than the competitor I was using.

**Official Response from Irina Shvetsova:**

> Hi Aliya, thank you so much for such a detailed review! We’re thrilled to hear that you’ve had a great experience with our customer service team and that the Starter plan has given you all the features you need at such a good value. ### 27. Meeting my business where it's at

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah C. | LCSW, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

It is pretty intuitive and user-friendly and there is ample support if issues arise. I use it mainly as a tele-health platform and to be able to bill my self-pay services. Even though I'm not using every bell and whistle that it offers it is still cost-effective for me and meeting my business where it's at, as I'm a one-woman show!

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

It took me some extra effort to navigate the process of billing utilizing Stripe, to get it all set up but that would have been true with any platform.

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's given me a billing platform to be able to take credit cards from client families as payment, saving me quite a bit from seeking out a separate billing service. It also provides the tele-health options I need to literally serve clients and parents where they are if distance or logistics of meeting in-person are a challenge.

**Official Response from Irina Shvetsova:**

> Hi Sarah, thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re so glad Zanda is giving you the tools you need to run your practice smoothly. It’s wonderful to hear that the platform feels intuitive and cost-effective, and that the support team has been there when needed. We appreciate your patience with getting Stripe set up and we hope you are enjoying the payment processing convenience and security the integrations brings along. We’re proud to be a part of helping your business meet clients wherever they are. Warm regards, Irina

 ### 28. Zanda is the best and most affordable way to manage and master every aspect of your practice.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vernon K. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

What I like best about Zanda is that it is completely customizable to fit exactly how I practice. I also really like that my clients can both fill out forms and schedule online. Zanda offers great support and so many great features while still remaining very affordable.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

There are so many customizable features that initially I felt a little overwhelmed about how to get started. But the great support provided by Zanda quickly got me up and running and managing my business better than ever. Very quickly, Zanda became very easy to use and essential to my day to day operations.

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zanda has been a great solution for creating and taking notes to fit exactly how I run my practice. It's also been great for scheduling and managing clients and creating customizable forms that clients can fill out online.

**Official Response from Irina Shvetsova:**

> Hi Vernon, thank you so much for your wonderful review!
We’re thrilled to hear that you’ve been able to use Zanda to fit your practice perfectly and that online forms and scheduling have been so helpful for you and your clients. It’s great to know our support team was there to make getting started smooth and easy — that’s exactly what we aim for.

 ### 29. Streamlined Client Management with Intuitive Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kate K.

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I love the text communication feature of Zanda, which provides an interface that's much easier than other software and allows seamless continuation of conversations after a psychologist has already interacted with a client. I appreciate Zanda for being very user-friendly and intuitive, where I can find settings where I would expect them to be, unlike other software that might place them in strange locations. The ability to autofill fields in GP letters is another feature I love, making it extremely easy to just fill out a template and then send it. Additionally, tracking calendar year sessions for Medicare compliance is particularly valuable, offering an efficient way to manage such important tasks. The software also manages client bookings effectively through a clear visual calendar, with functionalities to set certain days specifically for telehealth or face-to-face appointments at various locations. The automatic sending of appropriate reminders for the right locations and the ease of managing appointment changes through text communication are aspects that make the booking process very streamlined. I find the initial setup of Zanda extremely easy as all the settings are easy to locate and modify.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I find the referral management process in Zanda to be more complicated than necessary. Simplifying the process of storing referrals in the same place as the client's file, and tracking calendar year sessions and referral sessions automatically, would greatly enhance the workflow. Having to add a session pack to track these automatically feels like an unnecessary step. Additionally, I would prefer to have direct access to a client's email communication page through a simple click on the email in their profile pop-up. This would make managing communications more efficient. Furthermore, when entering details for a new referrer, I wish there were more comprehensive fields available upfront, such as work phone, fax, and address, so that all necessary information could be entered in one step without needing to revisit the entry.

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Zanda manages client bookings effectively, providing a clear visual calendar, sending appropriate reminders, and enabling streamlined appointment management. It facilitates easy client communication, autofills GP letters, and tracks Medicare sessions, improving overall efficiency and client care.

**Official Response from Irina Shvetsova:**

> Hi Kate, thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a detailed review of your experience with Zanda. It’s wonderful to hear how many parts of the system are making your day-to-day work easier.

We’re thrilled that the communication tools, intuitive layout, and letter generation are helping you keep things moving smoothly with clients. It’s also great to hear that the calendar, telehealth/location setup, and Medicare session tracking are supporting your workflows in a meaningful way. Making Zanda feel clear, predictable, and easy to navigate is something we care deeply about, so your feedback here means a lot.

I also really appreciate your thoughtful suggestions around referral management and communication access. I’ll be passing your insights along to our product team.
Thank you again for sharing such a balanced and constructive review. If there’s ever anything you’d like to explore further or any workflow you want to improve, we’re always here to help you get the most out of Zanda. Warm regards, Irina.

 ### 30. Intuitive Interface with Seamless Communication Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kate K.

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I love Zanda's user-friendly interface, which makes it considerably simpler to use than some of its competitors. The text conversation view stands out as it enables me to see back-and-forth communications, facilitating quick and efficient client interaction. Sending GP letters is incredibly intuitive; I appreciate the ease of generating letters swiftly using saved templates and populating them with client appointment details. I find the ability to include dynamic content, such as appointment dates, in intake form emails particularly valuable, as it allows us to send comprehensive emails without manual data entry. This feature is unique and enhances our workflow efficiency. Additionally, the initial setup of Zanda is straightforward, with helpful support pages contributing to a seamless onboarding process.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I find the referral adding process in Zanda cumbersome because I have to set up session packs manually, which adds an unnecessary step to the process. This step is helpful for tracking calendar year limits, but having everything — like the referral, the referral file, and tracking — integrated in one place would be more efficient. It would also be better if referrals could automatically set up the relevant session pack, streamlining the workflow and saving time.

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zanda to streamline scheduling, communication, and compliance tasks, making client management and GP letter dispatching efficient. Its user-friendly interface boosts productivity with features like text conversation view and dynamic content in emails.

**Official Response from Irina Shvetsova:**

> Hi Kate, thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review, we’re really glad to hear how Zanda is supporting your workflow. It’s wonderful that the intuitive interface, text conversation view, and streamlined GP letter process have made your day-to-day communication smoother. We’re also really happy to hear that dynamic content in intake form emails has been valuable for reducing manual steps and keeping your correspondence accurate and efficient. And it’s great that the setup process and support resources helped you get started with confidence.

We also appreciate your feedback about the referral process. You’ve highlighted a very meaningful point — having referrals, files, and session tracking more closely integrated, and having session packs created automatically — and we'll pass it to the product team for review and consideration.

Thank you again for sharing your experience and ideas with us. We’re committed to making Zanda even more intuitive and efficient, and we’re always here whenever you need a hand or have further suggestions.

 ### 31. Effortless Clinic Administration with Clear Visibility

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melissa H.

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I really appreciate how Zanda (formerly Power Diary) lays everything out clearly, which allows me to see all the necessary information at a glance without having to delve deep into the backend. This clear visibility is a significant advantage because it helps me manage appointments efficiently, check payment statuses, and see Medicare rebate eligibility, all in one place. It's all available on a single page, making navigation easy and intuitive. Furthermore, I found the initial setup to be exceptionally straightforward. Everything was easy to set up, organize, and get ready, which makes starting off with Zanda hassle-free.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I wish that when I click on the Medicare button or the invoice button, it would automatically open in a separate window rather than overriding the current window. However, it's a minor issue since there's a workaround for it.

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zanda for clinic administration as it simplifies bookings and payments, providing a clear, at-a-glance view of schedules and payments, making my tasks more manageable.

**Official Response from Irina Shvetsova:**

> Hi Melissa, thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. It’s wonderful to hear how Zanda’s clear layout and at-a-glance visibility are helping make your clinic administration smoother and more efficient. We’re delighted that having appointments, payment statuses, and Medicare rebate information all on a single page has been useful for you, and that the initial setup felt easy and hassle-free.

We also appreciate you mentioning the window-opening behaviour for Medicare and invoice pages. Feedback like this is incredibly helpful, and we understand how automatically opening these sections in a separate window would make navigation even more convenient. It’s a great suggestion, and we’ll ensure it’s shared with our product team as we continue improving the user experience.

Thank you again for your thoughtful review — we’re really glad Zanda is supporting your daily workflow, and we’re always here whenever you need a hand or have more ideas to share. Warm regards, Irina

 ### 32. Efficient Practice Management with Seamless Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I really appreciate how Zanda (formerly Power Diary) provides a comprehensive solution for managing a psychology practice efficiently. The clear and user-friendly layout of the client's profile menus, including profile, appointments, and billing details, makes navigation intuitive and simplifies our workflow. The software's capability to seamlessly integrate with other tools such as Stripe, Xero, and GoFax enhances its functionality significantly. This integration allows us to process payments directly within Zanda, reducing the hassle of switching between different platforms. The Stripe integration, in particular, is very beneficial as it streamlines our payment processing. Additionally, the ability to directly export income and invoices to Xero from Zanda is a huge time-saver and facilitates smooth financial operations. The setup process was also impressive, as the setup wizard was incredibly helpful, simplifying the initial configuration and making the client import/export feature an invaluable asset for a hassle-free data transfer. The ease of tracking client session counts on referrals in Zanda, in contrast to my previous experience with Halaxy, is another aspect I appreciate, as it helps us keep organized and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I find it inconvenient that I cannot refund a client payment directly in Zanda (formerly Power Diary) when it was taken via Stripe. Instead, I must log into Stripe separately to issue refunds. If we can take payments via Stripe in Zanda, it would be immensely beneficial to also refund them through the same platform, avoiding the need to switch to Stripe directly. Additionally, I wish there was an improvement in handling referrer information. When we save a referrer's contact details, the clinic's contact information should automatically appear for all practitioners associated with that clinic. For instance, if one patient is referred by a doctor at a clinic, the clinic’s contact details should seamlessly apply to any other practitioner we add from that same clinic, without needing to manually add this information to each practitioner’s profile.

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zanda to streamline managing client information, appointments, and payments all in one place, simplifying processes with clear layouts and helpful integrations like Stripe and Xero, enhancing efficiency and reducing errors.

**Official Response from Irina Shvetsova:**

> Hi Serenna, thank you so much for sharing such a detailed and thoughtful review, we’re truly grateful. It’s wonderful to hear how Zanda is helping streamline your practice, from the clarity of the client profile layout to the seamless integrations with tools like Stripe, Xero, and GoFax. We’re especially glad that the setup wizard and import/export options made your onboarding smooth, and that session tracking on referrals is supporting your workflow in a more organised way.

We also really appreciate you highlighting the areas that could be improved, such as Stripe refunds and referrer information handling. We'll pass it on to our product team for review and consideration. In the meantime, we can recommend copying an existing referrer profile to new to transfer all business contact details to a new referrer from the same practice instead of manually re-entering them. We hope you find this workaround helpful.

Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience and suggestions. We’re committed to making Zanda even more efficient and intuitive, and we’re always here whenever you need support or have ideas to share. Warm regards, Irina.

 ### 33. Comprehensive Support for Counseling Practices

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris C.

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I really appreciate Zanda (formerly Power Diary) for its exceptional functionality and remarkable reliability, which are crucial for running my counseling practice smoothly. One of the standout features is the comprehensive support offered by the team, which is of paramount importance to me. I always feel supported and can rely on receiving prompt responses whenever I encounter an issue, have a learning need, or face a challenging situation while using the system. Their customer support team is consistent in being readily available to assist and offer the guidance I need. Furthermore, Zanda effectively consolidates all practice management elements—scheduling, invoicing, video calling, client communication, and note storage—into one platform, which streamlines my operations. This amalgamation of core components significantly enhances our efficiency. Additionally, Zanda provides a practice manual feature that allows us to upload and access policies and procedures for our practitioners at any time, which is invaluable for maintaining consistent standards and accessibility. Overall, the company’s willingness to meet for video calls and answer questions enhances my experience and reassures me that all necessary support will be provided to help me use the system effectively.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I think the application is quite complex to grasp initially, which can pose difficulties, especially for new therapists trying to get accustomed to it. There may be opportunities to improve the user interface to reduce complexity. Besides this, I really appreciate the recent update allowing practitioners to only see their own clients. I also believe there remains opportunities to enhance the overall user experience and functionality further, especially in building automations.

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zanda to unify practice management, including scheduling, invoicing, and client communication, while providing access to a practice manual for all practitioners.

**Official Response from Irina Shvetsova:**

> Hi Chris, thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review, it truly means a lot to our team. We’re delighted to hear that Zanda helps keep your counselling practice running smoothly and that our support team has been able to consistently be there for you whenever you need guidance. Knowing that the combination of scheduling, invoicing, video calls, communication tools, and note storage all in one place makes a difference to your day-to-day workflow is exactly what we hope to achieve.

We also appreciate your feedback about the learning curve for new therapists and the user interface. It’s really important to us that Zanda feels intuitive and welcoming for every practitioner, so insights like yours help us continue to improve. We also offer free onboarding personal video sessions and online courses in the Zanda Academy so everyone can learn about Zanda at their own pace. We’re glad the recent update to restrict practitioners to their own client lists has been helpful, and your note about expanding automations is something we’re actively exploring as well, you're welcome to submit your feature requests via the ideas board available in the Help menu of your Zanda account.

Thank you again for your kind words and thoughtful suggestions — we’re committed to making your experience with Zanda even better over time, and we’re always here whenever you need support. Warm regards, Irina.

I absolutely love Zanda for its user-friendly web design that makes navigating around the site easy to learn and very manageable. The web design significantly enhances my user experience by providing a straightforward and intuitive interface, reducing the learning curve and allowing for efficient operation. Additionally, one of the most valued features of Zanda is the ability to access medical notes, appointments, and the calendar anywhere with an internet connection, which provides remarkable flexibility and convenience compared to our previous software. The capability to access essential practice management tools remotely is a game-changer for our operations. Furthermore, I appreciate the dedicated support team; they were amazing during the initial setup process, which can sometimes be complicated. Their guidance and assistance made the transition much smoother, ensuring any challenges were promptly addressed. Overall, this software significantly optimizes our workflow, ensuring operations are seamless and highly effective.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

The process for Medicare Claim Report is not well instructed on the main website, but I figured it out through time.

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zanda to manage client bookings, access treatment notes anywhere, and it offers easy navigation, enhancing my productivity.

 ### 35. Streamlined Administration but Needs Improved Room Booking

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Meg S.

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I really appreciate the ability to customize each practitioner's profile on Zanda, which allows for different levels of access needed for various practitioners, enhancing our operational flexibility. The platform is notably easy to use, which simplifies our daily tasks and reduces training time for new staff. I am fond of the platform’s layout, which is well-organized and visually appealing, making navigation intuitive. Another great feature is the AI chatbot, which is incredibly helpful as it allows practitioners to quickly get answers to their questions without having to consult the head of administration, thus improving workflow efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I dislike the lack of functionality for configuring room bookings in Zanda (formerly Power Diary). Currently, rooms can only be added as resources, which has led to several issues. I am unable to select a room or book it out for the day, which is a significant limitation.

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zanda to centralize administration and financial management on one platform, streamlining client and practitioner profiles, enhancing communication and bookings, and improving billing processes.

**Official Response from Irina Shvetsova:**

> Hi Meg, thank you for sharing such a thoughtful review!

We’re delighted to hear that Zanda’s flexibility, intuitive layout, and AI support assistant have helped simplify your team’s workflow and training.

Thank you again for helping us continue to improve Zanda for all practices! -- Irina

 ### 36. Great Scheduling, Challenging Setup

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephen S.

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I appreciate Zanda (formerly Power Diary) for its essential role in my daily operations, particularly the calendar feature and the way it seamlessly links with Google Calendar. This integration is crucial for managing appointments effectively. I find the manual invoicing useful and am keen on switching to automatic invoicing to streamline processes further. Additionally, the capability to track my earnings is a valuable aspect that helps in financial management. Despite my limited tech knowledge, these features make Zanda indispensable for my work. I have found it amazing in handling patient management and scheduling, which is vital for my operations. These features contribute to my decision to maintain a subscription, as they provide the necessary functionality for the tasks I regularly perform.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

Setting up Zanda was very difficult for me due to my lack of technical expertise. I believe a more guided setup process, such as a Zoom session with a real person, would greatly help. Moreover, I've spent hours trying to set up features like automatic invoicing without success, which is frustrating. Although I’ve recommended Zanda to colleagues, many find it too challenging to set up and give up. I wish Zanda would check in with customers to provide personalized assistance and ensure we're making the most of all features.

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zanda streamlines patient interactions and links with Google Calendar for efficient scheduling. While setup was difficult, I rely on it daily for managing tasks and tracking earnings. Its potential would grow if Zanda offered personal support for better use of features.

**Official Response from Irina Shvetsova:**

> Hi Stephen, thank you so much for your honest and detailed feedback.

We’re really glad to hear that Zanda’s scheduling tools, Google Calendar integration, invoicing, and earnings tracking are helping you manage your day-to-day operations effectively. It’s great to know that despite the challenges, these features have become essential to your practice.

We completely understand your frustration with the setup process — especially when technology isn’t your main focus. To help our customers, we have individual support sessions available at no cost. They can be booked at your convenience here: https://zandahealth.com/book-a-call/

Thank you again for sticking with Zanda — we’re committed to making it easier for practitioners like you to get the most out of every feature. Warm regards, Irina

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I have been using Zanda (formerly Power Diary) for six years in our multidisciplinary allied health practice, and I am thoroughly impressed with its features and functionalities. The software supports a variety of services, including physiotherapy, podiatry, clinical psychology, dietetics, and group classes, making it versatile and comprehensive for our needs. I love the AI notes feature and the telehealth function, which proved invaluable, especially during the COVID lockdown in Melbourne, enabling quick and efficient service delivery. The reporting capabilities are outstanding, allowing easy exportation into Excel to analyze data and run personalized metrics. I find the templates extremely beneficial for streamlining communications via text messages, emails, and letters, and they are particularly helpful for creating discipline-specific templates for different professionals like psychologists and physiotherapists. Additionally, the support from the Zanda team has been exceptional, especially during the transition phase when they helped us export data from our previous software. The tutorials available on their website make mastering new features straightforward. Overall, the smooth communication, innovative features, and continuous support from the Zanda team make the software incredibly reliable, efficient, and exciting to work with.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I would love to see improved insights regarding how the client portal is being used. Specifically, it would be beneficial to understand who is accessing the client portal and to what extent they are engaging with it. This feature is essential for optimizing our interaction with clients, and I understand it is in the product's development plan, but it is not currently available.

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zanda enhances efficiency with AI notes, telehealth, and robust reporting. It supports smooth clinical operations, easy communication, and data-driven insights, especially useful during the COVID lockdown. I love its innovative approach and strong support, making it indispensable for our practice.

 ### 39. Effortless Booking and Seamless Integration for Solo Practitioners

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liesel S.

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I find Zanda (formerly Power Diary) extremely valuable for my occupational therapy practice due to its user-friendly nature, which made it easy for a newcomer like me to set up without any pressure. The ability to test it out slowly before fully committing was a significant benefit, especially since I'm the only practitioner in my small OT practice. The integration with Zoom or telehealth is particularly helpful, simplifying online client connections in an entirely virtual practice. I appreciate the software’s ease of use and the flexibility it offers, with multiple pathways for tasks like inputting client details, making it very accessible. The automation features, like setting up email or SMS reminders, are easy to use despite me not using them extensively yet. I also value the integrated forms, which are well-worded and specific, aiding the setup process efficiently. Furthermore, the pricing structure is accommodating for a slow-growing practice, ensuring I don't pay high for unused features, making it an appealing option to continue and recommend.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I dislike the limitation in Zanda's group meeting feature where there's no option for a general link due to privacy settings, and it only provides a recurrent link.

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zanda for online practice management; its integrated Zoom simplifies client meetings, while automated email/SMS reminders ease scheduling and communication. Integrated forms are also beneficial in structuring initial practice setups.

**Official Response from Irina Shvetsova:**

> Hi Liesel, thank you so much for sharing your thoughtful review! We’re thrilled to hear that Zanda has made it easy for you to set up and grow your occupational therapy practice at your own pace. It’s wonderful to know that the flexibility, intuitive design, and built-in tools like Telehealth and integrated forms have supported your transition into managing an entirely virtual practice.
We also appreciate your feedback about the group meeting feature and the link options. We’ll be sure to share it with our product team for consideration.

Thank you again for choosing Zanda, we’re delighted to be part of your practice journey! Warm regards, Irina

 ### 40. Fantastic Software. Made my life so much easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Malcolm J. | Owner/Admin Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2022

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

Zanda Health is a very easy program to use in our everyday work. Whilst not using everything that is available the features are extensive.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

Reporting could be made simpler and more extensive, especially in the financial area. Ongoing cost of SMS messages sent and received to the PowerDiary - cost is excessive.

**Recommendations to others considering Zanda (formerly Power Diary):**

I would recommend PowerDiary to anybody looking for this type of product.

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows us to keep track of our employees and maintain their calendars in a single view. Good tracking of financial income.

**Official Response from Irina Shvetsova:**

> Hi Malcom, Thank you for coming back to update your review, we really appreciate it!

It’s wonderful to see that you’ve continued using Zanda over the years and that it’s still supporting your everyday work. Hearing that the platform remains easy to use, even as you’ve explored some (but not necessarily all) of the extensive features, means a lot to our team.

We’re committed to keeping Zanda intuitive and reliable, while continuing to expand what’s available so it can grow with you over time. Thanks again for your continued trust and for sharing your experience with us. -- Warm regards, Irina / Jan, 2026

Hi Malcolm,
Thanks so much for your review here. We're very happy to hear that Power Diary is making your life easier - it's exactly what we strive towards!
With regards to the SMS messages, please note that you don't pay to receive any messages, just to send them. If you're finding that your costs are high, check that the messages you're sending are not too long. If they are longer than 160 characters, the provider has to send them as multiple messages (and then rejoins them into one). This is not something we can control but if you keep your messages shorter this shouldn't happen. All the best, Fiona

 ### 41. Zanda has been revolutionary for our practice

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kylie K. | Contract Bookkeeper - Small Business Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

We were a old school until we implemented Zanda into our practice. It has provided a one stop shop for all things client based and sped up invoicing which had been extremely laborious. Our clinicians enjoy the professionalism of the software and found it really easy to implement. It integrates well with Xero and the customer support has been essential in improving high end use.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

Some add ons not required so means unnecessary scrolling down the screen. Would like a better way to combine invoices rather than rewording the statements to look like an invoice (and the ST needs to be able to be edited out!)

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Used multiple systems in the past so all on one database is much more efficient, esp in regards invoicing which previously meant handling one piece of data up to 4 times.

**Official Response from Irina Shvetsova:**

> Hi Kylie, thank you so much for sharing your experience with Zanda! We’re really happy to hear it’s been such a big shift for your practice—especially speeding up invoicing, working well with Xero, and giving your clinicians an easier, more professional system to use.

We also appreciate your feedback regarding extra scrolling, invoice combining, and statement editing. Feedback like this is really valuable as it helps us refine and improve Zanda so it works even better for practices like yours.

It’s great to know having everything in one place has made life easier for your team. We’re excited to keep supporting you and your clinicians as you continue to grow with Zanda!

Warm regards, Irina

managing client admin

**Official Response from Irina Shvetsova:**

> Hi Keith, Thank you for your review, we really appreciate you sharing this.

It’s great to hear that automations and client record management are working well for you. Helping practices stay on top of client admin without the manual effort is a big part of what Zanda is designed to do, so it’s encouraging to know those features are making a difference in your day-to-day work.

We also hear your feedback around setup, tutorials, and learning materials. Getting started should feel clear and supported from the beginning, and it sounds like there’s more we can do here. Improving onboarding and making our guides easier to follow is something we’re actively working on, and your input helps point us in the right direction.

 ### 43. Revolutionized Our Counseling Service Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michelle D.

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I appreciate how Zanda (formerly Power Diary) has seamlessly integrated into our counseling service over the past two years, making our practice run more efficiently. The initial setup was straightforward, even when used for only a few counselors, and its scalability to support our entire practice without any difficulty is impressive. The automated text and email services stand out as the most useful features, significantly simplifying our operations. These functionalities have, in essence, revolutionized the way we allocate clients to counselors quickly and effectively. Furthermore, the text function has been instrumental in reducing missed appointments, which directly benefits our practice's efficiency. Lastly, Zanda's capability to change the way we run our service convinces me of its value, and I would definitely consider buying it again.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I think the way some reports are run doesn't align with how I want them to turn out.

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find the product reduces missed appointments through text reminders, enables quicker client-to-counselor allocation, and automates communication, streamlining our practice operations.

**Official Response from Irina Shvetsova:**

> Hi Michelle, thank you for such a thoughtful review! We’re thrilled to hear how Zanda has supported your counseling service over the past two years and helped streamline your client management and communication. It’s wonderful to know that features like automated texts and emails have made such a difference in reducing missed appointments and improving efficiency across your practice.

We also appreciate your feedback about reporting, and we hope that the new custom reports feature we are working on will meet those needs.

Thank you again for your continued trust and support. We’re so glad Zanda has become an integral part of your practice’s success! Warm regards, Irina

 ### 44. Helpful, Customizable, and Supportive Platform for My Practice

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Donna G. | Nurse Practitioner, Certified Foot Care Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I really appreciate how easy it is to schedule clients and see my appointments at a glance. The invoicing feature has been a big help for managing payments from senior centers and home visits. Most of all, the support team was extremely helpful when I was setting up my templates, which made a big difference for me, especially since I could customize them to my specific needs and keep adjusting them as my business grew.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

One area I think could be improved is the selection and transfer of podiatry-related templates. When I was creating my templates, the offerings for my specialty were a bit slim, and the one I chose didn’t transfer as well into my notes as I’d hoped. Also, Zanda doesn’t allow me to track my business expenses, only income.

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I didn’t have any problems. I needed a Hippa compliant EMR and after reviewing a few for ease o f use and price I chose Zanda.

**Official Response from Irina Shvetsova:**

> Hi Donna, thank you for sharing such a thoughtful review!

We’re so glad to hear that Zanda’s scheduling, invoicing, and customizable templates have been helpful for managing your practice, and that our support team made your setup experience smooth and personal. It’s great to know the platform has supported you as your business has grown.

We also appreciate your feedback about podiatry templates and expense tracking. You’re welcome to email us at support@zandahealth.com with details of the podiatry templates you’d like to see in Zanda, our team will be happy to review your suggestions and add them to our template library where possible.
Regarding expense tracking, Zanda integrates with Xero, allowing you to manage and track your business expenses directly through that integration.

Thank you for choosing Zanda and for being part of our community, we’re thrilled to support your work! Warm regards, Irina

 ### 45. Efficiency, user friendly and forward thinking UI design team —Room Booking Could Be Smoother

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rebecca S. | Clinical Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

Helps out busy practice keep all our PID secure. The UI is easy to use and the team are highly responsive to our requests for new features. We have been able to personalise our own version with everything we need. It’s saved a lot of man hours and made the management less stressful. We particularly like the new chat and note transcription features.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

Adding resources is tricky. A more seamless room booking diary would be good. An app version to book rooms and send internal comms would be brilliant.

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving man hours for our distributed team. Securing our data. Saving us money

**Official Response from Irina Shvetsova:**

> Hi Rebecca, thank you for your thoughtful review!

We’re so glad to hear that Zanda has helped streamline your practice management and that you’re enjoying the new team chat and note transcription features, both were designed to make collaboration and documentation faster and more intuitive.

We really appreciate your feedback about room booking and resource management! We’d love to understand more about what you’d like to see improved. Please share your ideas on the Zanda Help menu > Ideas Board, and our product team will review them with care.

 ### 46. A great platform for clinicians and clients!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Glen R. | Business & Operations Development Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

The Zanda platform is great, providing tailored options for clinics. This includes how they communicate with their client base via email templates and automation set up.
Access from clients to an online portal, where they can check appointments and invoices. Again all options can be controlled and tailored by the clinc.
Further to this Zanda adapt and listen, always on hand for direct support and are open to ideas, where you can detail an option and if viable this can and will be supported.
They complete regular informative webinars to help drive the use of the platform and are always progressively moving forward with their client base.
I have used many platforms in varying industries and I think Zanda is the most intuitive, with options to personalise and allow clarity for both clinicians and clients alike.
I highly recommend this health care system. It makes our clinic seamless and adapt to the needs of the business!

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

Some features and automations do not work specifically for our clinic. However ideas are submitted and awaiting feedback or approval.

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zanda is our daily "tool box"
From diary and bookings, to email outreach, reminders and through to clinic notes and client information.
This platform helps to organise the clinic, clinicians and administrative team to full fruition. At speed, ease of use and autonomy.

**Official Response from Irina Shvetsova:**

> Hi Glen, thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful review! We’re absolutely delighted to hear that Zanda is supporting your clinic across so many areas—from bookings and client communication to clinical notes and automation. It’s great to know the platform feels intuitive and adaptable for both your team and your clients.
We're especially grateful for your recognition of our commitment to listening and evolving—your ideas and feedback are a big part of how we continue to grow and improve. And we’re glad the webinars and support from our team have been helpful along the way.

Thanks again for your recommendation—it means a lot to us! Warm regards, Irina

 ### 47. Effortlessly Manages Counseling Practice Tasks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tanya M.

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I find Zanda very easy to set up and use, which significantly simplifies my workflow. I appreciate that it consolidates invoicing, notes, and client data all in one place, making management tasks straightforward. I also enjoy the customizable form section, allowing me to create my own forms as needed.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I dislike the limitations in handling family or couple information effectively within the software. When managing configurations for couples or families, especially in billing situations like choosing which parent to bill or setting up contact details for both parents, I faced difficulties. It would be beneficial to have a specific section or tree layout to better manage these types of client scenarios, allowing for clear organization and information retrieval.

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find the product keeps my invoicing, notes, and client information organized in one area, simplifying my workflow and making calendar tracking easier.

**Official Response from Irina Shvetsova:**

> Hi Tanya, thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re thrilled to hear that Zanda helps simplify your workflow and that you’re finding value in having invoicing, notes, and client data all in one place. It’s great to know you’re also making good use of our customizable forms feature, that flexibility is something we’re really proud of.

Thank you for your feedback about managing family or couple billing. There are various ways of managing this process in Zanda, some of them are using Shared profiles with billing to the primary client for couples or family counselling, and billing to client contacts when treating children. Please contact us on support@zandahealth.com and we will be happy to organise a free personal support session for you to explore your best options and help you set up your account.

Thank you again for being part of the Zanda community, we’re so glad to support your practice! - Irina

I like using Zanda (formerly Power Diary) because it makes admin far less time consuming. It's great from start to finish, and the customer service is amazing. The initial setup was very easy.

 ### 49. Accessible Anytime and Easy to Use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joanne C. | Statistical Programmer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

We can accessible anytime which makes it easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

during the peak usage its lagging and slow

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clinics often struggle with scheduling problems, like double bookings and so on. The Zanda App addresses this by offering an organized calendar system, easy online booking for patients, and automated reminders.

**Official Response from Irina Shvetsova:**

> Hi Joanne, thank you for sharing your experience with Zanda. We’re really glad to hear how accessible and easy it’s been for you to use day to day. Being able to access your practice anytime is something we know makes a real difference, especially when things get busy.

We also appreciate you calling out the lag during peak times. We understand how frustrating that can be when you’re trying to keep everything running smoothly. ### 50. Great Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mental Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

Zanda is an efficient platform, easy to use and has helped greatly in making my admin and practice run smoothly. Whenever I'm stuck I can easily contact customer support or use the handy chatbot at the bottom left of the screen. I use it frequently for all my invoicing and it's easy to integrate other practitioners and my admin staff. All in all it's extremely effective after having to find another platform sue to my previous platform going into administration.

**What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?**

I'm still trying to figure out if I am able to hold a meeting on the platform without registering a client. The subscription should include unlimited meetings as you're already paying for a subscription. So having to pay extra to get unlimited rather than 4 free only per month is a let down.

**What problems is Zanda (formerly Power Diary) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zanda is an efficient platform, easy to use and has helped greatly in making my admin and practice run smoothly.

**Official Response from Irina Shvetsova:**

> Hello, thank you so much for this detailed and thoughtful review! We're thrilled to hear that Zanda has been such an effective and efficient platform for you, especially after your previous experience. It's great to know that our focus on providing a smooth administrative experience and excellent customer support is making a real difference in your practice. We're very proud that you find our platform so effective for invoicing and integrating your team.

We also appreciate your question about holding meetings with unregistered clients. Zanda is designed to generate a unique telehealth link for each client's profile to ensure security and maintain proper records within your account. Therefore, it is not possible to host a meeting with someone who does not have a profile.

Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience. Your feedback helps us continually improve Zanda. Warm regards, Irina
