They listen to feedback and adjust with the growing needs. They have a very responsive customer service team and are always willing to help and see what they can do to make what you need work. **What do you dislike about CampDoc?** There are some system constraints that can be frustrating. **What problems is CampDoc solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a school, we have a number of forms that need to be collected over the course of the year. They have the flexibility to have both electronic signatures and upload of signed forms within the same space. Our families appreciate that data gets rolled over from year to year and doesn't have to be completed, but just renewed. The newest feature, Builder, is asset to the user when getting ready to update Health Profiles for the new school year. **What do you dislike about CampDoc?** I haven't found any yet that impacts our parents or staff using the product. **What problems is CampDoc solving and how is that benefiting you?** When we first starting using SchoolDoc (CampDoc) all changes had to be submitted by Word to our assigned pod and emails went back and forth to update the Health Profile. A few years ago, "BugHerd" was introduced and changes were made using that feature, which eliminated many emails. Then, last year Builder was added which really refined the updating process. ### 3. If you are looking for a point of sale program like Camp Brain, then that is the way to go. If you use Daxko for camp and need an information gathering system, CampDoc is your program! If I have to come up with one thing, is that our families often question certain features we allow to be offered, such as labels and insurance. I wish there was a way to provide that information, directly with those offers, that it is not offered directly by the university. My organization has used CampDoc for many years but this is my first year in the Camp Director role having to go through Onboarding & managing it for camp. Their Client Success Team probably answered the same question my mentor asked 5 times but each time, they took the time to email the answer with the upmost professionalism. They are also very easy to get in touch with including scheduling virtual meetings with. I had a couple questions and was able to sign up for an appointment on the same day! I have also started utilizing their DocNetwork University's online training courses on different features of the CampDoc and related articles. It's made the system way less intimidating. I also really appreciate that they send you a copy of the previous years' camp spreadsheet to use that as a starting tool for the upcoming year's onboarding. The software does all that I need it to do to enroll campers, and keep their information organized. The best part of CampDoc however, is their staff. They are always very responsive and just about the friendliest crew you'll ever cross paths with. **What do you dislike about CampDoc?** The one challenge with CampDoc - sometimes the reports or finding the right report can be confusing. And the way it lists campers who have attended for multiple years shows up sort of wonky, but any time I've had any confusion, the CampDoc folks either showed me what I was looking for, or in one case actually built a custom report for me. **What problems is CampDoc solving and how is that benefiting you?** Enrolling and tracking camper registrations, health information, and liability waivers. ### 26. From the automation of emails to parents, to the safe collection of medical records, to the convience of sign-in & out - CampDoc makes our camp program run smoothly and gives us more time to be physically present during the camp day instead of bogged down in paperwork. We originally only used the CampDoc system for our summer camp program, but we have now been using it year round for all all of our programs that require health & medical record collection. The system is easy to learn and CampDoc provides tons of online tutorials, virtual training sessions and on hand customer service support. Activing the system is very simple, easy and straightforward and the support team is always there to help during this process. The best factor about CampDoc is that it is able to be intergrated between multiple organziations - we have a partnership program with another local camp and we are able to share information on campers across both of our camp programs easily. Additionally, families love the fact that is mulitple camp programs in an area use the CampDoc system a lot of their information carries over from camp to camp and makes it so much more conveinent for them. **What do you dislike about CampDoc?** My only dislike is regarding that medical records uploaded by families still need to be manually reviewed - I would love for the system to be able to do it, but dont think that is possible without the use of AI. **What problems is CampDoc solving and how is that benefiting you?** Collection of paperwork & medical records, safe storage of medical records, automation of emails and reminders, the ease of the sign-in/out process ### 31. And the attendance features with trusted contacts allows us to have a safe way to track our campers and easy to use for check-in and check-out purposes. The data import process is easy and intuitive, once you get the hang of it. **What do you dislike about CampDoc?** 2 areas for improvement: I would like the Trusted Contact to be included in the general profile questions, rather than separate. We get some parents that get confused and think their profile is complete, but are still missing the Trusted contacts which are necessary for check-in/out. I would also like an easier way to use the attendance feature BEFORE the first day of camp in order to better train our staff. No more lugging large binders, risking losing personal information. So many report options to meet the needs of the day and so many features we don't even use, but I'm sure is beneficial to other camps! **What do you dislike about CampDoc?** There are still families that are not tech savy or trust having their information entered into a site, no matter how secure we say it is, so sometimes we need to have a mini computer class to help those individuals, but for the most part families like it far better than paper as well! We have weekly imports from our Fusion registration system into CampDoc, along with hard sychs to ensure accuracy in our CampDoc system. The navigation and creation of profiles is intuitive, simple and we need the customization of the health profiles and questions. We rely on the trusted contacts features for signout, this is an added layer/essential sfety measure for our campers. The health notes from parents, notes from camp staff and uploads of immunizations and medication information enable comunciation across multiple programs and facilities. Also, before CampDoc, we were using so much paper and the filing and copy process was absolutely ridiculous. It work take my directors at least a week to sort through the paperwork, make copies, and file it away. Now, with CampDoc it limits the stress, the amount of paper being waste, and gives my directors more free time to prepare for summer camp. Lastly, I am impressed with the team’s responsiveness and quick support whenever I need something.
