CampDoc is the closets program I have seen to do what is necessary for information gathering and reporting that is necessary for camp than any other software. If you are looking for a point of sale program like Camp Brain, then that is the way to go. If you use Daxko for camp and need an information gathering system, CampDoc is your program! I really appreciate how CampDoc keeps track of how much information is filled out on health profiles, which is crucial for our campers' safety and management. I also like the financial management aspect of CampDoc, as it helps track the payments, which is essential for ensuring our campers pay for their camp sessions for the summer. Furthermore, the automatic reminder emails are immensely helpful because they relieve our organization from the manual task of sending notices, ensuring that campers' families are reminded about important matters without us having to intervene constantly. This feature is particularly valuable because it streamlines our communication and ensures that all the health profile information, as well as other necessary data, are centralized and accessible in one place. Frankly, there's very little at this point that is to dislike. The only small nitpick is that some older users have trouble with the registration platform, but that doesn't seem to be CampDoc-specific; rather, those users often struggle with our other platforms as well. I appreciate that CampDoc enables us to manage medical information securely without relying on physical forms, which is a significant improvement from our previous paper-based system. I find it quite useful for various operational tasks since it allows us to make lists, send emails, and manage registrations efficiently. This versatility in functionality adds a lot of value to our camp activities. I am also relieved that we have not encountered any bugs or software issues with CampDoc, which speaks to its reliability and stability as a platform. I find CampDoc not user-friendly for those unfamiliar with the system, even with instructional videos or email assistance from CampDoc team members. It requires someone at our facility to be familiar with it to teach it to new users. This can lead to under-utilization of certain tools if that knowledge is lacking. Additionally, there is a surcharge for registrations through CampDoc, which leads us to use a separate ticketing system, making the process less streamlined. CampDoc can be very tricky to figure out especially in the beginning. While there is a new feature to update and create forms for registration, the process of using BugHerd was very confusing and complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have been with CampDoc for a number of years and they continue to improve their software. They listen to feedback and adjust with the growing needs. It is very user friendly for both our staff and the famlies of our students. If I have any questions, they are super timely to respond, with great information, instructions and friendlyness. Putting the program in place each year is simple, with again, great support! We use this program all summer long for our early college programs. I would not want to go with any other program. I have not found any downsides so far. If I have to come up with one thing, is that our families often question certain features we allow to be offered, such as labels and insurance. I wish there was a way to provide that information, directly with those offers, that it is not offered directly by the university. Nor do we have information about the products/services. It would be really helpful if we could build our own sessions. That kind of flexibility would make it easier for us to use the product more consistently throughout the year, including for other camp programs.
