I find iCare EHR to be a game-changer for our organization due to its intuitive and easy-to-navigate platform, packed with features that streamline many aspects of our operations. What I like most about iCare is the level of support and personal attention we have received. My practice is just starting, but it is built with the structure of a larger clinic, and iCare understood that right away. Damion and Mat have provided excellent support and training. They take the time to walk us through the system, answer questions, and make sure we feel confident every step of the way. At this stage, there is nothing we dislike. However, since we are still in the early stages, there have been moments where the system feels a bit overwhelming just because it offers so many features. practice management side is very easy to use and staff can learn quickly. Very helpful given the turnover in staff. Note templates are very robust and yet easy to use. Very flexible. Also has great billing and scheduling. Can integrate with my telehealth vendor. The implentation is fast, less than a day to get up an running. Support has been quick and had personal contact imediately after signing up. The system can integrate with Doxy, Zoom or Teams, which is fine, but would rather not to have those also, so single telehealth built in would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We reviewed different possibilities and found most of them to be complex, expensive, and difficult to use. We began testing the ICare EHR and we found it to be easy to implement and intuitive to use. iCare EMR is very easy to use and does everythinbg we need. Setup was quick and we were able to configure it so that different users could customize the layout to their needs. Support has been very good too. We use it daily for e-prescribe of compounded meds which is a very nice feature and integration with pharmacy networks worked perfectly out of the box.
