My practice is just starting, but it is built with the structure of a larger clinic, and iCare understood that right away. Damion and Mat have provided excellent support and training. They take the time to walk us through the system, answer questions, and make sure we feel confident every step of the way. I also appreciate how flexible they are with customizing the system to fit our specific workflow. It truly feels like a partnership, and I am confident this platform will grow with us. **What do you dislike about iCare EHR?** At this stage, there is nothing we dislike. However, since we are still in the early stages, there have been moments where the system feels a bit overwhelming just because it offers so many features. It takes time to learn where everything is and how to tailor it to our workflow. That said, Damion and Mat have been very helpful in guiding us through it. **What problems is iCare EHR solving and how is that benefiting you?** At Doral Med and Rehab, iCare is helping us stay fully electronic from day one. It keeps everything in one place, from patient records and scheduling to billing and reporting. Even when insurance companies do not accept electronic claims, we can print directly from iCare without extra steps. This saves time and keeps our workflow clean. Very helpful given the turnover in staff. Note templates are very robust and yet easy to use. Very flexible. Also has great billing and scheduling. Can integrate with my telehealth vendor. The implentation is fast, less than a day to get up an running. Support has been quick and had personal contact imediately after signing up. For a fast paces hospital or clinic, its really easy to use and can handle high volume areas like urgent care and emergency rooms. **What do you dislike about iCare EHR?** The system can integrate with Doxy, Zoom or Teams, which is fine, but would rather not to have those also, so single telehealth built in would be great. **What problems is iCare EHR solving and how is that benefiting you?** Had to have multiple systems to handle documentation, billing and scheduling. iCare consolidates into one platform. Setup was quick and we were able to configure it so that different users could customize the layout to their needs. Support has been very good too. We use it daily for e-prescribe of compounded meds which is a very nice feature and integration with pharmacy networks worked perfectly out of the box. **What do you dislike about iCare EHR?** We used the APIs to integate with our public-facing sites but did not use the patient portal feature so can't really comment on that aspect. **What problems is iCare EHR solving and how is that benefiting you?** The icare system maintains all of our patient records and connects to pharmacies for electronic prescribing. ### 8.
