I liked the careers page in Zoho Recruit because it was highly customizable and provided a professional, user-friendly experience for applicants. The platform also made it easy to track candidates throughout the hiring process, manage applications efficiently, and keep recruitment workflows organized in one place.

Another strong point was the centralized applicant management system. Having resumes, communication history, and candidate updates accessible in a single platform helped simplify collaboration and reduced the amount of manual follow-up needed during recruitment.

That said, the platform often felt sluggish. Pages could take a long time to load, and updates or workflow actions were sometimes slow to process. This negatively impacted the overall user experience, especially when handling a high volume of applicants or trying to move quickly between tasks.

Nothing really. One of the functions that I would love to see added is the ability to make changes in a list view. For example, if I have a candidate list up and see that someone's title is not spelled properly, like 'manager' spelled as 'manger', I would love to be able to make that change from the list view screen, rather than having to click into the candidate's record and make the change there.
