There are many features I love about Workshop, but the biggest highlight is clear: it allows us to create emails that truly represent and personify our brand and culture. With it, we can build engaging content that users trust and actually want to read. We also have analytics that give us insight into who received a message, who opened it, and what types of content they engage with most.
The ability to schedule communications has been a great tool as well. As a team of one, I’m not always available, so being able to draft, prepare, and plan in advance lets me step away with confidence, knowing the message(s) will be sent. It’s also helpful to be able to send on behalf of leaders within the organization, since some communications land better when they come from a recognizable face rather than our generic communications mailbox.

I’d love to be able to see the date (and time) when users open emails, as well as the last time they opened an email. I’d also love the ability to replace a PDF after an email has already been sent. We’ve run into situations where a PDF needed to be updated, and while it’s easy to replace a link, I haven’t been able to simply swap the old PDF for the new one.
