Workshop is incredibly easy to use to build effective and engaging emails that also look visually appealing. It's also incredibly easy to manage distribution lists and create new groups to send targeted emails to specific audiences. The team is always supportive and easy to get in touch with if you need something. Integration and implementation were basically seamless, which is great since we use this product every single day. Overall, I have nothing but positive things to say about Workshop. There are occasional software glitches every now and then, which is expected with any platform. There are minor updates and suggestions I would make to the platform to enhance it for my specific experience, but I think overall it does a great job and saves a lot of time compared to other platforms.
