What do you like best about Wodify?

The thing we love most is that Wodify consistently demonstrates that they truly care about our business. If we have questions, they’re answered immediately. If we need help with the software, they’ve got our back. It’s refreshing to be able to log in and talk to a real person (not a chatbot) when we need to troubleshoot something. And if the issue is more involved, we can hop on a Zoom call. The Wodify customer support team is genuinely invested in our success, and it brings incredible peace of mind.

The software itself is simple, intuitive, and every feature feels like it was created with gym owners in mind. We use Wodify for everything: scheduling, payments, class programming, and the digital displays our clients follow during workouts. And everything just works.

We’ve been with Wodify for 12 years now, but it always feels like we’re using the most up-to-date software because every two weeks we get an email about new features and enhancements they’ve released. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wodify?

Honestly, this is a difficult question because nothing major comes to mind. Like any robust software, there’s a bit of a learning curve when exploring new or advanced features, but Wodify’s support materials and customer service team make getting up to speed surprisingly easy. "Exceptional Onboarding and Support Made Our Transition Effortless"
What do you like best about Wodify?

I've operated CrossFit Gyms and boutique studios for the last 20 years. I've opened 13 gyms in that time and I've worked with a number of software companies along the way. In 2025, we opted to move to Wodify. It was a scary decision because migrating a few thousand accounts felt like a lot of exposure for our business. This is where their team made the difference.

Rather than push us to move quickly. The team guided us for weeks through all the inner workings of the process. When we got cold feet a few times, they were calm and helpful. No pressure sales - pure value add from the start. In the end, not only did we move forward, but the transition couldn't have been easier.

And then came the really good stuff.

Where many companies sell and flee - these guys took a different approach. Onboarding us with 30-60-90 day check ins (Thanks, Megan!), and providing us with an incredible direct support member who clearly comes from the gym industry (Hey Devyn!), they helped us bring all of the Wodify tools to life in our business. What do you like best about Wodify?

I love using Wodify for managing our memberships and class sign-ups because it allows us to consolidate everything we do under one roof. The platform has been amazing since we started using it in 2015, and it has expanded to become more all-encompassing, which is incredibly helpful for our business operations. Their customer service stands out as they are prompt, friendly, and extremely helpful, definitely enhancing my experience with Wodify. I appreciate how easy everything is to use, making my daily tasks as a gym owner much simpler. The setup process for Wodify was super fast, taking just a day. Additionally, I find their ability to solve billing issues and automate report generation highly valuable, as these features save me time and effort. What do you dislike about Wodify?

I find it challenging to create specialized memberships, like a hybrid membership combining personal training and gym membership. Wodify should build more packages that accommodate such needs. Additionally, there is a need for developing better tools for building member levels, so members can identify if their workouts are intermediate, advanced, or beginner. "Unifies Athlete Management with Ease and Reliability"
What do you like best about Wodify?

I really like how Wodify integrates all my athletes into one ecosystem, whether they train online or in person. It's great for organizing class sessions and class limits. Their built-in calendar integration is super useful, and their workout programming allows for multiple modalities like For Time, EMOMs, and AMRAPs, which aligns perfectly with functional fitness training I provide. The app is super smooth and easy to use; I've never experienced any downtime. I also appreciate being able to sync my Google Calendar with Wodify for booking one-on-one virtual coaching sessions. The initial setup was super easy with help from the onboarding team, who walked me through everything and provided recorded videos for reference. They also offered excellent support throughout the year, responding within 24 hours to any new issues or programming changes I wanted to implement. Everything's always run pristine. What do you dislike about Wodify?

What do you like best about Wodify?

I really appreciate how Wodify streamlines everything for my jujitsu business by offering all the necessary functionalities in one login. It tremendously simplifies operations for both my staff and our members, making it much easier for everyone to get what they need through a single, unified platform. Wodify does an outstanding job with billing, class scheduling, and member communication, which includes belt tracking, as well as apparel and retail sales. The ease of signing someone in for a class, selling a new rash guard, or promoting members within the app is impressive. I also find the custom dashboards and reports very beneficial, as they allow us to have the information we need at our fingertips. Their workflows feature is excellent for automating various tasks within the app, reducing the need for additional software. Furthermore, the initial setup was extremely easy, thanks to the supportive onboarding team that helped us customize the platform to fit our needs perfectly. I really appreciate Wodify for its intuitive navigation and hassle-free setup, which makes everything smoother. It's essentially a one-stop-shop for managing gym memberships. Wodify provides my CrossFit Gym with all the services my clients and I need. We use their scheduling for both classes and PT. Our clients can view schedules and workouts and sign into class. We can control the timeframes clients see the workouts and sign in. We also use the membership payment services. There are great personalized reporting options we use for financial predictions.
