What do you like best about PushPress?

At first, I loved the product. It's super easy to use and is very user friendly. We came from Zen Planner, which is just terrible. But the longer I use PushPress, the more I love the people who work there. Their patience, their willingness to hop on call after call, and their genuine care made the change not only bearable, but honestly one of the best decisions we’ve made. Shout out to TJ, Dave, Greg, Rudy, Nate and Matt (who makes me laugh on the regular). And this list makes me wonder, where are the ladies at? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PushPress?

Oh that intercom can be tricky! Sometimes we have issues in the evening or weekend so we have to wait for staff. You have to type out your issue and hope it makes sense (sometimes there’s a back and forth to explain the answer). And sometimes you ask your question and have to wait several hours and then a PP person responds but then you’re busy. Sometimes the response is I’ll work on that for you and get back to you - what does that mean? When?

There’s no titles or tracking in the intercom so if you want to revisit a question you’ve asked about, it’s impossible to find. It would be great if could put a subject line on the intercom. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PushPress?

I like the easy payments from the members, which makes managing finances simpler. I also find PushPress to be an excellent management tool for my gym. It makes everything more user-friendly and provides ease of use. The initial setup was pretty easy, even though it was about five or six years ago. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PushPress?

I'm having technical difficulties with sending my member's email or payment link through PushPress, and it took a while for Jason and his team to get back to me, though they did resolve it eventually. I think the credit card interest rate can always improve. I wish there were more options than just using Stripe, like other merchants that could be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Membership Management with Excellent Support"
What do you like best about PushPress?

I love the seamless class sign-up and information update process for athletes without any hassle. The customer service is much better than our previous company, and it's also cheaper. I find the customer service and ease of product use to be the best. Troubleshooting issues in real-time with support is amazing. PushPress is much easier to use compared to our last system, and the chatbot often helps when I can't find something. The initial setup was very easy, thanks to the setup wizard and our onboarding call, which went smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PushPress?

Proud to be part of the PushPress family since 2021! We are using about 90% of all PushPress platforms:

Core, Grow, Website, and the Members Only app—and the experience has been fantastic!!! We even gave the Train feature a try; while it wasn’t the right fit for us, the process was still smooth and pleasant.

What stands out most is how supportive and forward-thinking the PushPress team is. The onboarding process for Grow was initially a bit over my head, but I’m impressed with how far the platform has come in such a short time. The new learning and educational tools they’ve rolled out are incredibly helpful—not just for new users, but also for longtime clients who need a quick refresher or deeper understanding of the software.

I feel the most area of improvement that would be helpful is when new features are released, and there are bugs or hiccups with the upgrades to invest the time and resources to fixing the problem instead of moving on to the next project and the "new release" is not 100% functional. What do you like best about PushPress?

I’m coming from running 3 different platforms to using just Push Press, need I say more? Members are delighted that everything is in one app (reserving class in one app and logging metrics into another was a pain) , I’m delighted with the functionality of it! What do you like best about PushPress?

What I like best about PushPress is how easy it is to use. Everything from scheduling classes to managing memberships and billing is simple and smooth. It saves us a ton of time. Also, it is super user-friendly. The branded app is the best service provided by PushPress. Everyone has been enjoying it and are excited. On top of that, the customer support is unmatched. Navigating between some features isn’t always intuitive at first, but once you learn the flow, it becomes easier to manage. What do you like best about PushPress?

I like how everything is all in one place, e.g., billing, appointments, retail etc. I hate having a different applications for every single thing in my business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PushPress?

Honestly, Train left a lot to be desired. We actually just kept SugarWOD (even though I'm not a fan of that either) because Train was too "clunky" from a programming aspect. Personally I would like to see something more like CoachRx from a programming perspective, which is what I use for my 1:1 clients. But even we got to something closer to SugarWOD with Train and were able to easily transfer all my members' data to Train we would switch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
