I've been using Wodify for almost 10 years now and have loved having everything in one place for my gym. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Over the last year, Wodify has forced all members to switch to their personal processing account and has proceeded to charge $.30 for every failed CC charge which was not the case prior. (free). Now, they have also made things easy for members to submit chargebacks on invoices and we have lost a chargeback for double the amount of the original invoice because they took too long to process the refund.

Overall, the customer support is absolute garbage. The backend Wodify Core app freezes constantly and is near impossible to make any changes to your programming on the fly.

They have continued to invest engineering resources on ways to upsell gyms instead of create important things like email templates that don't look like they are from the early 2000's or a properly functioning app.

The price point was a big factor when switching from MIndbody. It helped us put more resources into our facility for our members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Wodify has a lot of kinks. Meaning multiple error messages occour. It isn't as user friendly as Mindbody. Not as detailed. Bumps you out when not in use for a period of time which can get frustrating. Alot of tabs. Wish the scheduling feature had more options and was more visually appealing. Wodify is a longstanding platform that has great features for the full experience of a gym. It had great tracking systems for athletes and performance. I have used Wodify since 2018, and the app keeps getting better-and-better.

I wish Wodify's payment processing system was cheaper, but I wish this for every Gym Management Software. Wodify's payment processing is no more expensive than others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been an admin user of Wodify since 2020 and hands down the best software. It's all in one from the time a member comes through the door for a free trial to getting them signed up and reserved for their next class or session. The OSP is a one-stop shop for getting members active in the system, waivers, and contacts signed, and payment information stored. Takes so much off the owner's and admins' plates.

We use both monthly membership and private training session packs and everything runs smoothly and is very user-friendly for both admins and users

My other favorite part is the crazy extensive reporting section that helps us decide which classes to keep based on attendance and where we should shift our focus.

The retail point of sale is also extremely convenient to sell retail, protein powder, nutrition guides, and anything else we want to add.
