I find it great that my athletes can access these programs on a screen daily, or even follow them from the mobile app. The clients also seem to really like the record or bookkeeping of their results. Overall, those few things are pretty good. **What do you dislike about Wodify?** I think the sign-in process is limited because I would love to have a more local access control like a tourniquet system at the entrance. This would allow me to enforce client sign-ins right at the door, but I don't see that functionality available. Also, the door release solution from Wodify is way too expensive. **What problems is Wodify solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Wodify to manage memberships, handle charges, and process payroll. It saves me time with pre-written programming and clients appreciate its record-keeping for their results. You are able to access your performance from weeks, months, to years prior to get an accurate picture of how your overall fitness is progressing. **What do you dislike about Wodify?** A thing that I dislike about Wodify Core is that it is difficult to interact with other users. There is a function to comment and like other's performances, however I find this function difficult to use. **What problems is Wodify solving and how is that benefiting you?** A problem I am solving with Wodify Core is that I no longer have to keep track of my own performance history by myself. In the past, I have used notebooks or apps in my phone to keep track of my data; now, it is all stored very nicely on Wodify Core. ### 20. It's also a very simple app to use for my members to book and cancel classes. I can put a class cap in the schedule and I like that classes can be auto-cancelled if no one is signed up. **What do you dislike about Wodify?** There are some basic features that are only included in the more expensive tiers. I cannot send a mass email to all of my members. I cannot prevent someone from booking more than one class in a day and even though it tracks late cancellations, it doesn't notify of them. I have to go search for them. **Recommendations to others considering Wodify:** If you want a simple scheduling tool. It started as a performance tracking software and evolved to a full CRM. They do offer an idea forum for clients to suggest changes. I've seen some good changes from that forum. **What do you dislike about Wodify?** There are still some kinks to work out and missing features. The reporting is seriously lacking and has been since the get-go. The mobile app is hard to navigate for the admin view. Users cannot see full their attendance tracking via the app so that don't know how many classes they have left for the month. **Recommendations to others considering Wodify:** If you are in the CrossFit world, this is the best solution currently for both performance tracking and CRM. There are some features lacking but all in all, you will find a good product that is constantly evolving. **What problems is Wodify solving and how is that benefiting you?** We currently use Wodify to manager our entire member experience. Members can view workouts and class schedules, reserve classes, track performance and maintain nutrition journals via the app. From the admin view, we are able to sell memberships and retail items, manage member accounts, view revenue reports, track payroll and send out mass emails. ### 23. I wouldn't say it's inspiring to coaches as they put it but it's useful for a business management tool. You do need all the members to get on board though. **What do you dislike about Wodify?** Doesn't work well with a lot of traffic.
