**What do you like best about Wodify?**

I really value the lead tracker page on Wodify, as other software doesn't offer this feature. When someone books a trial on our website, their info is automatically added as a lead, and I can organize my tracker page accordingly. The website integration is another aspect I appreciate, ensuring a smooth workflow. I also found the initial setup of Wodify to be very straightforward and easy, rating it a 10 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about Wodify?**

I wish the simple sign in page was its own app instead of a window as I don’t like people being able to access the web or our Wodify database on the check in iPads.

**What problems is Wodify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wodify manages lead tracking, invoicing, payroll, memberships, scheduling, website integration, and progress tracking. It automatically adds website trial bookings as leads. This integration is absent in other software, helping me arrange my tracker easily.

Wodify is fantastic from a customer facing perspective. And their Customer Service is top notch.

**What do you dislike about Wodify?**

The way that we are able to review class rosters and edit clients could be improved. Would love to be able to see how athletes are paying for class and edit their classes and plans easier.

**What problems is Wodify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wodify has worked closely with us to support tech issues with screens and Kiosk+ in our studios.

**What do you like best about Wodify?**

I highly recommend Wodify for CrossFit gym owners. Their service and support levels are terrific, always prompt with responses and issue resolutions. The program easily integrates with several outside programming, including Mayhem, which saves a lot of admin time each week. The POS integration is a great feature as well. The Wodify team is always working on system enhancements and listens to client feedback. The app is very easy for members, making for a great experience. It's easy for members to register and sign in to classes, view the workouts, scores, and review previous results. They are very helpful with educational trainings and questions. I also like the integrations and support.

**What do you dislike about Wodify?**

The site is clunky from an admin perspective. One example is when creating a new coach, everything you need to set them up for classes, pay rates, etc. should all be in one place. Employees should not be lumped in with the regular clients. It should be a standalone management section.

**What problems is Wodify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I recommend Wodify for its terrific service and support, saving admin time weekly with integrations. It's easy for members to register, sign in to classes, and view workouts. The POS integration and prompt issue resolutions are valuable too.

**What do you like best about Wodify?**

I love how Wodify is super easy to use, which makes it convenient for me to post all the workouts needed for the week and for my members to view them effortlessly. I appreciate that sending out emails as a group message is straightforward, adding to the overall ease of using the platform.

**What do you dislike about Wodify?**

I would like to see hero workouts, and some of the CrossFit girl workouts that are more easy to view to make a decision if you want to do that work out for the day instead of pasting then having to delete it because it’s not what you wanted. Well for me, you can see the names on the left-hand side of the board, but it would be nice to to press on the name and actually see what the workout is before you drag paste.

Wodify makes it easy for my members to view workouts and for me to post all the workouts needed for the week.

I like the convenience of working with Wodify. We use class bookings a lot, and managing clients through the application is very useful.

**What do you dislike about Wodify?**

I do not use the billing section, as we have a separate billing program. We would like to have the ability to mark our students with a color-coding system to indicate their status, such as green for everything okay, yellow for attention, and red for problems. This would help to have quick information about the students.

Wodify helps ensure that students attend the classes they pay for weekly, facilitates mass email sending, creates calendars, manages classes, and simplifies class scheduling.

**What do you like best about Wodify?**

My favorite part of using Wodify is that it keeps my clients motivated to attend classes. When clients hit a PR, Wodify alerts them with a "Congratulations!" message. When clients are about to miss their "consecutive attendance streak." Wodify alerts them and they show up just to keep their streak alive. There is a lot of work like this that I sued to do manually, but Wodify handles it automatically now.

**What do you dislike about Wodify?**

I continue to wish for payment processing to be cheaper...

**What problems is Wodify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wodify is an all-in-one tool. I sign up new clients, collect payment information, sign clients into class, and track clients' performances. Without Wodify, I would need to stitch together multiple pieces of software.

I really enjoy that Wodify is a one-stop shop for my gym business. I like that I only have to apply the programming in one place, and it gets put over to all the places it needs to be, from customers viewing it in the app, coaches accessing it, to being displayed on the big screen in the gym for everybody to use during workouts. It reduces the handling since I only have to put it in one place for it to show in multiple places.

Wodify manages payments and sends daily reports to my phone, simplifying admin tasks like checking payments. It serves as a one-stop shop, allowing me to apply programming once for visibility across various platforms, reducing redundant handling.

**What do you like best about Wodify?**

I’ve been a Wodify customer for more than 12 years, and as a gym owner, it has been one of the most reliable systems I’ve ever used. We run all of our CrossFit classes through Wodify — from scheduling and attendance to performance tracking — and it has consistently made our operations smoother and more professional.

The platform is easy for both coaches and members to use. New athletes pick it up quickly, and my coaching staff loves having programming, class check-ins, and athlete data all in one place. The workout tracking features are especially valuable; members stay engaged because they can see their progress over months and years.

What I appreciate most is stability. After more than a decade, Wodify has kept our entire gym’s performance history organized and accessible. Every PR, benchmark, cycle, and cycle retest is stored and easy to reference. It’s been a huge part of how we build community and keep athletes motivated.

If we ever changed software, I think our members would revolt.

Wodify continues to improve its interface and add new features without becoming complicated or cluttered. For any gym owner who wants a dependable, all-in-one platform for class management and athlete tracking, Wodify has absolutely proven itself.

I’m happy with all aspects. Any problems that arise are quickly solved with support.

I like that Wodify keeps everything in one place, so I don't need any other software.

**What do you dislike about Wodify?**

Payroll for staff isn't the best when dealing with personal training or nutrition clients, especially in setting hours for payment. Also, members doing personal training or personal programming can't easily track their personal stuff. These are my two biggest areas that could be improved.

I use Wodify for everything in my business. It solves the problem of needing separate software for payments, billing, member tracking, reporting, and payroll. It's all in one place, so I don't need any other software.

**What do you like best about Wodify?**

I really like how Wodify integrates all my athletes into one ecosystem, whether they train online or in person. It's great for organizing class sessions and class limits. Their built-in calendar integration is super useful, and their workout programming allows for multiple modalities like For Time, EMOMs, and AMRAPs, which aligns perfectly with functional fitness training I provide. The app is super smooth and easy to use; I've never experienced any downtime. I also appreciate being able to sync my Google Calendar with Wodify for booking one-on-one virtual coaching sessions. The initial setup was super easy with help from the onboarding team, who walked me through everything and provided recorded videos for reference. They also offered excellent support throughout the year, responding within 24 hours to any new issues or programming changes I wanted to implement. Everything's always run pristine.

**What do you dislike about Wodify?**

I don't have much to say about what doesn't work well for me, aside from wishing there was a white-labeled branded app with my own name and image on the App Store.

Wodify brings all my athletes together in one ecosystem, helping me organize their training. It syncs with my Google Calendar for seamless virtual coaching bookings.

I like Wodify because it takes care of all the billing, membership, and booking, which is a huge help for my CrossFit business. It's easy to use, making my CrossFit programming, billing, and managing member memberships straightforward. The setup was very easy, and I appreciate that Wodify offers a complete system with the functions we wanted.

I have two boxes so I have to pay double for the use of Wodify. The price is high.

**What do you like best about Wodify?**

I really appreciate how Wodify streamlines everything for my jujitsu business by offering all the necessary functionalities in one login. It tremendously simplifies operations for both my staff and our members, making it much easier for everyone to get what they need through a single, unified platform. Wodify does an outstanding job with billing, class scheduling, and member communication, which includes belt tracking, as well as apparel and retail sales. The ease of signing someone in for a class, selling a new rash guard, or promoting members within the app is impressive. I also find the custom dashboards and reports very beneficial, as they allow us to have the information we need at our fingertips. Their workflows feature is excellent for automating various tasks within the app, reducing the need for additional software. Furthermore, the initial setup was extremely easy, thanks to the supportive onboarding team that helped us customize the platform to fit our needs perfectly. Overall, Wodify is a clean, efficient product that outperforms other platforms like Zen Planner and PushPress, which we previously used.

I can’t think of anything.

I use Wodify for billing, class scheduling, member communication, belt tracking, and retail sales, all in one app. It simplifies operations and increases efficiency with custom reports and dashboards, making it invaluable for my jujitsu business.

**What do you like best about Wodify?**

Currently the app is great and the fact it houses all of my business details I can go back to and even have custom reports. The support has always done their best and are very responsive.

**What do you dislike about Wodify?**

Occasionally there are bugs in the system where it visible to clients, but very minor and usually taken care of quickly.

I appreciate the content the business development crew is doing to help business owners like me retain members and generate more leads.

**What do you like best about Wodify?**

Extremely helpful support team with lightning fast response times. Super helpful for a new user and busy gym owner like myself. Powerful software that is practical for gyms.

**What do you dislike about Wodify?**

No master calendar showing all provider appts and class schedules overlapping on one screen. I understand Wodify is working on this though!

**What problems is Wodify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are currently working on rolling out a new master calendar for the desktop version and the app. It will be super helpful to be able to view overlapping coach schedules and class schedules to avoid double booking gym space, as well as help me (the owner) to quickly see what the gym has planned for the day.

It's a little fiddley to have potential members sign up of their own accord without involvement from me, invoicing, pausing memberships, and customising/altering existing memberships is a little fiddley

We’ve had a great experience using Wodify. The platform makes it easy to manage class schedules, track attendance, and communicate with our members all in one place. From a coaching standpoint, it’s simple to log workouts and keep athletes engaged, and from an operations side, it helps keep everything organized and running smoothly.

Wodify has become an important tool in how we run our gym, and it continues to support both our coaches and our community effectively.

Tracking athletes and the one downside is the navigation between the leaderboard and the workout.

I find the sales screen lacking because it doesn't show the customer's cart during shopping. Also, it's not easy for leads to understand how to sign up a minor dependent.

They work with you to make the best experience possible for you as a business owner and your clients.  We strongly recommend them.

We really like Wodify and do not really have an issue with anything about it.

They make it easy to check in, keep records of performance, and also waiver records all in one place.  They have many options for reports to make it easy to gather historical records.

**What do you like best about Wodify?**

It's an all-in-one place solution for managing our CrossFit gym, and is incredibly easy to use for us and our members. I especially love the automations, which we use to remove manual work for leads, onboarding, retention activities etc.

**What do you dislike about Wodify?**

One aspect we do not use much is the Chat feature as it is not user-friendly - we are awaiting the update on this.

Automating processes, saving us time so we can focus on growing our business.
