It doesnt seem to have great utility for drip campaigns or emails to different categories of folks who are not current members (unless it does and I am just not aware of how) **What problems is Wodify solving and how is that benefiting you?** makes my life easier. invoicing. (free). Now, they have also made things easy for members to submit chargebacks on invoices and we have lost a chargeback for double the amount of the original invoice because they took too long to process the refund. Overall, the customer support is absolute garbage. The backend Wodify Core app freezes constantly and is near impossible to make any changes to your programming on the fly. They have continued to invest engineering resources on ways to upsell gyms instead of create important things like email templates that don't look like they are from the early 2000's or a properly functioning app. 1/10. **What problems is Wodify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Wodify has done nothing to solve my issues and continues to point the blame at me. I've been a loyal customer for almost 10 years and am now leaving. ### 23. It isn't as user friendly as Mindbody. Not as detailed. Bumps you out when not in use for a period of time which can get frustrating. Alot of tabs. It's all in one from the time a member comes through the door for a free trial to getting them signed up and reserved for their next class or session. The OSP is a one-stop shop for getting members active in the system, waivers, and contacts signed, and payment information stored. Takes so much off the owner's and admins' plates. We use both monthly membership and private training session packs and everything runs smoothly and is very user-friendly for both admins and users My other favorite part is the crazy extensive reporting section that helps us decide which classes to keep based on attendance and where we should shift our focus. The retail point of sale is also extremely convenient to sell retail, protein powder, nutrition guides, and anything else we want to add. Definitely recommend. **What do you dislike about Wodify?** I have not experienced anything with Wodify negatively that wouldn't be experienced with any kind of technology across the board. **What problems is Wodify solving and how is that benefiting you?** There are no more spreadsheets or Google docs to keep track of memberships and attendance. We do a lot with session based memberships and had to keep track of how many times a member was in attendance before they needed to pay us. Wodify keeps track and automatically charges the members for us. A huge bonus is a daily email that we get detailing the transactions that were run in the middle of the night for us. So it works even when we're sleeping. ### 28. I cannot send a mass email to all of my members. I cannot prevent someone from booking more than one class in a day and even though it tracks late cancellations, it doesn't notify of them. It started as a performance tracking software and evolved to a full CRM. They do offer an idea forum for clients to suggest changes. The reporting is seriously lacking and has been since the get-go. The mobile app is hard to navigate for the admin view. Users cannot see full their attendance tracking via the app so that don't know how many classes they have left for the month. **Recommendations to others considering Wodify:** If you are in the CrossFit world, this is the best solution currently for both performance tracking and CRM.
