The interface is fairly intuitive and it's affordable. Overall, a good choice for small nonprofits or businesses. **What do you dislike about Thankster?** Update: This has gotten a lot better over time, and apparently was largely due to a glitch in their system. We've had few issues in the ensuing years with customer service, although not 0. I've raised my rating to reflect the change. Original review: Customer service is a problem. I tried to send a batch of cards over a month ago, and have emailed 5-6 times trying to get an update and letting them know we'd otherwise be leaving their service, with no response. My colleague and I have used it to handle both large one-time orders, like for holidays, and recurring orders for our nonprofits. The ability to automate with templates and merge fields is fantastic, allowing us to put it on autopilot without having to handwrite each card. The card stock is great too; we've even sent cards to ourselves to confirm the quality. Their customer service has also been great whenever I've needed help. The automation is easy to set up with built-in options and integrations like Zapier, making things very straightforward. **What do you dislike about Thankster?** The automations through Zapier can be a little complicated, but I think that's really more on the Zapier end. And they've helped us with that where they could. But in any case, their built-in automations, which are simple, do most of what we need. **What problems is Thankster solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Thankster to make it much easier to send personalized cards by mail, which is just a super effective channel. It automates the process, making it scalable, so we and our nonprofit users, can focus on other things. ### 3. Great experience. They have some tools i did not get to (AI Song?), but for what I was after it was perfect, and as far as I can tell cheaper than the other ones out there. The reviews here seem very old (if they have all this AI stuff they must be actively updating). I had great customer support - they never went a day without replying. **What do you dislike about Thankster?** I used it for my current narrow needs, but have not run into anything negative yet. **What problems is Thankster solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were looking for a snail mail product to complement our many digital initiatives. Someone suggested it to me (the idea of tickling different parts of the brain) and the idea resonated. They make it easy to send and automate these, but also to personalize. ### 4. It offers a simple and easy to navigate tool, great options for customizing the cards and inspiration on what to write. **What do you dislike about Thankster?** Limited amount of fonts and maybe a way to make the card look even more hand-written. Sometimes it is harder to get through the webiste to get the desired design. **What problems is Thankster solving and how is that benefiting you?** Saving time that would be vasted on writing every single card and having to think of what specific to write. Moreover, cards are ready in no time and thus there is no need to think much in advance. Great solution. ### 5. More creative and fun designs can be added. This is great for sending a huge batch of these cards. **What do you dislike about Thankster?** It is a little pricey, at $2 per card. With our budget, it was not ideal but we made it work after receiving a grant. This cost does include postage which is nice. **What problems is Thankster solving and how is that benefiting you?** This is helping us thank our research pool which oftentimes comes from different countries. The cards are customizable and look great when they are complete, and our research pool has enjoyed them. ### 7.
