
If you don't mind it being a little less flashy than competitors, it's a great basic card sending system. The interface is fairly intuitive and it's affordable. Overall, a good choice for small nonprofits or businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Update: This has gotten a lot better over time, and apparently was largely due to a glitch in their system. We've had few issues in the ensuing years with customer service, although not 0. I've raised my rating to reflect the change.
Original review: Customer service is a problem. I tried to send a batch of cards over a month ago, and have emailed 5-6 times trying to get an update and letting them know we'd otherwise be leaving their service, with no response.
