**What do you like best about Vizury?**

The Single Dashboard for all the Engagement Campaigns and multi-channel options in one place. Real-time data feed and automation.

**What do you dislike about Vizury?**

Load Time of the Dashboard is little longer when too much of data. Must enable a Bulk Data download option

**What problems is Vizury solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To engage our App audience with respect to In App activity. With automated activity based PN, we have seen a 2x improvement in conversion.

Not only the platform is super easy to navigate, but also the team behind it is extremely nice and always willing to help and guide.

**What do you like best about Vizury?**

The user interface makes it easy to create new campaigns and monitor activity. The integration was also fairly simple and the ability to integrate with a feed really makes it a great product. I haven't used some of the other features, but simply having access to some email notifications, facebook notification, etc. looks like it will really prove useful in the future. I also like the ability to put in additional images and our logo for brand awareness and to improve our Click thru rate.

**What do you dislike about Vizury?**

There isn't a way to bulk upload changes or audiences, which would save a lot of time. Also, when creating a browser notification, if you need to edit it or make a change, you have to recreate the entire notification rather than just editing the one that was already created. The functionality on Mac computers is much more less effective than on Chrome/Window computers. I don't think that is the fault of Vizury, but our Mac users have not been as high of converters as our Chrome/Windows users. It would be nice to either have GIF images allowed or videos so as to draw more attention to the notifications.

The customer service team is amazing and is very helpful.

**What problems is Vizury solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have captured a lot of abandoned cart customers by having a browser notification appear within an hour of them leaving the site. Several of those customers end up converting. We also target specific users by URL or by web interaction activity to give them a better experience.

**What do you like best about Vizury?**

The customer service Vizury offers has blown away all of my expectations. Having constant contact with them, sharing in their knowledge and case studies, bi-weekly meetings, and their quick responses have all aided in driving our KPIs forward not only with our Browser Push Notification program, but for our business in general.

**What do you dislike about Vizury?**

There are a few limitations to the format of the pushes, however, upon expressing my hopes and needs they have been extremely accomidating and even excited about expanding their program and layouts to include those.

**What problems is Vizury solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recently we were able to come up with more specific audience segmentation ideas, and creating more intelligent dynamic campaigns. Upon putting these into action, we have raised our CTR from 0.89% to 12.42% in a matter of two months.

Vizury Engage 360 is definitely a very important tool for KOOVS as being a fashion e-com portal we needed this platform to reach our target audience and engage with potential customers. The tool is easy to set up and use, the support team is extremely helpful and always prompt in taking action.

Honestly there is nothing to dislike here and we are quite satisfied with the services.

**What do you like best about Vizury?**

The most helpful feature that Vizury offers for our retail company is browser push notifications that allow us to reach the customers who might not necessarily be reached otherwise through marketing emails, social ads, PPC, etc. Browser notifications bring a significant amount of traffic to the site, and can be set and launched by our in-house team in minutes.

**What do you dislike about Vizury?**

The segmentation that exists within the platform is not quite as great that we would hope.

**Recommendations to others considering Vizury:**

The platform is easy to use, and after a short training session, the team should be able to complete the basic setup. The tech support team at Vizury makes sure all the necessary tech setup steps are taken, so the camaign can run smoothly.

We are solving the problem of limited reach through other marketing channels, and browser notification function offered by Vizury does the job well.

The ease, the scheduling feature, the reporting & the custom filters are probably the best. I wish that other browsers apart from Chrome also allow push notifications so that we could make full use of the Dashboard.

Well, there are exceptions to every great thing (almost everything). On a few occasions (less than 2%) we witness that the browser push notification image does not load.

Have a good understanding of this interface (with use cases) as this will certainly help you in achieving your marketing goals. The team is very supportive and easy to work with.

Informing the interested customers about anything new that we as a company are doing. Offers, coupons, blog, news etc + the users who dropped off from a certain page, we remarket them through this interface as it is a hot lead and the sooner we re-engage them, the higher that they convert.

The segments setup and tags are quite complex. Also, the platform report don't provide YoY comparison.

By now we only use the Browser Notification and it' had increased the conversion at the lower funnel. But we have look into the full features but, once more, it's not an easy implementation.

The best thing of the platform is to send notifications about ANYTHING you want, be it bringing dropped users, sending them coupon codes, reminding them of reordering and what not. Also, the pricing is something that suits companies of any scale.

Vizury allow businesses to create a multi channel experience via retention tools.
We in GlassesUSA are using the browser notification tool with great success. Utilizing the tool features to maximize users journey, exposure and retention with the following... 

Triggered messages - cart, product and category abandonment.
Product feed updates - back in stock, price drop.
Automation messages - welcome, post purchase.
Bulk messages - dedicated campaigns to mass population. 

**What do you dislike about Vizury?**

The tool needs to improve the following... 
Segmentation abilities - currently the segmentation is very basic and not dynamic within work flow or other triggered messages.
Connection to other platforms - Vizury should consider connection to other developed retention platforms to allow vast user experience and cross channel marketing.
Currently our other platforms doesn't communicate with Vizury, so we experience an overlapping marketing experience to some users.

The webpush platform is very intuitive and simple to use. Trigger rules which we require for different campaigns are readily available and fits our use cases. Analytics on campaign performance is also available on the dashboard. 

**What do you dislike about Vizury?**

Custom integration settings seem to be complicated and documentation is lost when account managers change hands. Troubleshooting of issues may sometimes take awhile.

Additional channel to reach out to users whom may not be targetable on other channels. More timely and personalized engagement that triggers when user is browsing on the site.

Works seamlessly with Google Chrome for browser notifications. Allows us to create and implement remarketing efforts to engage select audiences and drive additional conversions.

**What do you dislike about Vizury?**

Have not had as much success with Safari notifications. UI can sometimes be a bit clunky. Thorough documentation for using the UI and a Help Desk feature within the UI would be helpful.

Reengaging audiences that have abandoned our site after browsing. Using browser notifications, we are able to drive these abandons back to the site to complete their purchase.

Its the service that matters after all. Whenever I have called Vizury be it weekend, weekday, morning or evening I had a great support & my query was resolved in no time. I really recommend Vizury for great product & service.

While we send push notifications from Vizury I really want the team to come up with automation engine which is the need of hour.
