I use ClickPost as our logistics management system, and I really like that it acts as a unified serviceability API, connecting with all our courier partners. It provides courier serviceability for all partners through a single API, recommends the best courier partner based on cost and ETA, and is planning to support Hyperlocal delivery. I find the platform easy to use with most courier partners integrated. The seamless integration with our order management system, Omuni, and warehouse management system, Increff, is a big plus, letting us easily do pincode mapping for courier partners based on regional utilization.
