What do you like best about ClickPost?

The onboarding process was smooth and the platform is very user-friendly. The logistics implementation was also very easy. The support from the team, especially from Akshay Sinha, was great and highly appreciable.

There are multiple problems that Clickpost is solving for us. Some examples are listed below:

1. Centralized Logistics Management – Multiple logistics partners can be managed from a single screen with complete and detailed shipment tracking.

2. Courier Prioritization – We can prioritize logistics partners area-wise or pincode-wise, which helps in optimizing and reducing logistics costs.

3. Flexible Rule Configuration – Rules can be easily configured as per our business requirements.

4. Automated Courier Allocation – Orders can automatically be assigned to the best courier partner based on predefined rules.
