"SuprSend Makes Multi-Channel Notifications Clean, Scalable, and Developer-Friendly"
What do you like best about SuprSend?

What I like most about SuprSend

is how thoughtfully the platform is designed from both a developer and product perspective. The UI is clean and easy to navigate, so setting up notification workflows doesn’t feel overwhelming even when handling multiple channels like email, push, SMS, Slack, and in-app messaging.

The integrations are another strong point. It connects well with modern product stacks and makes it easier to centralize communication logic instead of managing notifications separately across tools. From a performance standpoint, the platform feels reliable and scalable, especially for teams that send large volumes of notifications and need good observability.

I also like the balance between flexibility and automation. Features like batching, user preferences, workflow rules, and intelligent routing help reduce notification noise and improve the overall user experience. There’s a subtle AI/intelligence layer in how workflows and delivery can be optimized, which makes the system feel smarter than a basic notification service.

In terms of ROI, it saves a significant amount of engineering effort that would otherwise go into building and maintaining an in-house notification infrastructure. That alone can justify the pricing for growing teams. The onboarding experience also feels developer-friendly, with good documentation and a product flow that’s relatively quick to understand. Overall, it feels like a mature platform solving a very real operational problem in a practical way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SuprSend?

One thing I dislike about SuprSend

is that while the platform is powerful, some parts of the setup can feel a bit overwhelming initially — especially when configuring complex multi-channel workflows or advanced notification logic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We’ve had an outstanding experience with SuprSend. From the very start, integration was smooth and hassle-free, and the intuitive UI/UX made adoption across our team incredibly easy.

Managing multiple notification channels in one place has significantly improved our workflow. Performance has been consistently reliable, and their support team is quick and effective. The AI bot is a great addition—overall, a truly impressive platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SuprSend?

So far, we haven’t come across any significant issues. Everything has worked as expected, and the overall experience has been very positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clear Event Tracking and a Straightforward, Easy-to-Use UI"
What do you like best about SuprSend?

Workflow event tracking makes it easy to view the payload and pinpoint the exact point of failure without having to dig through multiple layers of obfuscation. The UI is also straightforward, easy to understand, and simple to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SuprSend?

Support is limited for certain scenarios, such as Google Chat notifications. You can still integrate it, but it takes a lot of manual work to get set up properly. That said, it works well for about 99% of other platform requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Two Years of Reliable Notifications with SuprSend"
What do you like best about SuprSend?

SuprSend lets our team focus on making our autonomous tractors 'go vroom' instead of maintaining notification infrastructure. After two years in production, it reliably handles product announcements and system alerts for our mission control platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SuprSend?

Sending broadcast emails to customer segments could be easier. It's great for transactional stuff, but targeted campaigns require more manual work than I'd like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Experience with Personalized Support"
What do you like best about SuprSend?

I find SuprSend to be more intuitive and offer an easier developer experience compared to Courier, which we used previously. The CEO and CTO have been great, meeting with us individually and continuously reaching out for feedback, which shows their warmth, interest, and care towards their product. They genuinely care about the developer experience. I appreciate that SuprSend is reliable and delivers the solutions to the problems we face. The setup was easy, quick, and intuitive, allowing us to get up to speed quickly and use it in production rapidly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SuprSend?

Some of the copying of workflows between environments, such as staging and production, has broken down a little bit for us. Additionally, the understanding of the different types of notifications, whether they are publication, transactional, or promotional, is not immediately intuitive. "Engineering-Friendly, Multi-Channel Notifications Platform"
What do you like best about SuprSend?

I really like SuprSend for its technical flexibility. The ability to configure flows and templates without having to code them is great, as it speeds up delivery for new workflows and campaigns. Their team is also very friendly and helpful if we get stuck on something and there are usually multiple options to realize a goal. Being able to hook up the tool to our database directly is great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SuprSend?

Since SuprSend is so engineering friendly, it's a bit harder for our marketing people to find their way and be effective users of the platform for one-off campaigns. If they'd spend some time in audience creation and campaign creation functionality for marketers, that would make life easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quick Setup and Seamless Notification Integration"
What do you like best about SuprSend?

I love how SuprSend made it possible for us to launch a full-fledged notification system within weeks, taking away a lot of complexity and offering a smooth integration with prebuilt UIs. The ease of onboarding and testing in the test environment stand out, as getting started with the platform is super straightforward. I also appreciate SuprSend's competitive pricing, which allows us to continue growing without feeling the need to limit our usage. The integration process is seamless, especially since they provide libraries for all major languages, which fit our stack well, including Python and Vue. The initial setup was extremely easy for us, which was a key factor in choosing SuprSend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SuprSend?

The Business pricing tier is still a work-in-progress and doesn't seem like it gives as much value as the Essentials price point. The feature gap between the two plans doesn't justify the cost increase in my opinion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Straightforward SuprSend Onboarding with Reliable Slack Support"
What do you like best about SuprSend?

I managed the rollout of SuprSend at our company. The onboarding was straightforward. Our backend team handled the API integration using the docs and SDK. The product team started setting up workflows and templates from the dashboard at the same time. Both could work in parallel because the platform is designed for both technical and non-technical users.

When we had questions during the rollout the support team on Slack was available and gave us clear answers. They helped us think through how to structure our notification workflows for our specific use case rather than just pointing us to docs. That kind of guidance during onboarding made a difference.

The whole process from starting the integration to going live with our first notifications took less time than we had planned for. The engineering team did not have to spend extra cycles figuring things out and the product team was productive from the start.

For teams evaluating notification platforms I would say the onboarding experience matters a lot. If the initial setup is painful everything that follows will be harder. SuprSend made the onboarding easy and the ongoing support has been reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SuprSend?

A structured onboarding checklist inside the dashboard would help teams track their progress during initial setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Affordable, Fast Setup—SuprSend Got Us Building Notifications in a Day"
What do you like best about SuprSend?

As a founder I care about two things when picking a tool. Is it affordable and can we start using it quickly without a long setup process. SuprSend checks both.

The free tier gave us room to build and test our notification flows before spending anything. When we moved to a paid plan the pricing was clear and we knew what we were getting. No complicated tiers where you have to figure out which features are behind which paywall. All channels are available on every plan which keeps things simple.

Getting started was fast. The API integration took our developer less than a day and I was setting up workflows from the dashboard the same afternoon. We did not need a sales call or an onboarding session to figure out how things work. The docs were enough to get us going.

For a small team that wants to move fast and keep costs manageable this is a good fit. We got a proper notification setup without it becoming a project or a budget concern. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SuprSend?

A startup program with extended trial benefits would be a nice touch for very early stage companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
