What I like best is having all CRM channels WhatsApp, Email, Push, RCS-SMS in one place. Building lifecycle flows is straightforward, the segmentation is powerful, and I can go from setting up a campaign to seeing performance data without jumping between tools. Pulling detailed funnel or cohort data often means exporting to Excel and building the analysis myself, since the in-platform reporting doesn't go deep enough. The dashboards can also be slow to load with larger datasets. A few UI flows feel clunky too - setting up complex segments or flows takes more clicks than it should. MoEngage is our core CRM and retention platform. Earlier our channels were siloed and campaigns were manual, so scaling was hard. Now we run our entire lifecycle program across WhatsApp, Email, Push and RCS-SMS from one place. Cohort segmentation (O1, O2, O3+) drives our cross-sell and retention. The impact is clear: flow-led revenue has grown strongly year-on-year, and users who interact with our flows convert at a much higher rate. Automation has cut manual effort massively for a small team. It integrates cleanly with our Shopify stack, so audience sync and catalog cross-sell just work. Onboarding and support got us to this scale. The AI send-time and segment nudges add extra lift. Net-net, it's improved our ROMS and made retention predictable, not ad-hoc.
