I find ClickPost to be an easy-to-use logistics panel that simplifies order dispatch and provides real-time shipment tracking. I like its real-time tracking and quick issue resolution features. The ability to identify delays early and improve coordination with couriers is really helpful. Additionally, the quick issue resolution reduces downtime and ensures on-time deliveries. What do you like best about ClickPost?

There are many useful things like

1. We can integrate multiple courier partner

2. We can also choose pincode wise courier allocation or they have another feature called performance based allocation.

3. They are have NDR management solution, we can trigger multiple messages on SMS, whatsapp and their new feature called AI calling.

4. We can also add EDD on PDP.

5. The complete integration is easy to setup.

6. They also have a quick customer support team, which help us to resolve all the ticket at the earliest.

*They are able to solve all the ground level challenges in B2B segment systematically which can help us in facilitating the process hassle-free.

They have to be a bit downwards comercially and can help us in organising the un-organised Transporters( FTL) free of cost , which will help us to be cost effective as this is an additional cost which is borne by us for the betterment of business not for the business . I find ClickPost easy to use and understand. It provides a wide range of options for my downloads and gives detailed views of orders that I select. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickPost?

It doesn't sync with some of the delivery partners' statuses, sometimes with even a delay of 3-4 days it's not updated. If a delivery partner has marked the order as 'Delivered' or 'RTO', ClickPost reflects it as 'Failed' or 'In-Transit', which makes it confusing for our team.
