What do you like best about ClickPost?

The onboarding process was smooth and the platform is very user-friendly. The logistics implementation was also very easy. The support from the team, especially from Akshay Sinha, was great and highly appreciable.

What do you like best about ClickPost?

ClickPost makes it easy to manage multiple courier partners from one place, which really simplifies day-to-day operations.

The real-time tracking is reliable and helps us stay updated without checking multiple courier websites.

NDR handling is smoother with automated communication, which helps in resolving delivery issues faster.

The dashboard is easy to understand and doesn’t require much technical knowledge to use.

Getting started was quick, with minimal setup effort.

What do you like best about ClickPost?

I really like the NDR AI agent calls in ClickPost. The model is trained well and is receptive to information from the consumer. I also find it easy to plug ClickPost into our communication platforms and trigger tracking details and other transactional communication to users smoothly. The AI agent helps us cut out manual effort on failed deliveries, allowing us to focus on more impactful and valuable tasks while automating repetitive processes. What do you dislike about ClickPost?

1. Though the NDR AI agent is great, I find some area of improvement in terms of reporting and consuming that data in the form of a unified journey. The journey is tracked separately and the recorded calls are available in a different dashboard. We need to connect the dots and make sense of this information manually, it isn't very intuitive to read and consume the data in the form of a user journey. 2. I also feel that ClickPost should build predictive models to estimate delivery dates as they are sitting on tons of courier partner data. Building proactive communication for delays or unforeseen circumstances will be very valuable for all D2C brands using ClickPost. Courier partner updates are not always reliable hence ClickPost can use their technical expertise in building this. 3. For the Returns module, it would be really helpful if we can drill down to a single unit of product within the bundle as we offer a lot of bundles as a single SKU, something which is currently not technically feasible. Honestly, just having a single dashboard for all our courier partners is a lifesaver. The tracking is great, but the automated NDR handling is the real winner—it’s actually helped us cut down on returns (RTOs). One area of improvement is that some dashboards do not provide complete or drill-down level visibility directly on the screen. For example, in the NDR journey, detailed event-level tracking or status history is not always readily accessible and often requires reaching out to the support team for reports.

I like using ClickPost for its reporting dashboard and VAS like Parth AI. It helps us make more conscious decisions daily, and Parth AI is particularly helpful in converting NDR to delivery, which reduces our RTOs. I also appreciate the performance-based allocation feature that assists in assigning shipments to the right courier partner effectively.
