**What do you like best about Visdum?**

I check Visdum almost daily because it’s easy to use and the dashboard is actually helpful. Seeing how each deal impacts my earnings keeps me motivated. The layout is clean and doesn’t feel cluttered. The support and training was also detailed and the support reps from Visdum are very helpful. I do not spend any more hours keeping track of my numbers.

More mobile view functionality would be even better for quick check ups for me.

**What problems is Visdum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It removed uncertainty around commissions. I don’t waste time calculating things on my own anymore, and that mental relief helps me focus on outreach and follow-ups. Plus, commission statements are detailed, and I can also drill-down to view more specific information about each deal. We moved to Visdum from Xactly, as it was not intuitive and couldn’t be adopted easily because of that.

**What do you like best about Visdum?**

The biggest win for us has been how easy it is to use. I was honestly expecting a long setup and training phase, but Visdum was surprisingly straightforward. The commission plans were easy to configure, and once they went live, reps picked them up without much hand-holding. The dashboards make it very clear how payouts are calculated, reducing a lot of back-and-forth.

**What do you dislike about Visdum?**

There’s a short adjustment period if you’re coming from Excel-heavy workflows. Some of our team needed a few days to fully understand how everything connects, but support helped clear things up quickly.

**What problems is Visdum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were struggling with a large amount of manual commission calculations, which led to some errors, and therefore disputes. Visdum automated the entire process and gave everyone visibility into their numbers. That’s saved us hours every month and significantly improved trust between sales and ops.

From a finance perspective, accuracy and traceability matter most, and Visdum delivers on both. Every commission calculation is easy to follow, and having everything documented in one place has made audits much easier. The support team has also been very responsive whenever we’ve had questions around plan logic. I think it has given us a efficiency improvement where it matters most.

The interface is quite deep, so it takes some time to explore all the features. That said, once you understand the structure, it’s quite logical. But no doubt, it's the easiest to use among all other solutions we tried.

I didn’t need any training to understand my dashboard. It shows my earnings, targets, and progress in one place, without overloading me with details. I also like that it updates automatically from our CRM. I can see my progress every deal I close, which is a big enough motivator in itself. Commission statements land directly in my email at the exact scheduled time every time, so everything is more reliable now.

Nothing major so far. It does what I need it to do.

I like that I can log in anytime and see how my deals are translating into commissions. Everything is clearly broken down, and I don’t need to ask my manager to explain the numbers anymore. It’s simple enough that I actually check it regularly. Supportive reps from their side who completed the implementation and onboarding quite quickly.

Would be nice if the mobile experience had a few more views, but the web version is awesome.

I like being able to see my commissions update in real time. Earlier, we had to wait until the end of the month to know what we’d earn, and even then, there were questions. With Visdum, everything is transparent, and the breakdown makes sense even if you’re not an ops person. It's fairly easy to use to track these numbers, and implementation was also quick and smooth.

The mobile experience could be better. I mostly use the web version, but having more features on mobile would be useful when traveling.

It’s straightforward and does what it needs to. Clean and fast implementation with a super sweet team who listened patiently. Easy to use and doesn’t complicate things much (a common complaint we had for other vendors we tried out)

We change comp plans more often than we’d like, and earlier, that meant a lot of rework and stress. With Visdum, updates are manageable and don’t break everything downstream. The UI makes it clear what’s happening, and the implementation support helped us properly think through edge cases. Implementation was fast and quick, and support has been constantly responsive so we’re catching up quickly.

It took a bit of experimentation to understand the best way to structure certain rules, but once set, it’s stable.

What stood out immediately was how quickly we went live. The interface is straightforward, so once things were set up, managing plans didn’t feel intimidating. We were switching from Spiff, which is also a similar solution, but the agility in Visdum is unmatched.

Adoption was smooth across the team, which doesn’t usually happen with comp tools. Reps found it easy to use, and managers didn’t have to constantly explain payouts. The implementation process was also faster than what we were used to. We’ve had a great ROI with Visdum even as early a few months into adoption.

Mobile view is barely enough to cover any details, so I’ll stick to the web application.

I don’t have to think too much when I open Visdum. My earnings, goals, and progress are all easy to understand. I also like that it updates as deals move forward. Integrations with our CRM are working perfectly so CRM updates are reflected correctly. Intuitive user interface and overall very easy to use.

No real complaints so far. Would like more contest options though, like internal competitions between reps.

It's really hard to come up with something positive to say. The concept sounds great, but it falls down on execution.

**What do you dislike about Visdum?**

Visdum has somehow managed to make the commission review and approval process more painful and time consuming for me. The UI is incredibly confusing and it's hard to even find what a quarterly payout should be. If you do manage to find the numbers you're looking for, it is very difficult to reconcile totals between Visdum and our CRM to tell if they're right. If I do find a discrepancy it's a highly manual process to line by line through every deal to find the error. Also I get random emails all the time telling me I need to approve things in Visdum and when I log in there's nothing in my queue.

Unfortunately deploying Visdum has been a step backwards for us and the challenges we were looking to solve (streamlining commission calculations and review) have actually gotten worse.

From a finance standpoint, reliability matters most. Visdum pulls data directly from our CRM and calculates commissions consistently, so we don’t have to manually double-check everything. Support has also been very responsive whenever we needed clarification. Total accuracy so far, and customized data streams have helped us incorporate Visdum into our overall stack much more effectively.

During setup, we had many questions about plan structures and exceptions. The support team was patient and practical in their guidance. The tool itself isn’t overly complex, which helps when plans change. Fast implementation and accurate syncs with our CRM without any issue.

The first few days felt a bit dense, but that’s expected with any compensation system. This happened with Spiff too.

It centralized commission management and reduced dependency on manual checks. That saved time and reduced errors across cycles. Our previous solution for this, SPIFF, made things more complicated and their support was not helping- hence the happy switch.

The Salesforce In-app is really good - I can see my commission statements right in the CRM. The forecaster is cool too, I can see what commission I stand to make for different scenarios. I use this for 1:1s with my team.

The leader dashboard is great and has a lot more trends and insights. This should be available for sales managers/reps too.

No more use of multiple spreadsheets for different comp plans. 
Easy process to handle the Top ups, clawbacks, and revenue shares.

Visdum has made our commission calculations a breeze. There is no scope for manual errors as everything is automated and the data is sourced via integration with our CRM. We deal with tiered commissions and frequent plan updates, and Visdum handles that well. The system is flexible but still easy to manage day to day. Integrations with our CRM mean we don’t have to juggle multiple data sources.

There’s a short learning curve when you first start configuring plans, but support is helpful during that phase.

Managing compensation plans is much easier now. We can build, clone, and assign plans quickly and it gives us a unified view of all sales comp data. The dashboard visuals are great for tracking quota and performance. Forecasting helps us understand spend impact instantly. Integrations are also in-sync all the time so there haven’t been data mismatches yet. Customer support has been consistently helpful.

It's a dream come true for us sales folks. It's stupidly easy to set up - I was tracking my commissions the very hour the implementation was complete. The interface is so slick, I actually enjoy checking my numbers now. I never need to second guess my earnings since the deals data is directly sourced from the CRM integration. Commissions are the best part of sales for us reps, and Visdum gives me the power to see into my earnings real time and estimate my income appropriately.
