"Powerful Salesforce Integration with Flexible Logic and On-Going Save"
What do you like best about Titan Forms?

I like that it integrates with Salesforce, where we keep our database, and that it offers complex logic options with seemingly endless possibilities for how we can use it. For us, the ongoing save option was also very important, and Titan provides that as well. Also, the customer service at Titan is excellent, we can always reach a human being when we need and people have always been very attentive and caring, especially considering the non-profit nature of our survey. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Titan Forms?

I don’t find the survey results very easy to work with, since I always need to create several reports in Salesforce just to see basic information. This is the only downside. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Functional with Customization Challenges"
What do you like best about Titan Forms?

I use Titan Forms at my company for collecting feedback and evaluation data from our beneficiaries. It has a lot of functionality, and I discover more possibilities the more I use it, like developing a form portal. I appreciate the ability to pull records and information into forms, use flows to set conditions for different fields, and create custom variables, which have a lot of practical applications. I also like the customizability, allowing forms to align with business style guides. The setup was quite easy. Additionally, Titan Forms helps us automate processes as much as possible by setting up a web portal where contacts can sign in without needing a password to review their forms, which is very convenient. Using flows on CRM together with Titan Forms actions works great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Titan Forms?

Stylistic features, like editing formatting, are not intuitive and it's often difficult to find what I need. For instance, changing how a table or a strip looks or modifying all fonts at once is challenging. It would be good to have an option to just 'change all fonts to be x'—this may be a functionality, but it's not simple to find. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"No-Code Platform with Agile Integration and Stellar Support"
What do you like best about Titan Forms?

I use Titan Forms primarily for building Salesforce-integrated web experiences, such as dynamic data collection forms and registration processes. What I like most about Titan Forms is the speed at which we can go from an idea or requirement to live production, often within a matter of hours or days. The platform supports agile processes and dynamic requirements, which is a big plus. Additionally, the support at Titan is amazing, and issues are resolved quickly, whether I open a case or jump on a call. This strong support means we can respond quickly to business needs and it gives us the confidence to tackle complex requirements and experiment with new approaches. The ease of setup was notable too; with an experienced team, we managed to go live with multiple forms in the first month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Titan Forms?

The main thing we would love to see improved is adding AI integration. A tool that can help us build projects quicker and an assistant that can answer questions on the fly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Data Collection and Stellar Support"
What do you like best about Titan Forms?

What I love most about Titan Forms is the people—kind, positive, agile, and very helpful. Communication with my CSM and the technical support team is consistently good. I also appreciate the ability to learn independently through Titan Academy and the smart translation feature that saves significant time. The option to save submissions, even those with errors, is incredibly useful for data accuracy and follow-up. The translation feature is super user-friendly since I can download a file, send it for translation, get it back, upload it, and have my entire project translated. Having a reliable place where I can learn more about Titan options helps me be more creative at my job. Saving submissions even with errors allows me to fix small mistakes or see how users actually understand the project, improving user experience by not making them re-fill the entire form. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Titan Forms?

I would appreciate it if they add AI features to their regular features, not just as a new AI feature by itself. For example, text analysis according to certain rules I set and automatically filling in existing fields. I also think that their Copy-Paste feature should be smarter. Even though it's possible to copy and paste a field, it's not recommended because it can cause problems later on with flows or integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Versatile and Cost-Effective, Despite a Steep Learning Curve"
What do you like best about Titan Forms?

What I like most about Titan Forms is that you can essentially do anything with it. It's also much more cost-effective compared to other solutions that are more locked down. I feel like the ROI is well worth the spend on Titan compared to products like DocuSign. I also appreciate that it's very integrated with Salesforce, which is our main CRM, and it can also exist outside of Salesforce. This is a huge win compared to other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Titan Forms?

I think that Titan Forms, with all its features and options, can be really overwhelming to navigate. There's a steep learning curve if you're not just handling a really simple use case. I find myself reaching out to support more often than I want. Although the support is great, I wish the software was a bit more self-explanatory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Build Functional Salesforce-Integrated Pages Without Coding"
What do you like best about Titan Forms?

I like that I can create a page with a lot of functionality and Salesforce integration without coding abilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Titan Forms?

There can be certain nuances to the way different page elements interact in terms of position and movement that can be annoying to troubleshoot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"No-Code Salesforce Integrations with Enterprise-Ready Features"
What do you like best about Titan Forms?

Titan lets us manage our forms and Salesforce data integrations without any code, while still being enterprise-ready and offering a deep set of features to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Titan Forms?

Using the platform well does come with a learning curve for any new team member, but we can count on very effective support from the team and solid training content to help them get up to speed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamlessly Integrates with Salesforce, Intuitive Setup"
What do you like best about Titan Forms?

I like that Titan Forms is completely configurable and can be deeply merged into an existing core application, providing a seamless user experience. This makes it feel like a real part of Salesforce, which our clients use, without them even realizing they've moved from one platform to another. I also find the platform quite intuitive, which has helped significantly with onboarding and improving time to market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Titan Forms?

I don't like that the Titan Forms calendar has no support in Titan web. It's something I'd like to see evolve and improve so we can have full support for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Integration with No-Code Flexibility"
What do you like best about Titan Forms?

I like the seamless bi-directional integration of Titan Forms, as pulling and pushing data is very efficient. The no-code flexibility also allows me to build complex forms without needing custom development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Titan Forms?

I'm currently using the older version, where tracking which Push or Get mapping belongs to which element is quite difficult. Also deleted elements don't automatically clear their actions and that creates a lot of clutter. I hope this is more streamlined in the newer version :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Perfect Integration and Efficient Data Collection"
What do you like best about Titan Forms?

I love that Titan Forms is very simple to implement. You can choose the type of form and the desired type of response, then simply enter different variables. It is even possible to import variables from Salesforce if you already have them, which allows for a complete connection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Titan Forms?

I would appreciate finding more targeted reports, particularly by type of response. Or conduct more in-depth analyses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
