It has a lot of functionality, and I discover more possibilities the more I use it, like developing a form portal. I appreciate the ability to pull records and information into forms, use flows to set conditions for different fields, and create custom variables, which have a lot of practical applications. I also like the customizability, allowing forms to align with business style guides. The setup was quite easy. Additionally, Titan Forms helps us automate processes as much as possible by setting up a web portal where contacts can sign in without needing a password to review their forms, which is very convenient. Using flows on CRM together with Titan Forms actions works great. **What do you dislike about Titan Forms?** Stylistic features, like editing formatting, are not intuitive and it's often difficult to find what I need. For instance, changing how a table or a strip looks or modifying all fonts at once is challenging. It would be good to have an option to just 'change all fonts to be x'—this may be a functionality, but it's not simple to find. **What problems is Titan Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Titan Forms to digitize forms and automatically upload them to CRM, which solves our data collection issues. While I was using Titan Forms, I used to use it frequently. The customer support is great because they always get back to you as soon as they have resolved your query. It is fairly easy to use Titan Forms. I can implement my work from Salesforce into Titan Force. **What do you dislike about Titan Forms?** The only thing that I dislike about Titan Force is that it can only synchronize with Salesforce. **What problems is Titan Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problems that Titan Forms are that I can create no-code platforms, forms and surveys.
