It so appealing how the platform helps handling payments from any location worldwide. By doing so, we have essen  all our daily doing on matters to do with transactions.

Apparently everything is working as expected. Nothing to dislike at the moment.

All payments processes are easier and efficient. Minimal errors are expected while using Mollie.

During peak moment the customer service accessibility should be made much more available.

Mollie has a great customer support. This tool is very intuitive.

So far I have not bumped into dislikes about Mollie.

We had a lot of manual payment processing. Thanks to Mollie this is now automatized.

I find the stats page quite impressive as it provides a comprehensive overview of your daily revenue. Additionally, it allows you to compare revenue across different months, enabling a valuable analysis

**What do you dislike about Mollie?**

I believe your fees are rather substantial due to the expenses incurred when utilizing the services of a payment provider. That's the only part i really think could be improved

**What problems is Mollie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We operate an online platform that requires membership fees, and for this purpose, we found Mollie to be an excellent online payment provider.

I really like the stats page where you can check in a good overview how many revenue you got per day. Als compare the diffrent months with each other

**What do you dislike about Mollie?**

I think you have quite big fees. As we do the work and there is quite some money going out to payment providers

**What problems is Mollie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have an online platform with membership fees. So we needed an online payment provider herefor Mollie is a very good tool

**What do you like best about Mollie?**

Mollie is incredibly fast to set up, no week long registration process and compliance madness. There are no monthly fees and the transactions costs are easy to understand and transparent.

**What do you dislike about Mollie?**

If you have a lot of transactions, the fees they charge per transaction might be a bit high. Not sure how well they can be negotiated.

**What problems is Mollie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mollie allows you to get started taking e-commerce payments in a just a few days without having to commit to yearlong contracts ans without having to pay hefty monthly base fees.

Their offer is interesting and sounds promising since it allows you to accept multiple form of payments having a single partner.

**What do you dislike about Mollie?**

Getting verified is a nightmare and they keep requesting documents over and over. It is frustrating and annoying. They even asked me to send them client's invoices for them to review: this is too much.

**What problems is Mollie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None. Everything they provide can already be done via other partners.
