**What do you like best about eWay?**

Easy and straightforward to teach new users and get them up and going.

**What do you dislike about eWay?**

How it handles updates and administrators is not great, although to be fair they've improved this recently

**What problems is eWay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We don't use it for enterprise payment, there was no "other" option.  We use it for CRM/client record management. Our clients are B2B.
