What do you like best about Titan Forms?

Have you ever tried implementing an information system?

You probably know that anything that doesn’t look like a regular website takes ages.

With "Titan Web", implementing Salesforce systems becomes effortless.

More than once, I’ve successfully deployed complex solutions to thousands of users — in just a few days.

And when something is hard to develop in Salesforce, with Titan it often takes just "five clicks"

No code, no hassle — just a clear mind and the right tool.

And the support? Always available.

Politeness isn’t just a courtesy — it’s a core value.

But above all, every new feature request is treated seriously and addressed swiftly.

Sometimes I wish they’d say “no” once in a while — just so I’d feel like I’m not being spoiled.

here isn’t a single day I don’t spend at least 30% of my time in front of Titan screens.

It’s not a complaint — just a fact of life.

What don’t I like about Titan?

Honestly, it’s almost too easy.

Sometimes I miss the thrill of solving a complex technical challenge — writing custom code, wrestling with limitations, hacking around APIs.

But with Titan, most of that disappears.

It’s like switching from mountain climbing to an elevator: you still get to the top, but you kind of miss the climb.

What do you like best about Titan Forms?

What I like most about Titan Forms is that you can essentially do anything with it. It's also much more cost-effective compared to other solutions that are more locked down. I feel like the ROI is well worth the spend on Titan compared to products like DocuSign. I also appreciate that it's very integrated with Salesforce, which is our main CRM, and it can also exist outside of Salesforce. This is a huge win compared to other platforms. What do you dislike about Titan Forms?

I think that Titan Forms, with all its features and options, can be really overwhelming to navigate. There's a steep learning curve if you're not just handling a really simple use case. I find myself reaching out to support more often than I want. Although the support is great, I wish the software was a bit more self-explanatory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
