## Titan Forms Pricing FAQs

Generated using AI

Is Titan Forms free, or does it offer a free trial?

Titan Forms does not offer a permanent free plan, but it does provide a free trial that lets users to test the product before committing to a paid plan. Trial availability and duration may vary, so users should review the seller's official pricing page for the most current details.

How much does Titan Forms cost in 2026?

Who is Titan Forms pricing best suited for?

Titan Forms's pricing is best suited for Salesforce-dependent organizations needing no-code form and portal solutions. According to G2 reviewers, mid-market companies in financial services, non-profits, and hospitality extract the most value, leveraging Growth and Scale tiers for branded portals, conditional logic, and HIPAA compliance. Small businesses in staffing, insurance, and IT services appear frequently in G2 reviews praising the Starter and Growth tiers for replacing manual data collection without developer overhead. Enterprise+ targets large organizations requiring AI-assisted building, full compliance coverage, and legal review support. G2 reviewers consistently emphasize that Titan Forms rewards teams already invested in Salesforce — organizations without Salesforce see limited benefit.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Titan Forms?

Titan Forms offers no permanent free tier. A free trial is available for evaluation, but all functional access requires a paid plan. Titan Forms's paid plans start at $250.00/month for the Starter tier, covering basic Salesforce-connected forms, payment integration, and no-code building. Higher tiers unlock progressively advanced capabilities: Growth ($450.00/month) adds conditional logic, branded portals, and expanded API access; Scale ($1,200.00/month) introduces HIPAA compliance, CI/CD integration, sandbox access, and custom domains; Enterprise+ ($2,000.00/month) adds AI-driven form building, GDPR/PIPEDA coverage, and automated legal review. G2 reviewers note that features like multi-page forms require tier upgrades, making plan selection critical.

Is Titan Forms considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers of Titan Forms consistently rate it 4.0–5.0 stars, with strong value sentiment tied to its deep Salesforce integration. One G2 reviewer explicitly compared Titan Forms favorably to DocuSign, calling it more cost-effective and noting the ROI is well worth the spend. Reviewers across financial services, non-profits, and staffing highlight that consolidating forms, portals, payments, and automation into one Salesforce-native platform replaces multiple tools. The steep learning curve is the most cited friction point, with several G2 users noting reliance on support to navigate complexity. For Salesforce-dependent organizations, Titan Forms's pricing delivers strong ROI; for teams without Salesforce, the value proposition weakens considerably.
