"Seamless Salesforce Integration That Streamlines Data-Driven Forms"
5/5
What do you like best about Titan Forms?

What I appreciate most about Titan Forms is how seamlessly it integrates with Salesforce to create powerful, data-driven form experiences. Rather than relying on external tools and then trying to sync everything back later, data moves in real time directly within Salesforce, which has noticeably streamlined our processes.

From a UI/UX standpoint, the drag-and-drop builder makes it easy to get started. We’ve been able to build forms quickly for a wide range of needs, and that has saved our team a considerable amount of time compared with creating custom solutions from scratch.

The Salesforce integration is also where Titan Forms really stands out for us. We can create, update, and relate records across multiple objects (such as Accounts, Contacts, and custom objects) within a single form. This has been especially valuable for more complex workflows like assessments or multi-step data collection, where the relationships between records truly matter.

In terms of workflow improvements, Titan Forms has helped us replace manual data entry and disconnected forms with one guided experience. For example, we’ve built forms that walk users through structured processes while automatically handling the backend record creation—something that previously required multiple steps across multiple systems.

Performance-wise, the forms are generally responsive and reliable, and we’ve been able to scale usage across different teams without running into major issues.

When it comes to pricing and ROI, being able to consolidate multiple tools (forms, data collection, and automation) into one platform has delivered strong value. It has reduced the need for additional software and saved staff time, which has made a real difference.

For support and onboarding, we’ve found the platform flexible enough to grow into over time, and support has been helpful when we’ve needed guidance on more advanced use cases.

One unexpected benefit has been how customizable the platform is. We’ve been able to tailor forms closely to our processes, rather than forcing our processes to fit the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Titan Forms?

While Titan Forms is a powerful and flexible tool, there are a few areas where targeted improvements would make a noticeable difference.

From a UI/UX and customization perspective, one of the biggest challenges is styling with CSS. Writing CSS itself is straightforward, but in Titan Forms it can be confusing to figure out how to correctly reference specific elements or IDs, and the process sometimes feels clunky. That creates friction when trying to fine-tune the visual design of forms—especially for admins who are comfortable with CSS but not as familiar with the platform’s internal structure. A more intuitive (or visual) way to target elements, along with clearer documentation, would go a long way toward improving the experience.

Related to that, the AI/intelligence capabilities feel like an area with a lot of untapped potential. It would be extremely helpful to have an AI assistant built into the platform that can support styling—for example by suggesting layouts, generating CSS, or even identifying the correct selectors for specific elements. I often rely on external tools like Claude for design help, so having that functionality directly within Titan Forms would streamline the process significantly.

On performance, form load times can sometimes be slow, particularly for users with less reliable or slower internet connections. This is something we encounter frequently with the population we serve, and it can affect the overall user experience. Better performance and optimization for lower-bandwidth environments would make the tool feel more accessible and consistent.

For integrations and advanced configurations, the Salesforce connection is strong, but more transparency and simplicity in how elements and data bindings are structured would reduce the learning curve.

Overall, Titan Forms is highly capable, but improving CSS usability, adding AI-assisted design support, and optimizing performance for all users would significantly enhance the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Alice Meyer of Titan Forms

Hi Ryan,

This is such a valuable review, thank you.

We are thrilled to hear that Titan Forms has helped your team move from fragmented, manual data collection to one centralized digital experience connected to Salesforce in real time. Replacing paper forms, static documents, and disconnected tools with a guided process is exactly the kind of practical shift we love to see.

It’s great to know you are creating, updating, and relating records across multiple Salesforce objects from a single form, while giving distributed users one place to access and complete what they need. Better accessibility, less admin work, stronger accuracy, and more consistent data are all very strong wins.

We also love that Titan Forms has helped you consolidate tools, save staff time, and build around your actual workflows rather than forcing your processes to fit the platform.

Your feedback on CSS styling, selector visibility, documentation, and performance in lower-bandwidth environments is extremely useful. We know advanced customization should feel more intuitive, especially for admins who understand what they want to build but need clearer ways to target and refine elements.

Your point about AI-assisted styling is also very helpful. We are rolling out chat-based AI assistance for Experience Studio users and continuing to refine it around practical Salesforce use cases. Feedback like yours helps make sure it solves real build problems.

Keep using Titan, and thank you again for such a thoughtful and practical review.

"Rock-Solid Reliability That Just Works"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Titan Forms?

It just works. We've never had an issue with things breaking or going wrong. It integrates to our Salesforce using OAuth and has never broke. The UI is simple to understand as well, we have admins training on the system without issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Titan Forms?

The debugging has the potential to be very cumbersome. You'll have to know a lot about your back end salesforce settings because that's where most of the issues lie. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jessamy Amic of Titan Forms

"Powerful Salesforce Integration with Flexible Logic and On-Going Save"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Titan Forms?

I like that it integrates with Salesforce, where we keep our database, and that it offers complex logic options with seemingly endless possibilities for how we can use it. For us, the ongoing save option was also very important, and Titan provides that as well. Also, the customer service at Titan is excellent, we can always reach a human being when we need and people have always been very attentive and caring, especially considering the non-profit nature of our survey. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Titan Forms?

I don’t find the survey results very easy to work with, since I always need to create several reports in Salesforce just to see basic information. This is the only downside. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Alice Meyer of Titan Forms

Hi Izabela,

This is an incredible use case, and we are so proud that Titan Forms is helping support it.

We are thrilled to hear that Titan is enabling your rare-disease patient registry, especially with a survey as complex and important as this one. Long forms, advanced logic, ongoing save, and Salesforce integration all need to work together when the data matters this much.

It also means a lot to hear your kind words about our customer service team.

We appreciate your feedback on survey results and reporting. Having to create several Salesforce reports to see basic information can slow teams down, and your note helps us understand where the experience can be more practical.

Keep using Titan. We can’t wait to see what you will achieve with this important work.

"Highly Functional with Customization Challenges"
4/5
What do you like best about Titan Forms?

I use Titan Forms at my company for collecting feedback and evaluation data from our beneficiaries. It has a lot of functionality, and I discover more possibilities the more I use it, like developing a form portal. I appreciate the ability to pull records and information into forms, use flows to set conditions for different fields, and create custom variables, which have a lot of practical applications. I also like the customizability, allowing forms to align with business style guides. The setup was quite easy. Additionally, Titan Forms helps us automate processes as much as possible by setting up a web portal where contacts can sign in without needing a password to review their forms, which is very convenient. Using flows on CRM together with Titan Forms actions works great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Titan Forms?

Stylistic features, like editing formatting, are not intuitive and it's often difficult to find what I need. For instance, changing how a table or a strip looks or modifying all fonts at once is challenging. It would be good to have an option to just 'change all fonts to be x'—this may be a functionality, but it's not simple to find. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Alice Meyer of Titan Forms

Hi Rokas,

Thank you for this thoughtful review.

We are thrilled to hear that Titan Forms is helping you digitize feedback and evaluation forms, collect beneficiary data, and automatically sync everything back to your CRM. It’s great to know you are using records, flows, conditions, custom variables, and portal functionality to build a more efficient process.

We especially love hearing that beneficiaries can sign in without needing a password and review their forms conveniently. That is a strong example of practical self-service done well.

We also appreciate your feedback on styling and formatting. You are right that design controls should be easier to find and simpler to apply across a full form, especially when teams need to stay aligned with brand guidelines. It’s feedback like this that helps us keep improving the build experience.

Keep using Titan, and thank you again for sharing such useful feedback.

"No-Code Platform with Agile Integration and Stellar Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Titan Forms?

I use Titan Forms primarily for building Salesforce-integrated web experiences, such as dynamic data collection forms and registration processes. What I like most about Titan Forms is the speed at which we can go from an idea or requirement to live production, often within a matter of hours or days. The platform supports agile processes and dynamic requirements, which is a big plus. Additionally, the support at Titan is amazing, and issues are resolved quickly, whether I open a case or jump on a call. This strong support means we can respond quickly to business needs and it gives us the confidence to tackle complex requirements and experiment with new approaches. The ease of setup was notable too; with an experienced team, we managed to go live with multiple forms in the first month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Titan Forms?

The main thing we would love to see improved is adding AI integration. A tool that can help us build projects quicker and an assistant that can answer questions on the fly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Alice Meyer of Titan Forms

Hi Ilia,

This is wonderful to read.

We are thrilled to hear that Titan Forms is helping you move from idea to production in hours or days, while still supporting complex Salesforce-integrated web experiences. That speed matters when requirements change quickly, and it’s great to know Titan is helping your team collect data from external beneficiaries and partners without relying heavily on developers.

We also appreciate your kind words about our support team. Being able to open a case, jump on a call, and keep building with confidence is exactly the experience we want customers to have.

Your feedback on AI integration is very timely. We are rolling out chat-based AI assistance for Experience Studio users and continuing to refine it around practical Salesforce use cases. The goal is to help teams build faster, answer questions more naturally, and keep admins in control.

Keep using Titan. We can’t wait to see what we will achieve together.

"Effortless Data Collection and Stellar Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Titan Forms?

What I love most about Titan Forms is the people—kind, positive, agile, and very helpful. Communication with my CSM and the technical support team is consistently good. I also appreciate the ability to learn independently through Titan Academy and the smart translation feature that saves significant time. The option to save submissions, even those with errors, is incredibly useful for data accuracy and follow-up. The translation feature is super user-friendly since I can download a file, send it for translation, get it back, upload it, and have my entire project translated. Having a reliable place where I can learn more about Titan options helps me be more creative at my job. Saving submissions even with errors allows me to fix small mistakes or see how users actually understand the project, improving user experience by not making them re-fill the entire form. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Titan Forms?

I would appreciate it if they add AI features to their regular features, not just as a new AI feature by itself. For example, text analysis according to certain rules I set and automatically filling in existing fields. I also think that their Copy-Paste feature should be smarter. Even though it's possible to copy and paste a field, it's not recommended because it can cause problems later on with flows or integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Alice Meyer of Titan Forms

Hi Eyal,

This review means a lot to us, thank you.

We are thrilled to hear that Titan’s communication and technical support have been consistently good. Reliable support, clear guidance, and useful self-learning resources are all part of the experience we want customers to have with Titan.

It’s also great to hear how much value you are getting from Titan Academy, smart translation, and saved submissions. Being able to translate a full project efficiently, save entries even when errors occur, and understand how users interact with your forms is exactly the kind of practical detail that improves both data accuracy and user experience.

We appreciate your feedback on AI and smarter copy-paste behavior. We agree that AI should be part of the regular build experience. We are rolling out chat-based AI assistance for Experience Studio users and continuing to refine it around practical Salesforce use cases, with admins firmly in control.

Keep using Titan. We can’t wait to see what we will achieve together.

"Versatile and Cost-Effective, Despite a Steep Learning Curve"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Titan Forms?

What I like most about Titan Forms is that you can essentially do anything with it. It's also much more cost-effective compared to other solutions that are more locked down. I feel like the ROI is well worth the spend on Titan compared to products like DocuSign. I also appreciate that it's very integrated with Salesforce, which is our main CRM, and it can also exist outside of Salesforce. This is a huge win compared to other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Titan Forms?

I think that Titan Forms, with all its features and options, can be really overwhelming to navigate. There's a steep learning curve if you're not just handling a really simple use case. I find myself reaching out to support more often than I want. Although the support is great, I wish the software was a bit more self-explanatory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Alice Meyer of Titan Forms

Hi Blake,

This is a great review, thank you.

We are thrilled to hear that Titan Forms is helping you streamline your customer application process, reduce errors, and avoid making customers re-enter data. That is exactly where a strong Salesforce-connected form should make life simpler for both your team and the people completing it.

We also appreciate your comments on Titan’s flexibility and cost-effectiveness. Being able to build the experience you need, inside or outside Salesforce, without being boxed into a rigid setup is a huge part of what we aim to give customers.

Your feedback on the learning curve is completely fair. Titan Forms is powerful, but it should still feel easy to navigate and more self-explanatory, especially for teams building beyond simple use cases. It’s feedback like this that helps us improve the product experience while continuing to support more advanced requirements.

Keep using Titan. We can’t wait to see what we will achieve together.

"Highly Customizable Salesforce Integration with Powerful Data Upserts"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Titan Forms?

The Salesforce integration is highly customizable, and it also lets me retrieve data directly from Salesforce to allow upsert of records that are already inside our database. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Titan Forms?

Titan is very powerful, but it comes with a steeper learning curve than most platforms. That learning curve is the main thing I dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Alice Meyer of Titan Forms

Hi Jared,

Thank you for reviewing Titan Forms.

We are thrilled to hear that Titan is helping you build highly customized Salesforce-connected workflows, especially with retrieving data and upserting records already inside your database. Giving constituents a secure way to update their own information is exactly the kind of practical self-service use case Titan Forms was built for.

We also appreciate your honest note on the learning curve. Titan is powerful, and with that comes a lot to explore. We are always working to make the build experience clearer, faster, and easier for admins managing advanced Salesforce use cases.

Keep using Titan, and thank you again for sharing your feedback.

What do you dislike about Titan Forms?

There can be certain nuances to the way different page elements interact in terms of position and movement that can be annoying to troubleshoot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
