What do you like best?
There are many project management tools, but this one focuses on GTD directors and the management of ticket work among team members. The main feature is its deep integration with email, the fact that we can make customers interact with our team simply by responding to an email is the simplest feature that makes everything work..... It is quick to get to your continuous daily tasks like creating and updating tickets, it is easy to generate reports and summaries. It works well for Agile and SCRUM, or just to track states if you prefer.....documentation of schedules, dates, details ... flexibility in the transfer of tickets ... connections to Slack. What do you dislike?
Some features require additional clicks to arrive, but the TickD team has been very responsive to make things easier to use.. The team is great. Super receptive and tenacious.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?
I like that it is easy to use and that it has integration functions to finish the projects on time, with a free version that has very good functions to do all the work as if you were really paying for this software. Personally, I love that you can add external users and receive email notifications. We manage our projects without having to do a training to learn how to use the software, because anyone with basic computer skills does it without problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike?
The only disadvantage that I have seen in Tickd is that it cannot be integrated with the calendar, I don't like that and the developers of this software should solve it immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

What do you dislike?

What do you like best?
I like how easy and quick it is to upload media files that contain tasks into the system for discussion purposes.One can set milestones,due dates using Gantt chart.Easy to use with an intuitive dashboard to track progress of tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?
It is easy and fast to create tasks and assign them to team memebers and set up due dates.Priotizing tasks is effective for management of projects.Team memebers can assess the to do list and see which projects need to be completed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?
Easy to use and easy to learn. It had all the features we needed. Tickd allowed my team to manage multiple products/teams from one place. It allowed communication on specific user stories amongst the team. We were easily able to track and manage our workflow and backlog within specific releases. We also really liked the color coded priority levels which let us easily identify which tasks were urgent and which could be held off for later as needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike?
I couldn't find anything I strongly disliked about Tickd. It could probably be integrated into a few more services but it was able to handle everything I needed when I tried it. The layout was new and a little challenging for some of my teammates, but I didn't have much trouble learning how to navigate it. The one thing that would have been nice to have was automatic time tracking for time spent on tasks. There's an option to track how much time is spent on a task, but it's not done automatically. Our team hasn't had that with other project management software though so we weren't expecting it, it just would have been nice to have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?
We won't need a manual to get your team up and running.
Tickd is easy to setup and intuitive to use.and has the right amount of options for you to set up projects Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike?
Trial version was effective but when i opted for its paid version, things turned out to be worst Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

What do you like best?
I enjoy the simplicity and ease of use.
The time sheet and integration features are definitely a plus.
Clean and professional UI.
The trial gives access to all the features so you can test it without the need to pay anything.
Integrates with Slack and the most popular version control systems.
It has Email notifications and you can add external users.
For big companies the price packages are more attractive than those of the competition.

What do you dislike?
There is a time sheet for manual time tracking, however no way to automatically track a time spent on a task.
Time reports seem to be based on task age rather than time sheet data. It would be good to have time reports by ticket, project and user.
It lacks visualisation tools or integrations with such, like integration with calendar. PM boards would be useful.
