**What do you like best about KaiNexus?**

I love the look and ease of use. The customer support is top tier.They fix any issues/bugs quickly and truly listen to my enhancement requests. KaiNexus is great way to visualize the work happening within the organization as well as any metrics that we track.

**What do you dislike about KaiNexus?**

I wish I had more bandwith to implement all of the cool new features! It is difficult to stay up with the countinuous improvement and keep all users within my organization educated.

**What problems is KaiNexus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

KaiNexus helps us the most with transparency across the organization. We used to have physical idea boards that were only visible within the department, now all ideas and project work can be seen across the org.

**What do you like best about KaiNexus?**

Kainexus is a very flexible and at same time comprehensive platform that fully support Continuous Improvement even in a very complex organization. In same environment you can manage from any device data, charts, audits and their results, Problem solving, more or less structured improvements. All improvement can easily be organize in powerful boards that allow a very detailed tracking with unlimited personalization options. No mails, no more action plans in excel, anybody involved or interested is getting notification in realtime. System is very stable and customer support is always ready. It was a game-changer solution in our CI digitalization process!

**What do you dislike about KaiNexus?**

Main opportunity for improvement is a simplified process to integrate data and items with other systems and in general possibilities to be more integrated with Microsoft solutions for example.

**What problems is KaiNexus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kainexus allows us a better integration between departments/teams allowing us tu be more effective in executing our strategy. It promotes full transparency and helps to track any improvement and understand easily bottlenecks in our CI process so we can act to improve it.

**What do you like best about KaiNexus?**

We (large suburban community hospital) are a continuously improving organization with a commitment to lean and spent many years researching the right platform to harness employee involvement and creativity.  We were looking for more than a suggestion box system and we found it in KaiNexus.  Right now we use it to collect and manage employee ideas for improvement, to document Performance Improvement plans, to allow omni-directional public recognition of colleagues, and to track issues raised in our daily huddle management system.  The ecalation function allows us to elevate issues from one level of the organizatio to the next for review with a click.  Nothing gets lost or falls through the cracks.

It's incredibly useful to organizations whose functions are spread over multiple shifts or multiple locations.  Its transparency fosters collaboration and quick communication; its searchablility supports organizational learning.

**What do you dislike about KaiNexus?**

There is so much potential functionality that a larger organization will need to build on it carefully and invest in training to help users through the learning curve.

**What problems is KaiNexus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rapid problem solving in a complex organization.
Harnessing the minds and ideas of every employee.
Recognizing good catches and people who go above and beyond.

**What do you like best about KaiNexus?**

It's multipurpose. It allows us to manage ideas system as well as regular projects, A3 projects, etc. Has decent report capabilities.

**What do you dislike about KaiNexus?**

Certain bugs that we reported can take a long time to fix (e.g.,  cycle time report is incorrect and has been that way for over 6 months)

Report options are fixed and doesn't allow for the kind of flexibility we need in terms of formating and allowing API to link to report results. 

Report graphs options are limited. Would be nice if it integrates with Tableau where data can be directly inputed into Tableau.

Have to rely too much on KN CSM and SE to do some tasks. Wish they can allower client admin to do more.
 
API features is not very robust. currently have to use work arounds. 

Software doesn't allow user to code additional features. There was a simulation software I used before that allows user to code in Java along side their basic standard functions.

Role settings for what the end user can and can't do should be expanded (e.g.,  can / can't archive idea team).

Notification, as admin, we get notified of other people's activite that is not related to us at all which just clutters the notification box.

**What problems is KaiNexus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

allows everyone to see everyone's information (as per permission). Ideas used to be on paper and now, it's easy to see other people's ideas and tabulate results across entities for reporting.

**What do you like best about KaiNexus?**

We brought Kainexus in at a previous employer as part of our plan to pull all of our CI activity into a single platform that could be used by in person and remote employees. A year ago I changed employers and one of my first calls after making the decision was to Kainexus to let them know I would want to have conversations about bringing it in to my new employer. Today Kainexus is central to how we spread continuous improvement. We have two primary use cases. The first is daily improvement, or Kaizen. For Kaizen we have users interact directly with Kainexus to capture the problems they are working on, the countermeasures they implement and the value captured by the improvement. Our second use case is A3's. In this use case teams utilize Kainexus to house their A3's along with their supporting documentation and a central place to capture the value of the A3 work. Kainexus is our central repository for being abel to tell the story of continuous improvement. It is accessed and utilized by all layers in the organization. They have been reat partners in helping use build out unique use cases that work in our business.

**What do you dislike about KaiNexus?**

Some things are less than intuitive but easy to learn once you have the exposure. They also are at their heart, CI professionals, so they are constantly improving their product.

**What problems is KaiNexus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kainexus is our central hub for continuous improvement work being performed across the company. it is also our central repository for data and helps us tell our story about CI across the company.

**What do you like best about KaiNexus?**

KaiNexus allows me to stay on top of all the areas I'm responsible for.  I can transparently see the progress and work on all items quickly.  It allows the entire team to be updated.  Outcomes are easily visible and understandable.

**What do you dislike about KaiNexus?**

I wish that there was a small hospital pricing.  It's hard to allocate dollars for a platform yearly in a very small hospital.

**What problems is KaiNexus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managers are able to handle all quality and lean data and workflows in the system.  Various workflows that are dependent on duedates - this system helps with overdue or "check-in" items with ease.

This has considerably cut down my time looking into muliple locations to gather all hospital data for our Quality program.  Dashboards populate automatically and can be updated and changed quickly.

Very customizable and robust program but flexible enough to suit our rapid growing organization.

Topnotch customer service.  Very responsive and will always find a way to assist.

A1 organization from the top-down and from the very beginning to now that I haven't encountered anything that I dislike so far.

Eliminating process wastes leading to increase production with better quality and in lesser time.

**What do you like best about KaiNexus?**

They are creative, skilled and adaptable. Their platform is excellent. They value strong client relationships. Alot of the Kainexus business is done through referrals from satisfied customers (hence my comments here!)

**What do you dislike about KaiNexus?**

That we didn't meet sooner :-).  Sorry not an easy question to answer... maybe its because we are in the honeymoon period but Kainexus have been brilliant.

**What problems is KaiNexus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used KaiNexus for strategy deployment via a tiered meeting structure where we manage communication and alignment for our KPIs and Projects. we also use the platform for team based recognitions and action planning using the 3C's model Concern, Cause, Countermeasure.

**What do you like best about KaiNexus?**

KaiNexus' focus on customer service is amazing.   They take the time to get to know you and what you are trying to accomplish with their system.  They then customize the interface to meet your needs as you work to impact or establish a culture of continuous improvement in your organization.  They are very responsive to change requests, in most cases they are updating the system as you are talking on the phone.   This is truly a continuous improvement focused company that also makes great software.

**What do you dislike about KaiNexus?**

KaiNexus is focused on Continuous Improvement.  Which means they are constantly improving and making enhancements to their software.  The have a strong change management communication strategy, but as a user it is hard to stay on top of all the cool things they are doing with a busy schedule.

**What problems is KaiNexus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We initially used KaiNexus to get away from Spreadsheets.  Today we leverage the data we are able to gather in the system as we execute projects for reporting to all levels of leadership.  This has helped our team capture data more easily allowing me to change my focus on gathering data and reporting to spending more time on strategy development.

**What do you like best about KaiNexus?**

The customization that I can do is great. It allows me to build the platform to display what a user needs where they need it allowing such filters as the user, location, and furthermore filter the display on any display factors desired.

The support is incredible. They are easy to schedule support sessions with and they are done using remote sessions where either of us can share screens and resolve any questions or concerns we may have. 

They work with us to see if there are other opportunities to get more out of the tool and not to make more money. It isn't about upselling. It is about making the most of what we have.

**What do you dislike about KaiNexus?**

There are lots of customizations I can do as an admin, but there are a few I need to go to our customer support agent for. Wish I had a little more access.

I am looking forward to customizable text which is coming soon allowing bulleting, bolding, etc.

**What problems is KaiNexus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organization of projects and tasks in general. Users have the ability to submit ideas that can be converted to work, evaluated and ranked, assigned, tracked, and completed to document changes.

We are using it to manage our Tactical Book of Work and align it to our strategic imperatives and goals. This allows us to see the big picture or the intricate details.

With this tool, we are able to report our progress and see what kind of impacts our staff are producing.

Kainexus is intuitive to use and has an excellent support team who are very responsive and helpful with getting the most out of the product

some parts of the system can be a little clunky to use such as milestone approvals but the constant improvements and updates to the system are sure to address this in time.

Kainexus is the central activity hub in our business for capturing and monitoring assigned tasks and actions. The flexibility of the system allows us to use it for managing customer complaints, quality assurance, production metrics, health and safety and more.
