I like the simplicity of the concept. Not overloaded with too many bells and whistles but to the point and flexible enough to find your own way to maxise productivity.

You have to be realistic that it's not yet a fully fledged end product. Sometimes bugs appear or performace wasn't great at the start. I have used various popular ones, from Todoist to Microsoft.

BeforeSunset offers unique features, such as the ability to allocate time for a task and start a timer. Additionally, there is no learning curve to use this simple, user-friendly AI tool.

Utilizing AI to manage tasks and create appropriate subtasks can be vital, especially for large projects that can sometimes be overwhelming.

The tool even allows for breaks, and viewing analytics can help streamline our workflow in the future.

I used Teamlogger, which has privacy concerns and can offer a suboptimal user experience. The primary advantage of BeforeSunset is the ability to set timers for tasks, allowing me to later track the actual hours for which I worked. BeforeSunset AI is an exciting concept that allows me to plan my day with the help of an AI. I can just add and customize the tasks which also allows me to set timers to each tasks seperately. There are also numerous options such as to "Finish an exisiting day" and "Take a break". BeforeSunset AI is really a life safer with advanced options that a typical calendar lacks. The intergeration of AI in calendar seamlessly helps in planning day to day tasks with ease. "Just what I needed to plan my day"

What do you like best about BeforeSunset AI?

I’ve found BeforeSunset AI as I was searching for an easy way to plan my day. Its plan your day with AI function really captured my attention. I can say that it has become a staple in my daily routine.

At first, I was only using it to plan my to do’s and let AI plan my day, but as I used it more and more I started taking advantage of its other features such as creating sub-tasks, color coding my tasks and adding tags.

Planning my day has always been a hassle for me so when the AI does it for me it takes a lot off my plate. I can focus on what I’m going to do rather than when I’m going to do it. "A great way to stay organized"

What do you like best about BeforeSunset AI?

The application is super easy to get organised in a few clicks.

It's straightforward: create a task list, define the estimated time, and finally click on "Plan my day" and voilà.

If necessary, small tasks can be created to be more precise. It's no brain and efficient.

"A life saver for someone with ADHD"

What do you like best about BeforeSunset AI?

People out there with ADHD know, that planning is such a hassle but not planning leads to chaos and nothing gets done. I don’t like planning but not as much as I hate this cycle. As I was looking for an ADHD planner I came across BeforeSunset AI and it changed the way I plan forever. All I have to do is write down what I need to do.
