It's a forecast I've never seen anywhere else, and is already the yardstick by which I judge all other systems like it. **What do you dislike about Screenful?** I can only call it an "embarrassment of riches," but there are a vast array of dashboards and reports that we'll just never use. Other organizations probably do, but for our purposes there are just a select few that we've settled on. **Recommendations to others considering Screenful:** Yes, make this questionnaire a lot shorter next time **What problems is Screenful solving and how is that benefiting you?** Among several, the most significant problem we've solved with Screenful is how we report up the chain of command. Previously, our launch date estimates weren't much more than an educated guess, but now that Screenful is measuring our velocity against the sprint points left in the project and that forecast only takes as long as the page takes to load, we spend a fraction of the time we used to invest in putting together weekly reports. ### 12. The team is passionate and spent a large amount of one on one time with me to ensure that we knew how to best utilize their product in a way that served our interests best. **What do you dislike about Screenful?** While there are no significant features that we dislike, it is an investment. The product/service is objectively expensive for a 3rd party integration (nearly the cost of our monthly Monday.com subscription). Additionally, we are limited to 30 data sources at our price point, which limits our ability to capture all of our data (we have over 100 data sources), but I currently can not justify additional expenditure. Screenful has delivered more than we look for in a very easy to understand and evaluate. It is very easy to configure and you can just start with very simple a few settings. After starting up we got more metrics than we expect by observing more details and insights we look for. **What do you dislike about Screenful?** There is nothing we dislike so far- technology is created for easy to use and configure which we were looking for. One thing they might need to improve is browsing between the reports , it can be more easy . **Recommendations to others considering Screenful:** If you are looking for a very fast start and easy to use reporting (we used it for Trello) this is the software you shall seriously consider. **What problems is Screenful solving and how is that benefiting you?** We need to evaluate team performance in a granular way for Trello so this helps us forming the best reporting structure.
