We came across Planit and have been very satisfied. What we particularly like about Planit is the visual representation as a year wheel, while also being able to easily switch between list view and table format. It gives us a good overview of both the year, month, and even several years ahead. As a sports team, we need an overview both at an overarching level and for each individual team, and Planit meets these needs in an excellent way. The entire system is very intuitive and user-friendly, and it is easy to export information and work together with the team. For us, Planit has been an important tool in organizing the handball season, and we gladly recommend it to other sports teams. **What do you dislike about PlanIt?** There is nothing we dislike about Planit – it meets all our needs in an excellent way. **What problems is PlanIt solving and how is that benefiting you?** PlanIt solves the need for a simple and visual solution to organize our annual calendar. As a sports team with multiple squads, we need both an overall overview and details per team. PlanIt makes it possible for us to have everything gathered in one place, with the ability to switch between different views such as list, table, and annual calendar. This makes planning more clear and efficient, saving us time and making collaboration easier. ### 4. The calendar layout is clean and easy to navigate, making it simple to organize my schedule at a glance. The customization options for reminders and event categories allow me to tailor the calendar exactly to my needs. Overall, PlanIt has significantly improved my productivity by keeping all my appointments and tasks in one well-designed platform. **What do you dislike about PlanIt?** What I dislike about PlanIt is that the mobile version could be more responsive. Sometimes, certain features, like dragging and dropping events, are a bit clunky on smaller screens. **What problems is PlanIt solving and how is that benefiting you?** PlanIt is solving our organizational challenges by providing a centralized calendar that makes coordinating across our multiple youth associations in Germany much easier. As a non-profit organization, we rely heavily on efficient communication and scheduling, and PlanIt allows us to manage events, meetings, and activities seamlessly. I have a quick preview of upcoming events, activities, and tasks, making it easier for me to manage long-term goals. Direct integration with Microsoft Teams makes it easy to manage all the work for my team in one place. **What do you dislike about PlanIt?** PlanIt does not integrate with these other calendars, so it offers no way for me to double-check deadlines other than to switch between applications. The main disadvantage of PlanIt is that it does not synchronize with other calendars. **What problems is PlanIt solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am able to provide the connection between tactical planning and specific implementation. I consider the visual calendar helpful inasmuch as it illustrates how specific activities fit within yearly objectives. There is no integration with an external calendar. ### 7. It sits in a team and is added as a tab, so you don't have to open multiple tools or website or so on, to get things done. Feels very easy, as we spend already most of our time in Teams! We use it to make the company's annual planning (activities that can be of interest for the whole company) but also, in my case, we use for the sales and marketing team, to plan out campaigns, marketing activities, events we will attend etc. I like that we can view the year as a wheel, but also as a table, which is perhaps a more familiar view. We use it to check the status of all the overlapping activities during our weekly status meetings and it has given us more structure and a place where to go to find information! **What do you dislike about PlanIt?** The set up process is not straightforward, but I know that they are working on it to improve it. Also, before starting you have to create categories, otherwise you can't put it any other content. But that is not a big deal, and it might have also changed by now. **What problems is PlanIt solving and how is that benefiting you?** It gives us a visual overview in multiple formats (wheel, table, list) of everything in our company or department, helping us have and retain control over what's going on! ### 9. Offer a chat-based interface as an alternative to the traditional user interface. **What problems is PlanIt solving and how is that benefiting you?** Get an overall overview of activities that are planned in the business. We have previously used various tools that are perceived as cumbersome to maintain. It has also been a challenge to get an overall overview. ### 11.
