We at Moelven IL Handball were looking for a solution for a year wheel that was easy to use, visual, and cost-effective, as we, as a sports team, have limited funds. We came across Planit and have been very satisfied.

What we particularly like about Planit is the visual representation as a year wheel, while also being able to easily switch between list view and table format. It gives us a good overview of both the year, month, and even several years ahead. As a sports team, we need an overview both at an overarching level and for each individual team, and Planit meets these needs in an excellent way.

The entire system is very intuitive and user-friendly, and it is easy to export information and work together with the team. For us, Planit has been an important tool in organizing the handball season, and we gladly recommend it to other sports teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about PlanIt is its intuitive and user-friendly interface. The calendar layout is clean and easy to navigate, making it simple to organize my schedule at a glance. What I dislike about PlanIt is that the mobile version could be more responsive. Sometimes, certain features, like dragging and dropping events, are a bit clunky on smaller screens. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love using PlanIt and their circular calendar is perfect for viewing the entire year on one circle. I have a quick preview of upcoming events, activities, and tasks, making it easier for me to manage long-term goals. I like that PlanIt is very versatile planning tool that once installed, is like a part of Teams that you were missing! It sits in a team and is added as a tab, so you don't have to open multiple tools or website or so on, to get things done. Feels very easy, as we spend already most of our time in Teams! We use it to make the company's annual planning (activities that can be of interest for the whole company) but also, in my case, we use for the sales and marketing team, to plan out campaigns, marketing activities, events we will attend etc. I like that we can view the year as a wheel, but also as a table, which is perhaps a more familiar view. We use it to check the status of all the overlapping activities during our weekly status meetings and it has given us more structure and a place where to go to find information! The set up process is not straightforward, but I know that they are working on it to improve it. Also, before starting you have to create categories, otherwise you can't put it any other content. I like the excellent overview by year, and the integration with Microsoft Teams, where you can plan separately for each channel and see it all together in the General channel.
