Also, with Epics, it would be really helpful to create an Epic that includes multiple Stories without having to work through the Stories in a specific order. However we were still managing information on several platforms. A backlog in Excel, sprint items in a planner, documentation in Sharepoint. It was very suboptimal. This product is amazing. It is simple to use, while still offering customization and flexibility of JIRA. It isn't overly complex to manage like JIRA with admin panels on top of admin panels. It was really quick to setup and build cards, projects, epics, and releases. We use it daily as our main form of Sprint tracking. **What do you dislike about Zoho Sprints?** There are a few UX choices that are hard to get past such as navigating through stories and tickets. It feels a bit clunky to click through and then return to the original story. **What problems is Zoho Sprints solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sprints solved the problem of over complexity with JIRA and TOO simple with Trello. It also maintains the good flow JIRA has with its scrum boards. It's simple to maintain which is great as I can't afford to spend to much time on the board. ### 16. It has all the tools that we need, we can creating and customizing project and sprint is easy, and the board is excellent. Creating, assigning, and managing ticket is very effective, all the users on my project has been able to learn it very easily. The user management features are also very good you can define user roles and is very customizable. And reports and dashboard gives me all the information is a visual and easy charts. Plus we get all the basic features a user need with priorities, assigning items to multiple users, track working hours, add files, attach/commit codes, update checklist. **What do you dislike about Zoho Sprints?** I have had no major issue with the tool, it has worked very well and support is also good, there are few minor things that I want, like the ability to duplicate an ticket is someting I wish they would add. Apart from the board, the general user interface is not as polished and intuitive as some other similar tools like Jira. **What problems is Zoho Sprints solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zoho has all the features we need for a sptint project management, like user and role management, sufficient options for sprints, excellent board and tickets, proper reports and work logs, options to create PRs and more. ### 40. When you feel hard to survive while handling hectic pressure on project development, we can use this tool to bring everything into a clear picture and can have transparency between your project development and the project owners. Even if they want to modify any task while it is being developed you can easily do it. Handling multiple projects and understanding their development status will be very easy to find out. **What do you dislike about Zoho Sprints?** It has all the features but is a bit hard to understand if the user is not familiar with the agile scrum methodology. I felt an easy hand on using a task management and timely delivery. Creating cards, assigning them, creating epics, sprints, managing the backlog, and swim lanes. The standard stuff. It also has a bunch of reports that you can view. **What do you dislike about Zoho Sprints?** The way Zoho thinks of Projects, Sprints and Desk tickets is simply confusing and feels very convulated. You would expect a far better workflow among these modules. One of the main reasons to use any zoho product, is the collective advantage as a suite of tools. Zoho flow is quite broken, and simple automation, like moving tickets from desk into issues, is unreliable and fails often. This is an area Zoho needs to improve on. **What problems is Zoho Sprints solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps us track bugs, create issues and manage our dev sprints. We have also attempted to us it for our customer success team, but it wasn't too successful due to the repetitive nature of certain tasks. It has an easy interface, easier than Jira and that was it for us. Most importantly we like that it has checklist available for each story and hence we can add tips and guides to each story for our developers which they can verify and check before they start the story. **What do you dislike about Zoho Sprints?** We couldn't find anything to gauge that who on the team is free and when.
