Very easy to use and easy to assign names to the numbers.  I use it every weekday at work and it is a valuable tool.

The only thing I don't like is sometimes new messages don't show up immediately, even when you refresh the page.

I don't always have time to answer the phone, so it is helpful to return messages when I have a minute.

**What do you like best about Text Request?**

Concise communication to employees, especially about frequent updates and/or staff-wide announcements, has been made much easier using mass texting and templates. Integrating the Chrome extension into daily use also ensures that we can utilize texting directly from an employee or client's profile. This is a daily tool that we use every for 24-hour notice and communication and it's improved communication times.

**What do you dislike about Text Request?**

TR is a far better tool than what we previously used in all regards except the fact that our previous system had a desktop option, independent of browser. I greatly wish that TR had the same integration for that.

**What problems is Text Request solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contact to rural areas, immediate coverage/support messages, and change of schedule messages are much easier via Text Request than email when we are unable to reach our clients or employees by phone

It allows me to streamline communication with our customers and saves me valuable time.

I don't care for the fact that it does not have interfacing with the other applications I use daily.  Dispatch and Angi Leads/Ads.  It's a little tedious to have to refer to a third party system of sorts.

Eliminates necessity of repeated phone calls to customers.

Main functions are very easy to understand and use. Easy to schedule texts and use templates. I like the chrome extension utilization which allows clicking an icon to compose a text.

**What do you dislike about Text Request?**

Creating a group is a bit cumbersome and takes much longer than other platforms I've used. Cost is significantly higher than previous vendor.

**What problems is Text Request solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Text Request to confirm reservations for each trip we have scheduled. We use an API to generate these texts automatically, then have a team member manage the responses and follow up with the guest as needed.

I have been using text request at work for almost a year now and I would say it is very easy to use.  The message gets to be sent really quick and I can easily see the senders messages. There is also templates that can be made beforehand and it saves me a lot of time especially if im sending the same thing to different people.

I hope they can have a feature where you can send messages in multiple recipient individually.

Our on-air DJʻs can converse with listeners via text in real time without using their personal phone.

**What do you dislike about Text Request?**

We have yet to find a downside of using Text Request.

Each of our radio stations has a landline that listeners can call for song requests, lost and found, shout-outs etc. Now the listeners can also text to this same number.

**What do you like best about Text Request?**

I enjoy using Text Request because it is an efficaint way that our business can utilize this tool to communicate with our clients, even if it is during a busy workday. We are able to reach out to clients to check how their pet is doing after their visit and we are notified through Text Request when our clients text us that they are here for their appointment. It is a great way for us to stay on top of our schedule.

**What do you dislike about Text Request?**

The only thing that I dislike is sometimes the layout is a little unorganized to me, I have switched the layout to seeing the newest first and that helps but still seems slightly disorganized to me.

**What problems is Text Request solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Very quick and efficient way for us to communicate with our clients. It is a simplw way for us to send them reminders and check how their pet is doing. I also love how we can send the payment link for the client to check out. It makes the payment process very simple.

**What do you like best about Text Request?**

I like that everyone can have a user account so we aren't all sharing just a few accounts. Text Request made it easy for us to make the switch to them. Their dashboard is user friendly. I really appreciate that there is no contract and you can change your plan month to month as needed.

**What do you dislike about Text Request?**

The biggest downside that our business has had with Text Request is the limit of 160 characters for 1 text messge. We were used to a much higher character count so it's going to be an adjustment. This will likely cause us to have to increase our package with Text Request as we will likely go over the number of alloted text messages monthly.

**What problems is Text Request solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Text Request is allowing us to text multiple clients in a very short amount of time saving us lots of time from making individual client phone calls. A lot of times texting is the preferable contact method for our clients so we like to offer that for them. It's a win-win.

It is one spot to communicate with team members.  It also leaves your personal number private and allows communication to the whole management team.

Not really anything that I do not like.  Some functionality could be improved, but I believe this might be more of a level of permissions.

It allow a direct communication from employee to manager and visa versa.  If team members need to speak with a manager they can text and all managers can see the message to answer.

Something about text request could be that it may be over whelming sometimes! Overwhelming where various messages come in at the same time, and I might lose a hot client interested in our product.

Text reuqest is solving my problems in being in touch with my customers! Some of my customers don't tend to answer my phone calls, but once they're free they'll be able to reach out through text request! We also send daily marketing messages to keep them updated on any new information about our product.

The format is nice. I like the options on how to arrange the veiw of the messages and the menu is easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Text Request?**

The alerts are not sounding every time there is a message. That's a huge issue for us as we use it ALL DAY LONG to communicate with our drivers, affiliates and passengers.  If we don't have the window as the active tab in our browser, many times, the alerts do not go off until we activate the tab in the browser. If there is a way to fix this, that would be GREAT! We need to get the alerts regardless if the tab is active or not!

It was the replacement for ZipWhip. We heavily rely on text messaging 24/7 in our business.

**What do you like best about Text Request?**

There are a lot of things that I love about Text Request! My favorite is the option to check on and off messages that need to be attended to. I also like that we can see which user sent the last message to a particular person. I've also enjoyed the automatic signiture and the message templates. I use TextRequest every day and it was easy to get started with and train others to do the same.

**What do you dislike about Text Request?**

I haven't run into any downsides with Text Request yet but I would like to be able to make groupchats with multiple people!

Text Request is making it so I can easily hold multiple conversations and help me not to get lost doing so.

Like the templates function, saves a lot of time.  Also like the fact that we can send attachments to customers.  Great way to keep in touch with customers! Easy to implement and integrate and really like the Chrome extension. Used daily by three different people in our office with their own account.

No downside, easy to use and great customer service.

We lovve text request for easily and quickly communicating with our clients. Our firm motto is Unreasonable Hospitality and by using text request I feel we keep our clients updated and happy!

The only downside I have found is it logs me out on the app ocassionally.

Uploading pictures to our text messages doesn't work properly.

We came over from ZipWhip and the integration was very simple.  No down time and a quick tutorial got us up and running very quickly.

How easy it is to send out messages, how it saves your contacts, the list of columns listed on one side of the screen. It notifies you immediately once you receive a message and continues to alert you until you open the text message.

**What do you dislike about Text Request?**

That you have to view everyone's messages and have to dig for yours. The fact that it doesn't not have the option to just see your own messages that you sent out or receive and makes it easy to over look a message.

We have implemented a new text program that is straightforward to use; it has excellent features like group texting and creating relevant templates.  It was easy to transition from a less comparable form to Text Request's easy-to-use format. Excellent customer support and an easily accessible user guide.

I would like to see the "search for" feature when searching for archived text messages to be open word search instead of alpha order.

We are able to stay in constant communication with our customers.
Now our customers are able to get answers to quick questions in place of leaving a voicemail and waiting for an unreasonable amount of time for a response.

**What do you like best about Text Request?**

We use text request to help confirm appointments for a small dental practice. We had to make a switch after our previous software announced its upcoming shutdown. The cost was very comprable to what we were using before and much less expensive to any other company I could find. Integration was fairly quick and customer support has always been very responsive. I use this every day at work, and it saves me so much time. We are only a couple of months in, but I look forward to using the features not offered by our previous software like scheduled confirmations, and pay by text.

**What do you dislike about Text Request?**

The only downside I have is that when signing up for Text Request, I was told we would be down for 1-3 hours. We signed up for the HIPAA compliant service which takes up to 2 weeks to get up and running. When signing up for the service, no one told us that, which caused some major issues on my end. Customer support was extremely responsive and very helpful with getting us back up and running ASAP.

Text Request helps us contact our patients to confirm and reschedule appointments. They are also able to ask questions and get messages to the team

One thing I do not like about text request is that it cannot be used with our clients who do not do things like text and email. It makes it much faster but our "old fashioned" clients do not use it as much.

It helps customers reach us easier and faster than calls allow. It also helps us respond faster if we are busy or can't spend a long time on the phone. I also like that we can have multiple users on the account, so that if one worker is busy someone else can help the customer.

You have to click the box to mark it as read which can be annoying if you already opened the chat to read it. Also if you haven't refreshed the page, it will show numerous "conversations" when it's really just the person's replies.

Text Request helps us reach customers who avoid phone calls but are slow to respond to emails. Texts are quick and convenient for the most part. A lot of customers have mentioned how convenient it is to text us and how they love various components to Text Request!
