What I like best about Text Request is that as an agency, we can plan ahead and send mass text messages in order to create engagement with our customers. We've been using this landline texting service for our garage door business, and it's been fantastic! It makes communication with our customers so much easier and more efficient. We can quickly send updates, schedule appointments, and answer any questions they have. It's definitely a game-changer for our operations. What do you like best about Text Request?

What is most helpful is the ability to create a new contact easily. As this is a messaging-only application, the interface provides easy accessibility to all its features. The abilty to easily add and archive new and old contacts is also very convinient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
