**What do you like best about Text Request?**

We used google voice for years, and we should have switched long ago.  Very easy transition. Single number for voice and text. Easy interface.  They are quick to answer your questions.

**What do you dislike about Text Request?**

My preference is to have all of the texts in one screen.  I don't know if that's possible, but right now I don't see them unless I click on them.

Contacting and responding to multiple employees by multiple employees.

I love that you can set the notification frequency to repeat and that we have our own profile pictures so customers can see who they are conversing with.

I wish we had seperate dashboards within our company so only my conversations were visible to me if that is what I opted for.

Helping me keep mypersonal cell phone seperate from work phone calls as much as possible. This keeps customers from calling or texting my cell phone after business hours.

**What do you like best about Text Request?**

None that I can see, it seems like a very antiquated program, not very viable for business use. I would not reccomend this to anyone I have ever met.

**What do you dislike about Text Request?**

Almost EVERY text gets flagged as spam unless you use very specific words, for example, we are a loan company and we cant use the word "loan" in our texts. The character limit is rediculous at 160, our old one was at least 250. Its very hard to send pictures via text and everything else seems way too complicated for just trying to communicate via text. Microsoft messager was a better way to communicate and its 30 years old.

This program has done nothing but bring on problems and greatly increase frustration. Did the developer ever have to text potential clients?

**What do you like best about Text Request?**

Overall the interface is intuitive and easier to use than some of the other text messaging software our company has used in the past. It looks clean and modern and the ease of implementation couldn't have been any easier. Customer support has been farily responsive as well with any questions we have had. We use it every day to communicate with members of our organization.

**What do you dislike about Text Request?**

There isn't much to dislike, to be honest. The only 2 things that come to mind is when you need to update a contact group (adding or removing a new contact) it is a bit cumbersome. Having said that, it is still easy enough to navigate. Also, there isn't a way to show messages in a text thread for group mesasges. Each group message is shown individually and in a grid -like fashion and you have to click the message to read everything.

For a realtively inexpensive price tag, Text Request allows us to communicate with our employees at various locations giving them instant necessary updates on a variety of things.

It is a very user friendly application, my company cannot run without it! We use it daily to talk with our nurses and the mass texting option really helps!

Sometimes I;ve gotten errors  but they go away pretty quickly

I love how structured the messages are when they come in. They do not go to the bottom when they are left unread. There are several settings you can change to see different views of the messages. I love having options to log in from my computer or my phone! Great application!

Text request saves your clients as contacts already making the system easy to use. A who new form of contact customers and customer support, making it easier for us. Signing up and set up was easy and we use it everyday in office. Integrating it into our everyday office use was very easy.

What do I like best about Text Request is that I can reach to my employees without them having access to my personal cell phone number. I also like how the text conversations can be downloaded as well as the layout when you download conversations.

We have not encountered any use issues that would cause us to dislike this product yet.

We use Text Request to send notifications to employees of changing site conditions on construction sites. For example, if the site is experieincing  a rain event, all employees are notified in a single text that work will be cacelled for the day due to rain conditions.

**What do you like best about Text Request?**

Customers much prefer texting to phone calls these days.  We use it when we can't reach a customer for appointment confirmations, consultation requests, installation confirmations, general customer service issues and on and on.  We have several templates saved that we use all day long.  Don't know how a modern day business runs without a service like this.  Customer Support is awesome, so easy to reach someone if you need them.  The whole system is easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Text Request?**

Wish you could enter name and phone number all at once (where the customer's name shows up on the text messages).  Right now we have to go back in to the message after it is typed and add the customer name in right before the phone number making this a two part process.  It isn't hard, just requires one more step.

Being able to communicate with customer easily and have proof of confirmations, etc.

I love that it is quick, easily accessible, and provides a way for our patients to communicate directly to our office. We find that our communications are quicker and more precise with text request versus over the telephone. Plus, there's a paper trail for all of our own office's documentation.

I wish there was an easier way to find people on text request. It is difficult to look up via telephone when it is not readily available in our documents.

It is allowing us to send messages between our offices and patients and serves a versatile set of purposes. We can have patients send information to us when needed, can communicate appointment information, and give patients important updated regarding their dermatological care.

It's simple to use and my end contacts may interact with me from anywhere in the world. This makes my job easier.

It requires manually indexing contacts. The tool should extract the contact name from the first message sent to a new contact and propose it to the user for confirmation. The company name is difficult for me to recall.

I like there is an app, you can send emoji's and pics! I also like that anyone who sends a text shows from a number so someone can fill in for me as long as they don't have a signature set up.

It would be cool to have an internal chat option so I can send to employees who work here instead of just customers. Like Teams or Lark. Just another section to be able to message my co-workers.

**What do you like best about Text Request?**

Text Request is intuitive. I don't have to contact support to find what I am looking for and I can generally figure it out on my own. It is very user friendly. When I do need to contact support, they are quick to respond and help us. When we signed up, they even offered training to everyone that would be using it. It was seamless to switch from our old platform to Text Request for our customers as well.

**What do you dislike about Text Request?**

We only use the desktop app and there isn't an easy keyboard shortcut to send messages (like enter). I have it running in the background while I am working, but it doesn't always chime to tell me I have received a message. There also isn't a badge that shows up anywhere to show me that I have a message that needs attention. This means I have to periodically, consciously check for messages that we get frequently from our customers during the day.

Text Request is helping us keep up with the communication preferences of our customers. Many people prefer to text for quick notifications than talk on the phone. This helps us provide an enhanced customer experience.

Text Request has truly made our communication within clients so much easier, especially with having multiple practices that have to access the text chains to provide customer support. It has changed communicating with clients and booking protocols for the better and was an extremely easy service to integrate into our company, I don't know how we kept track and were efficient before!

I haven't experienced any downsides to be totally honest.

**What problems is Text Request solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Text Request has eliminated a lot of communication issues we used to have between our multiple locations. We used to have to pass around an Iphone from location to location in order to even text with patients which was a huge hassle. Since integrating Text Request, we have been able to be much more efficient with booking, confirming appointments, and answering questions! It has made running the front desk of a spa much easier and I don't know how we would run without it now.

**What do you like best about Text Request?**

We started with TextRequest because Zip-Whip is reaching it's end-of-life.  This is a much better system.  We can set out of office texts to automatically send.  We can set templates so the client's name automatically appears.  It is much easier to use and easier to send notices.  The integration was a snap and the implementation was easy.   We use it multiple times during the day and TextRequest is much easier to use.  

Customer support is better as well, when you text or email a question, customer support gets right back to you.

**What do you dislike about Text Request?**

The icon doesn't change in anyway when you have messages waiting.  If you don't see the initial notification you have no way to know messages are holding.  Zip-whip had a number appear on the icon when you had messages waiting.

Its easier to use than Zip-Whip was.

The overall layout of text request is easy to read, with easily storable templates and contacts.

Is it a bit difficult to find certain contacts when sending a message. Also sometimes the texts seem to jumble unless you use certain filters and settings.

Text request is helping us easily communicate with our customers and drivers, and has helped us make an easy and smooth transition from Zipwhip software since that has shut down.

The cost is much higher than what we have had to use in the past, and I wish I could simply print a conversation... rather than having to save the PDF and then prin it.

The simplicity, ease of use, no training needed to use platform - it was very easy to implement in our veterinary hospital, especially with all the customer support provided by the onboarding team.  We use it daily, multiple times a day and even downloaded the Google Chrome attachment for further integration with our software.

We had an issue previously with another company with texts getting lost with all of the users communicating on the app. This is no longer an issue as the search feature on text request is more advanced and we can easily and quickly find missing texts. The concept was great, in that one could contact clients etc through an online dashboard and have everything all in one place. Overall it was an easy software to use and easy to set up and add additional dashboards.

Customer service was lacking and not proactive in fixing issues affecting the service. No initiation was done on their part to resolve issue. Billing terms were not clear and once they realized we wanted to stop services, the customer service was even more sparse.

I like that it is very similiar to Zip Whip, which is an app that we have used for a few years at my office. I like that is is very user friendly. I love that I can choose how often I want to be reminded of a new message. We use it often at my office so it is very helpful tool to have.

I do wish the layout was more similiar to Zip Whip. I have to set it to new message 1st. But then later it will change back to the default layout and I have to change it again.

I really enjoy using Text Request to reach out to patients. As a billing specialist, I find it hard to communicate with clients, especially during the day. TextRequest makes it fast and easy, and who doesn't text these days? We have gotten a huge uptick in client response because of the text software. My favorite part is that TextRequest lets you know if your message was sent or seen-- no worrying about your text entering the nebulous void here! I use the software nearly every day in my job, it has made this so much easier for me! It was easy to get me added on as a user and once my manager added me, it was even easier to get set up and texting. I really do appreciate TextRequest.

Sometimes I accidentally click on the auto-populated name that comes up when I type in a client's number and it gives me a heart attack because I'm nervous about texting the wrong person, but to this day I haven't! (yet!)

I really like that everyone on our staff is able to see the communication/text threads with each individual. Whether we are communicating with current students or potentital students, we are saving so much time by not repeating information to people. I like that conversations are easily searchable. Text request is the main form of communication we use to reach our prospective and current students. Many people will not pick up the phone if they don't recognize the number that is calling them. But just about everyone responds to text messages. We use it all day, every day!

**What do you dislike about Text Request?**

I do wish there was a way we could determine if they read/saw the message for those rare instances when we do not receive a reply back.

**What problems is Text Request solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting responses from students/potential students, and quickly. People do not answer phone numbers they don't know and they rarely check their voicemails anymore, either. Text Request has literally re-opened the lines of communication that traditional phone calls had started to close.

I like being able to send out and recieve texts to our agency's landline phone number.  We have only been using it a short time, but so far I feel that it is going to assist us in keeping in contact with more clients without having to use our personal numbers.

**What do you dislike about Text Request?**

So far, they only thing I do not like is that I am have to look look through everyone's text conversations.  Our agency uses only 1 phone number to keep it simple for the population we work with. This mean that when I log in, I am going to see all texts to and from that number. It would be nice to even be able to just set my account up to filter where I only see texting messages that I have created or have my specific user name on them.

**What problems is Text Request solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We may only reach out to our clients once a year which can be difficult. Some people change their phone numbers very frequently which makes this task difficult. It is awesome to have a text option from our land line phone number where we can just shoot out a message to them.  I refuse to use my personal number. My personal number is from a completely different state 12 hrs away, so no one would ever answer a call from it anyway.

I like how efficient it is to add in the contacts.  Customer Support is also very easy with the text feature and was quick to reply.  Our office uses it daily, and it is very easy to get used to.  We switched from another text service we used for years so I was very familiar with a lot of the features.

I do not like the "read" features.  If another staff member at my firm replies to a text, I wish it would not show up as needing attention/unread in my inbox.  I also do not like the feature of in-text photos, I feel it could be easier to view and print the photos.

Concise communication to employees, especially about frequent updates and/or staff-wide announcements, has been made much easier using mass texting and templates. Integrating the Chrome extension into daily use also ensures that we can utilize texting directly from an employee or client's profile. This is a daily tool that we use every for 24-hour notice and communication and it's improved communication times.

TR is a far better tool than what we previously used in all regards except the fact that our previous system had a desktop option, independent of browser. I greatly wish that TR had the same integration for that.

Contact to rural areas, immediate coverage/support messages, and change of schedule messages are much easier via Text Request than email when we are unable to reach our clients or employees by phone
