**What do you like best about Text Request?**

I use text request daily and I have really grown to like it. I was a former ZipWhip user. I like how easy it is to send group messages. It is also very easy to create and use templates. Very user friendly!

**What do you dislike about Text Request?**

I don't like how time consuming it is to delete messages. I also think the mobile app could be better.

We used to use zipwhip, but since that is no longer a service, we needed to switch to something else. Text Request made the transition very easy and it is very user friendly.

**What do you like best about Text Request?**

Scheduling texts is extremely helpful!  We can make sure to send texts when they should go out and set reminders for clients as soon as possible instead of trying to remember when to send it.

**What do you dislike about Text Request?**

I wish we could edit contact phone numbers since people do change their numbers on occasion.  This would allow us to keep the thread all together instead of adding a new contact and creating a whole new thread.

We are able to communicate with clients at times they might not be able to communicate via phone call or email.  We are also able to reach a larger number of people with a simple text if we need to get information out quickly instead of making hundreds of calls.

Relatively easy to use, fairly intuitive design, customers respond to texting well.

Can't turn off the notification sound without marking the message as read. Would love to be able to mark messages so I can come back and reply later without having to hear that I have a message every few seconds.

It is very convenient to just shoot my client a quick text instead of calling them when they are unlikely going to pick up the phone anyway. Most people today perfer doing things over text/email anyway.

Sometimes, when I compose a new message, it shows the contact twice and conversations won's auto refresh so you need to exit and enter to see sent message

Text Request was simple to use!  I could pull numbers from my list or import them in. It's been the most user friendly tool we've used!

The only thing I could think of is texts being sent as multipe instead of just one.  But I don't know if that is in your control.

We used it for marketing, confirmations and IT support.  The fact that clients could text us back on Text Request was awesome!

I like that you can access the contacts number from the app.  Customer support has been awesome!   I had a few questions soon after implementation and I received answers very quickly.

The ability to sort and filter made this very easy to use. Also the quick compose message feature is super  convenient. Definately recommend other businesses to use this.

It is conveinent and quick and easy to reply.

I would like it to show the phone number of the client when we hover over the client name of visa versa. I also do not like the fact that I have to get the email confirmation for everyone at my firm. I only want to see confirmation for the emails that I send.

I like the extenstion the best! How you dont just have to be on one certain screen to text. You can hover over any number and it will allow you to text right there.

That we cant move messages out of the conversation section without archiving them and losing their contact information that we have previously saved. I would like to see a blank conversations screen every day and have other messages moved to a folder but it keeps all information saved.

It is very helpful to have the color coding of white vs. gray texts to see what texts need to take action.

**What do you dislike about Text Request?**

The different views:classic, condensed and combined don't seem consistent. For example, the message that is on the top of the list for condensed and combined is not in those two views. I am still getting used to understanding what message will show up in what view, as i want to make sure I don't miss any messages. Also, it is unreasonable that an emoji is 90 characters, over half the text limit of one text.

It is allowing us to quickly and efficiently coordinate scheduling changes with clients. It saves time because phone calls take longer.

It is easy to use.  It is shared by everyone.  Easy to view, different layouts.  You can add contacts and file uploads.  Various documents and pictures can be printed.  You can save the files.

Needs more color coded sorting choices. Highlight the one you are reading.  Sort by different tags.

I love that the interface is very easy to navigate and that support is only ever just one click away!

I wish it was easier to convert from our current provider to this one by possibly integrating the two together, but it is very easy to add templates from our previous provider.

I work online and the best thing about Text Request is I don't need to screenshot important messages on my cellphone and then upload it to my computer. I can use the app on my desktop and screenshot it in landscape view - which is definitely amazing since I work mostly on emails!

If there are multiple people using this service in the company, there is no way to filter the messages only you have sent vs all the messages sent throughout the company.

**What do you like best about Text Request?**

I love that you can send scheduled text messages as well as group messages. When we're out of the office or there's a holiday, we can personalize our out of office message to anyone to text our main phone number.

**What do you dislike about Text Request?**

I wouldn't say that there are a lot of downfalls to Text Request. Everything has been pretty easy to use and I love the service we have. I would say that group messages cannot be individualized to the person you're sending it to. Other than that, I don't have any negatives.

We uses text request to communicate to over 100 employee's. We needed a platform that can be utilized by everyone in our office without having to trade off a cell phone when you need to send a text to an employee

We are constantly sending multiple texts due to the small character count per text message. Our last texting service did not have this issue.

Reminders of appointments, prescriptions filled and waiting pick up. notifications of rx's due to be filled.

I love that we were able to integrate both of our phone numbers and that the messages show up individually  which makes tracking easier. We did have a brief training to learn how to use it, and honestly that was all we needed.

**What do you dislike about Text Request?**

One only downside is that there are many links that you have to access instead of everything showing up on one page. When I send a group message, I can't just start typing all the names or numbers, I have to go specifically under the tab that says "group" message.

I love that I'm able to send a text message without using my personal phone. I like that it looks like a normal conversational message too, not something spammy with "Text Y for yes" type language. I love that it can come from our office phone number.

I haven't run into anything that I don't like about it yet.

It is solving the problem of getting a hold of clients via phone call or email. Text message is so quick and definitely something people tend to respond to more often.

**What do you like best about Text Request?**

Text Request allows my employees to initiate and respond to SMS messages on the same number our VoIP system uses for voice calls. We've been using it for several weeks so far, and are very happy with it. It's fast, search works well, the contact list is reasonably robust, we can see which users sent every outbound message, and push notifications on the mobile app have been reliable so far. Text Request excels at what we need in a business SMS platform, and their support is excellent.

**What do you dislike about Text Request?**

The iOS app seems to require data/internet access to function. This leads to it being slow to respond in fringe data coverage, and unusable without data. I wish it would immediately display any cached messages while attempting to refresh in the background, with an indicator to know if it is currently synced or if you're viewing a stale cache.

**What problems is Text Request solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I made the mistake of using my personal cell number when starting a small business. I used it to call and text our hundreds of customers and provide them support, and eventually I needed my employees to be able to handle some of the calls and texts, all from the same phone number. After transferring our business phone number from a cell phone to VoIP, I struggled to find a suitable SMS system. The first solution we tried had unreliable mobile push notifications, became unbearably slow after accumulating just a few day's worth of messages, and handled multiple users poorly. The next solution was marginally better. Text Request has turned out to be what I wanted from the very beginning.

After setting up service with Text Request, we cancelled one of our other SMS services we were trialing (also on our main business number), which inadvertantly caused SMS to start failing in Text Request also. Text Request support responded very quickly and was able to fix it within a few minutes, and helped us communicate with our other providers we were trialing, so it didn't happen again. I'm happy to report that Text Request's support staff is as punctual and professional as their sales staff!

User Friendly. Easy to see all important messages. Also seems to integrate well with our other programs. It is quiete helpful in getting providers connected with customers in a timely manner. We use it quite frequently to support out customers and providers. It is quite and easy progrom to implement and train. Perfect for customer support.

I love that unresolved messages are at the top. Plus the signature and you can see when someone else is typing a message. I also like that you can see the average response time for each contact.

I don't like that you have to constantly refresh the message screen to keep the unresolved messages at the top. Or that you can't adjust the width of the screnn on to have the message previous less wide and the main message wider.

I miss having a desktop version and a real mobile app that I didn't have to keep signing in to a bazillion times a day. Everytime I open the app, I have to sign in. No face recognition and it doesn't save my username password, which is a pain.

**What do you like best about Text Request?**

I like how it makes texting on a computer easy. I work with students who mainly communicate through text, so it's great to check on messages from the day before. There are also options to group contacts and send mass messages. It makes big group text so much easier! There is a signature option to put at the end of your text and templates you can save. You can attach documents and pictures. It makes communicating in a professional manner easy.

**What do you dislike about Text Request?**

I didn't like how there was no option to delete more one contact be checking them. If you want to delete mutliple contacts must do so one by one. Also, sometimes contact names don't appear when you are trying to send them a new message by searching their name. May be a glitch sometimes with certain names. Also, using the "tag" option is a bit faulty where it won't appear the names in those tag once you click on it. Overall some of their specific functions need more work on it.

It definitely helps that you can send mass messages. There are options to import contacts from an excel sheet that make importing contacts much easier. You can group the contacts during this process, which decreases time spent indiviually importing or messaging groups.
