What do you like best about Text Request?

Here are a few new things a like about Text Request -

- Able to send standalone images/PDF's

- New desktop app + browser extension makes it easier to access & is convenient.

- Also we can assign roles per account user

- Easy to sync with CRM's & quickbooks Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Text Request?

I think text request can improve with some points mentioned below -

- Pricing is not clearly listed on the website for all plans.

- mass messaging can feel limited with carrier restrictions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Text Request?

I still like the ease of use and communicating. I love that all my agents can quickly respond to any of the customers on all of our dashboards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Text Request?

They have raised prices and the variability of it is frustrating. Very hard to budget, Many other companies have flat fees. I still don't like that we can't move clients responses into columns (pipelines whatever you want to call it - for example - "working", "needs follow up" "not interested at this time" etc) and clear them off the boards when they are complete.
