They have pretty good customer service; I usually get a reply to any questions within 24 hours. It was very easy to use the ZipWhip Integration tool to move our contacts over. We receive a lot of texts every day. Every single one of those texts in every conversation goes to every user's app. Our technicians are being inundated with notifications that don't apply to them whatsoever. Not only is it annoying, but it makes it very difficult to recognize when a message needs a certain person's attention. Additionally, the type and number of features they offer are not nearly as good as their competitors. Do not let the low price fool you. Because ZipWhip was shutting down, we needed somewhere to move our messaging platform and fast. Text Request definitely sends and receives messages just fine. None that I can see, it seems like a very antiquated program, not very viable for business use. I would not reccomend this to anyone I have ever met. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Text Request? Almost EVERY text gets flagged as spam unless you use very specific words, for example, we are a loan company and we cant use the word "loan" in our texts. The character limit is rediculous at 160, our old one was at least 250. Its very hard to send pictures via text and everything else seems way too complicated for just trying to communicate via text. They demonstrated the product she was in promise does it would integrate specifically so that we can send out bills. Then it did not work in after several meetings which wasted time, they finally gave up. We never got to use the program but they kept on billing us. DON'T TRUST THEM!
