**What do you like best about Text Request?**

It is easier to get in touch with families. People tend to not answer their phones and VM's are full more often than not. This simplifies our process for making contact.

**What do you dislike about Text Request?**

This may be an option already but I am very new. It would be helpful if there was an option to view only the messages that you have sent. Not the messages of everyone using the phone line.

Making contact with families that do not answer the phones for appointments. Save time on multiple calls.

Once a patient selects to opt out by accident we have no way to opt them back in when they change their mind and do not write start.

When we text someone, there are multiple text boxes that form. It's not one message thread

Text Request has been so helpful, when we have to cancel and/or reschedule a full day of clinic it makes it much easier to create a group message and text it to all patients at the same time.

I like the search feature and the option for group texts. When we transfered from the old one to the new one, it easily carrried everything over and we were able to pick up where we left off.

Hoenstly it doesnt seem to have any downsides. Its user friendly, easy to navigate and allows us to stay in touch with everyone.

its look like IPHONE setting which is easier for me to maneuver through the app . The blue and white background is easy on the eye also and its easy to know which messages have been read also.

I don't like that its not easy to group messagelike the previous app that I was using. Other than that there is really no big adjustments i would like to make it.

**What do you like best about Text Request?**

TextRequest had nearly every feature we could think of, from lists, group texts, and keywords to integrations and a web widget. Our contacts at TextRequest are always quick to respond and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Text Request?**

The web widget is less customizable than we would like - the "Powered by TextRequest" at the bottom for example is not removable. A webchat option in the widget would be helpful as well.

We needed a way for our users to get in contact with us when they need support. With TextRequest, we've created a queue for those concerns. It seems easy enough for the users and we now have all of those support texts in one place.

Text request makes it extremely quick and easy to send reminders and texts to clients that need customer service help.

Nothing! Everything works great and I use it every day at work.

**What do you like best about Text Request?**

The most helpful about using this extension is not having to make many phone calls. Patients can confirm, cancel or reschedule at their fingertips. I know from being on the other end many times I cannot speak on the phone, so text options are a big plus for me.

**What do you dislike about Text Request?**

The one thing I dislike about text requests is that I can't delete messages only because I am very particular about keeping things neat. I am personally no big on keeping old messages.

Text request has shortened my time spent and assured me to confirm appointments that are coming up. It has cut that time in half and made it accessible only to contact certain patients if needed. I can get my work done a lot quicker now.

It has made it alot easier to communicate with technicians and customers, there are so many different options to choose from to help you however you need. From group messages to requesting for payments.

There sometimes can be a slight lag when messages are being sent , or if the system goes down  - It might be hard to tell untill the person on the other end doesnt reply.

being able to stream line communication with our technicians as well as any communications needed with others. Some customers prefer text and this helps with not tying up the phone lines

I like the notification sounds and that I can see when someone else in my office is replying to the customer. The text channel shows them as "typing" and this prevents us from doing double the work or confusing a customer.

Every text has the opt out on it. So therfore people think it's spam and block us from contacting them. If they have blocked us then you can no longer see the converstion, in my work that is not good. I need to see everyone I have contacted.

I can send people information instantly instead of having to email everything.

Support from the company has been great. We were able to transition very swiftly from Zipwhip into Text Request. Price point is much lower than other options out there

**What do you dislike about Text Request?**

Not as user friendly as Zipwhip was. Paying extra monthly  for features  like a chrome extension is a negative

The ability to text one or a group of employees all at once and being able to monitor all messages going and coming. All messages on one page to see and review.

The notifications could use a little improving. keeps going in the back ground till i check the message.

I like being able to mark message threads as complete when I've addressed the matter at hand with a client.  Open message threads show what still needs to be addressed.

Being able to create and send group messages to our teachers is a benefit.  Then, when they respond, it creates an individual thread to keep that conversation going.

It's not always possible to block unwanted incoming messages.

Many people ignore email, so text provides another way to reach them. 

To many vendors want us to use texting for 2-factor authentication, which we don't want to tie to specific cell phones.

I work for a local radio station, and we recently switched to Text Request. It's so easy to switch between different lines so I never miss a listener's message! All of the messages are neatly arranged so I always know who I'm texting with!

At this time, I haven't come across any downsides.

**What do you like best about Text Request?**

Text Request is easy to use and pretty intuitive. I like the most of the features such as templates, autoresponder and scheduling messages. The user type breakdown is pretty good too, it's easy to edit permissions and share dashboards across locations.

**What do you dislike about Text Request?**

There are system glitches semi-frequently such as messages for the same person not grouping, but nothing too big. I wish you could use the Custom fields for group messages and I wish you could edit scheduled messages. The extension is helpful but it would be nice if you could get alerts for just one dashboard instead of all of them.

**What problems is Text Request solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quick and easy communication with patients. We migrated from Zipwhip, overall I think it's better than Zipwhip except the text character limits.

The fact that we can send a text to our customers about appointments and not have to use personal cell phone numbers is nice.

Everything is about the amount of characters. If you want to use a signature, it takes away from your characters. 160 characters is not a lot for a text message, so being limited to this amount to stay within 1 message is hard.

It's solving some of our issues of customers not responding to us when they're at work and they can't answer the phone.
