The visuals are modern. It is also fast.

**What do you dislike about Text Request?**

Not able to see the link to the product in the message. You have to go to reports and find the person and copy the link. There is a better way.

**What do you like best about Text Request?**

I like how it makes texting on a computer easy. I work with students who mainly communicate through text, so it's great to check on messages from the day before. There are also options to group contacts and send mass messages. It makes big group text so much easier! There is a signature option to put at the end of your text and templates you can save. You can attach documents and pictures. It makes communicating in a professional manner easy.

**What do you dislike about Text Request?**

I didn't like how there was no option to delete more one contact be checking them. If you want to delete mutliple contacts must do so one by one. Also, sometimes contact names don't appear when you are trying to send them a new message by searching their name. May be a glitch sometimes with certain names. Also, using the "tag" option is a bit faulty where it won't appear the names in those tag once you click on it. Overall some of their specific functions need more work on it.

It definitely helps that you can send mass messages. There are options to import contacts from an excel sheet that make importing contacts much easier. You can group the contacts during this process, which decreases time spent indiviually importing or messaging groups.

If a call comes in, it is a dead line, could cause confusision if a client tries to call a number they are used to texting us at.
unless we pay a somewhat higher fee to run calls on it..

**What do you like best about Text Request?**

The setup was a breeze, and the ease of use is much better than what we had. We are thrilled to be able to send pictures and that every user has their own login!

**What do you dislike about Text Request?**

The pricing is much higher than we are used to. There are hundreds of messages in our account marked unresolved and unless I go in and manually mark them all resolved, they will stay that way.

**What problems is Text Request solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The templates are our biggest help in solving things for us. We are a staffing agency and we get calls all day on how to apply and we immediately send them the link to our application. It's wonderful!

**What do you like best about Text Request?**

I can mass text clients with ease. It's also easy to add contacts, and organize with the "tags" and other identified marks. The system also allows us to separate clients from field staff.

**What do you dislike about Text Request?**

The is no option to group message clients that have multiple points of contact. This can create difficulty, because we need to constantly reiterate communication amongst their team, rather than keeping them all on the same page with a single thread.

**What problems is Text Request solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem TR has resolved is the streamlining of devices and having a single number in use for our clients. Previously, we had multiple physical phones per territory managed, and that created difficulty whenever someone needed time off or resigned etc. Now, we just need to login, and we're up to speed since everything is in a single dashboard.

We love the automated response option as well as the templates. We use the templates a lot. The help desk is also easy to access and quick to respond

The names do not show up automatically from our software which makes it hard. We get 100s of new patients daily so its incovenient to have to upload the contacts every day

It allows for a protected texting with patients in the healthcare field. It is compliant with HIPPAA

The ease of use, the folders that can save templates of commonley used information that we send to our patients.

The only downside is that it times out very quickly. Having to sign back in when confirming patients texts etc can be time consuming. Thats about it. Program is great overall!

I like that I can make templates becuase we send alot of the same types of emails, such as appointment reminders, etc.

That it is powered by zapier which is a free service

The dashboard is clean and the ability to mark conversations as handled or not handled is very helpful.

The interface for saving/adding contacts is not super user-friendly. If a name is added, it should default the display name to that instead of having to add the name of the contact in two spots.

Text Request was exactly the solution I was looking for. It was surprisingly easy to set up and their staff were super helpful in making the process straightforward. There have been no downsides to the service, and it's wonderful knowing whether messages are delivered or not.

There really isn't a downside I've experienced so far.

Import tool could use some fine tuning; took almost 30 minutes to upload contact file.

Clients don't text our personal lines as much as they used to. Simple, direct auto responses are helping.

Any issues are always resolved right away.  Easy to use, integrate, and the features are wonderful!

Sometimes freezes or text messages disappear until you refresh.

When we first integrated, we had a few issues with texts not coming through or sending.  They immediately fixed the issue!

**What do you like best about Text Request?**

We love using text request for work! It gives our customers instant access without having to give put personal cell phone numbers. Everything is routed through our business' landline number, and it's dispersed to a few key individuals on our management team. It's been a super useful tool especially this summer as we've had a few storms knock out our phone lines and our customers were able to text us when they weren't able to call.

We don't currently have any complaints with Text Request. Over all we're extremely happy with it's interface.

It give us a text based communication with our customers without giving out our personal cell phone numbers

**What do you like best about Text Request?**

Text request allows communication with clients when immediate responses are not needed. Any staff member can easily send pre-visit instructions, next-day follow-ups, and answer non-emergent client questions. Text link for payment has helped streamline the entire visit by allowing clients to pay for services and products from the room before they leave the building. This feature has allowed us to keep the lobby clear for check-ins and freed up time for staff.

**What do you dislike about Text Request?**

Like any technology, it can be glitchy and slow sometimes. Canceling a payment request is a little more involved than seems necesary and sends multiple texts to owners which can confuse them.

**What problems is Text Request solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working in a fear-free veterinary clinic, we strive to provide a calm and non-stressful visit. Text request allows us to let the owner know when no other pets are in the lobby. Owners are able to pay while we're preparing medications and completing services, negating the need to stop at the front desk or linger where they may have to interact with other pets.

I love that I can use the Extension on Google Chrome, click the green arrow & send messages out lightning fast. The software is so fast & efficient. It makes the recruiting process an absolute breeze.

It does not notify me when my message doesn't go through. It has a red exclamation mark, but I feel this could be easily missed on a busy day. I wish it sent a notification asking if you want to resend the message or verify the number.

Getting potential employees on the line can be hard in a text/social media driven world. Text request helps us avoid being labeled as spam calls & gain more access to potential candidates.

Nothing. Switched over from zipwhip and have had nothing but issues with TR.

**What do you dislike about Text Request?**

Too many steps to schedule messages. New leads names display wrong and need to be edited 90% of the time. Notifications don't come through consistently. Extension works inconsistently as well.

Text Request is very easy to use. The UX is very user friendly and is very intiutive.

The permission levels out of the box are basically full admin access, full admin except changing your account, or send text messages only. The lowest permission level should have the ability to add/edit but not delete contacts.

Text Request allows us to have another avenue of communication with our end users beyond the traditional phone and email. Due to the fast pace of our work environment, it is immensly helpful to be able to receive images via Text Request in addition to text messages.
